Kings I 19
1 And Saul spoke to Jonathan his son, and to all his servants, to slay David.
၁ထို့ကြောင့် ရှောလုသည် ဒါဝိဒ် ကိုသတ် စေခြင်းငှါ ၊ သား တော်ယောနသန် နှင့် မိမိ ကျွန် အပေါင်း တို့ကို မှာ ထားလေ၏။
2 And Jonathan, Saul's son, loved David much: and Jonathan told David, saying, Saul seeks to kill thee: take heed to thyself therefore to-morrow morning, and hide thyself, and dwell in secret.
၂သား တော်ယောနသန် သည် ဒါဝိဒ် ကို အလွန် ချစ် ၍ ၊ ငါ့ အဘ ရှောလု သည် သင့် ကို သတ် ခြင်းငှါ ရှာကြံ ၏။ သို့ဖြစ်၍ နံနက် တိုင်အောင်ကိုယ်ကို သတိပြု သဖြင့် ဆိတ်ကွယ် ရာအရပ်၌ ပုန်းရှောင် ၍ နေ ပါလော့။
3 And I will go forth, and stand near my father in the field where thou shalt be, and I will speak concerning thee to my father; and I will see what his answer may be, and I will tell thee.
၃ငါ ထွက် ၍ သင် ရှိရာတော ၌ ငါ့ အဘ ထံ ခစား လျက် ၊ သင့် အမှု၌ စကားပြော မည်။ တွေ့မြင် သမျှကို သင့် အား ငါပြန် ကြားမည်ဟု ဒါဝိဒ် အား ပြောဆို ၏။
4 And Jonathan spoke favorably concerning David to Saul his father, and said to him, Let not the king sin against thy servant David, for he has not sinned against thee, and his deeds [are] very good.
၄ယောနသန် သည် အဘ ရှောလု ထံ၌ ၊ ဒါဝိဒ် ဘက်မှာပြော ၍၊ ရှင် ဘုရင်သည် ကျွန် တော်ဒါဝိဒ် ကို မ ပြစ်မှား ပါစေနှင့်။ သူသည်ကိုယ်တော် ကို မ ပြစ်မှား ပါ။ ကိုယ်တော် ၌ အလွန် ကျေးဇူး ပြုပါပြီ။
5 And he put his life in his hand, and smote the Philistine, and the Lord wrought a great deliverance; and all Israel saw, and rejoined: why then dost thou sin against innocent blood, to slay David without a cause?
၅မိမိအသက်ကို မနှမြောဘဲ ဖိလိတ္တိ လူကိုသတ် ၍ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ဣသရေလ အမျိုးတမျိုးလုံး အဘို့ ကြီးစွာ သော ကယ်တင် ခြင်း ကျေးဇူးကို ပြု တော်မူ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်သည် မြင် ၍ ဝမ်းမြောက် ပါ၏။ သို့ဖြစ်၍ အကြောင်း မရှိဘဲ ဒါဝိဒ် ကိုသတ် သဖြင့် အဘယ်ကြောင့် အပြစ် မရှိသောသူ၏ အသက်ကိုသတ် သောအပြစ် သင့်ရောက်စေချင်ပါသနည်းဟု အဘရှောလုအားဆို သော်၊
6 And Saul hearkened to the voice of Jonathan; and Saul swore, saying, [As] the Lord lives, he shall not die.
၆ရှောလု သည် ယောနသန် ၏ စကား ကို နားထောင် ၍ ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား အသက် ရှင်တော်မူသည်အတိုင်း၊ သူသည် အသေ မ ခံရဟု ကျိန်ဆို လေ၏။
7 And Jonathan called David, and told him all these words; and Jonathan brought David in to Saul, and he was before him as in former times.
၇ယောနသန် သည် ဒါဝိဒ် ကို ခေါ် ၍ အကြောင်း အရာ၊ အလုံးစုံ တို့ကို ပြော ပြီးမှ ၊ ရှောလု ထံသို့ သွင်း ပြန်၍ အထံ တော်၌ အရင် နေသကဲ့သို့ နေ ရ၏။
8 And there was again war against Saul; and David did valiantly, and fought against the Philistines, and smote them with a very great slaughter, and they fled from before him.
