UJakobe wasesithi: Hayi bo! Uba khathesi ngithole umusa emehlweni akho, yemukela isipho sami esivela esandleni sami; ngoba yikho ngibone ubuso bakho kunjengokuthi ngibone ubuso bukaNkulunkulu, njalo wathokoza ngami.
11 Receive my blessings, which I have brought thee, because God has had mercy on me, and I have all things; and he constrained him, and he took [them].
Ake wemukele isipho sami esilethwa kuwe; ngoba uNkulunkulu ungiphile ngomusa, njalo ngoba ngilakho konke. Wasemncenga, waze wasemukela.

14 Let my lord go on before his servant, and I shall have strength on the road according to the ease of the journey before me, and according to the strength of the children, until I come to my lord to Seir.
Inkosi yami ake yedlule phambi kwenceku yayo; mina-ke ngizaqhubeka kuhle kuhle, ngokuhamba komsebenzi ophambi kwami, langokuhamba kwabantwana, ngize ngifike enkosini yami eSeyiri.
15 And Esau said, I will leave with thee some of the people who are with me. And he said, Why so? it is enough that I have found favour before thee, [my] lord.
UEsawu wasesithi: Ake ngibeke kuwe abanye babantu abalami. Wasesithi: Kungani lokhu? Kangithole umusa emehlweni enkosi yami.