၈တဖန် စစ်မှု ပေါ် ပြန်သောအခါ ၊ ဒါဝိဒ် ထွက် ၍ ဖိလိတ္တိ လူတို့ကို တိုက် လျက် ၊ ကြီးစွာ သော လုပ်ကြံ ခြင်းအားဖြင့် သတ် ၍ သူတို့သည် ပြေး ကြ၏။
9 And an evil spirit from God was upon Saul, and he was resting in his house, and a spear [was] in his hand, and David was playing on the harp with his hands.
၉ရှောလု သည် လှံ တိုကို ကိုင်၍နန်းတော် ၌ ထိုင် စဉ်တွင်၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ထံတော်မှ ဆိုး သောဝိညာဉ် သက်ရောက် ၍ ၊ ဒါဝိဒ် သည် စောင်းတီး လျက်နေသောအခါ၊
10 And Saul sought to smite David with the spear; and David withdrew [suddenly] from the presence of Saul; and he drove the spear into the wall; and David retreated and escaped.
၁၀သူ့ကိုလှံ တိုနှင့် ထရံ နားမှာ ထိုး စမ်းသော်လည်း ၊ အထံ တော်မှ ရှောင်ပြေး သဖြင့် လှံ တိုသည် ထရံ ကို စူး လျက် နေ၏။ ဒါဝိဒ် သည် ပြေး ၍ ထို ညဉ့် ကို လွတ် ရ၏။
11 And it came to pass in that night, that Saul sent messengers to the house of David to watch him, in order to slay him in the morning; and Melchol David's wife told him, saying, Unless thou save thy life this night, to-morrow thou shalt be slain.
၁၁ရှောလု သည် သူ့ ကို စောင့် ၍ နံနက် ချိန်၌ သတ် စေခြင်းငှါ သူ့အိမ် သို့ လူ ကို လွှတ် စေ၏။ ဒါဝိဒ် မယား မိခါလ က၊ သင် သည် ယနေ့ည မှာ ကိုယ် အသက် ကို မ ကယ်မ လျှင် ၊ နက်ဖြန် နေ့၌ အသေ ခံရလိမ့်မည်ဟု ဆို လျက်၊
12 So Melchol lets David down by the window, and he departed, and fled, and escaped.
၁၂ဒါဝိဒ် ကို ပြတင်းပေါက် မှ လျှော့ချ ၍ သူသည် အလွတ် ထွက်ပြေး လေ၏။
13 And Melchol took images, and laid them on the bed, and she put the liver of a goat by his head, and covered them with clothes.
၁၃မိခါလ သည်လည်း ၊ တေရပ်ရုပ်တု ကို ယူ ၍ ခုတင် ပေါ် မှာထား ပြီးလျှင် ၊ ဆိတ်မွေး ဖြင့်ရက်သော ကုလားကာ နှင့် ခေါင်းရင်း ရှေ့၌ ကာ၍ စောင် နှင့် ခြုံ လေ၏။
14 And Saul sent messengers to take David; and they say that he is sick.
၁၄ဒါဝိဒ် ကို ဘမ်းဆီး စေခြင်းငှါ ရှောလု စေလွှတ် သောလုလင် ရောက်သောအခါ ၊ ဒါဝိဒ်နာ ၍ နေပါသည်ဟု မယားပြောဆို ၏။
15 And he sends to David, saying, Bring him to me on the bed, that I may slay him.
၁၅ရှောလု ကလည်း ၊ သူ့ ကို ငါသတ် မည်အကြောင်း ခုတင် နှင့်တကွ ဆောင် ခဲ့ကြဟု ဒါဝိဒ် ကို အကြည့် အရှုစေလွှတ် ၍၊
16 And the messengers come, and, behold, the images [were] on the bed, and the goat's liver at his head.
၁၆တမန် တို့သည်ဝင် ကြသောအခါ ဆိတ်မွေး ဖြင့်‘ရက်သော ကုလားကာ နှင့် ခေါင်းရင်း ရှေ့၌ ကာလျက်၊ ခုတင် ပေါ်မှာ တေရပ်ရုပ်တု ရှိပါသည်တကား။
17 And Saul said to Melchol, Why hast thou thus deceived me, and suffered my enemy to depart, and he has escaped? and Melchol said to Saul, He said, let me go, and if not, I will slay thee.
၁၇ရှောလု ကလည်း ငါ့ ကို လှည့်စား ၍ အဘယ်ကြောင့် ငါ့ ရန်သူ ကို လွှတ် လိုက်သနည်း။ ယခု လွတ် အောင် ပြေးပါပြီတကားဟု မိခါလ အား ပြောဆို လျှင် ၊ မိခါလ က ငါသွားမည်။ သို့မဟုတ်သင့် ကို ငါသတ် မည်ဟု သူ ပြော ပါသည်ဟု ရှောလု အား ပြန်လျှောက် လေ၏။
18 So David fled, and escaped, and comes to Samuel to Armathaim, and tells him all that Saul had done to him: and Samuel and David went, and dwelt in Navath in Rama.
၁၈ထိုသို့ ဒါဝိဒ် ပြေး ၍ ရှောလုလက်မှ လွတ် သဖြင့် ၊ ရှမွေလ ရှိရာ ရာမ မြို့သို့ ရောက် လေ၏။ ရှောလု ပြု လေသမျှ တို့ကို ပြန်ကြား ပြီးမှ ၊ ရှမွေလ သည်သွား ၍ နာယုတ် ရွာမှာ နေ ၏။
19 And it was told Saul, saying, Behold, David [is] in Navath in Rama.
၁၉ဒါဝိဒ် သည် ရာမ မြို့နယ်၊ နာယုတ် ရွာမှာ ရှိကြောင်းကို ရှောလု သည် ကြား ၍၊
20 And Saul sent messengers to take David, and they saw the assembly of the prophets, and Samuel stood [as] appointed over them; and the Spirit of God came upon the messengers of Saul, and they prophesy.
၂၀ဒါဝိဒ် ကို ဘမ်းဆီး စေခြင်းငှါ စေလွှတ် ပြန်၏။ ပရောဖက် အပေါင်း အသင်းတို့သည် ပရောဖက် ပြုလျက် ၊ ရှမွေလ စီရင်လျက်နေသည်ကို တမန်တို့သည် တွေ့မြင် သောအခါ ၊ ဘုရား သခင်၏ ဝိညာဉ် တော်သည် ရှောလု ၏ တမန် တော်တို့အပေါ် မှာ သက်ရောက် ၍ ၊ သူ တို့သည်လည်း ပရောဖက် ပြုရကြ၏။
21 And it was told Saul, and he sent other messengers, and they also prophesied: and Saul sent again a third set of messengers, and they also prophesied.
၂၁ထိုသိတင်းကို ရှောလု သည်ကြား လျှင် အခြား သောသူတို့ကို စေလွှတ် ၍ ၊ သူ တို့သည်လည်း ပရောဖက် ပြုရကြ၏။ တတိယ အကြိမ် ရှောလု သည် စေလွှတ် ၍ ၊ ထို့အတူပြုကြရ၏။
22 And Saul was very angry, and went himself also to Armathaim, and he comes as far as the well of the threshing floor that is in Sephi; and he asked and said, Where [are] Samuel and David? And they said, Behold, in Navath in Rama.
၂၂ထိုအခါ ကိုယ်တိုင်ရာမ မြို့သို့ သွား ၍ ၊ စေခု ရွာ၌ ရှိသောရေတွင်း ကြီး သို့ ရောက် သော်၊ ရှမွေလ နှင့် ဒါဝိဒ် တို့သည် အဘယ်မှာ ရှိသနည်းဟုမေး လျှင် ၊ ရာမ မြို့နယ်၊ နာယုတ် ရွာမှာ ရှိပါသည်ဟု ကြား လျှောက်လေသော်၊
23 And he went thence to Navath in Rama: and there came the Spirit of God upon him also, and he went on prophesying till he came to Navath in Rama.
၂၃ထို အရပ်သို့ သွား ၍ ၊ ဘုရား သခင်၏ဝိညာဉ် တော်သည် သူ့ အပေါ် မှာ သက်ရောက် သဖြင့် ၊ နာယုတ် ရွာ တိုင်အောင် ပရောဖက် ပြုလျက် သွား လေ၏။
24 And he took off his clothes, and prophesied before them; and lay down naked all that day and all that night: therefore they said, [Is] Saul also among the prophets?
၂၄အဝတ် တော်ကိုလည်း ချွတ် ၍ ၊ ရှမွေလ ရှေ့ မှာ ထိုအတူပရောဖက် ပြုလျက် ၊ အဝတ် မပါဘဲ တနေ့ နှင့် တညဉ့် လဲ လျက်နေ၏။ ထိုကြောင့် ရှောလု သည်လည်း ပရောဖက် တို့၌ ပါသလောဟု ဆို လေ့ရှိကြ၏။
