< 1 Corinthians 3 >

1 And I, brethren, was not able to speak to you, as to spiritual men, but as to those who are carnal, as to babes in Christ.
Nane, kolo nuyilombo bhane, saga nayanjile namwe hansi abhantu bhishimoyo, hansi abhantu bhebhele. Hansi abhana abhadodo wha Kristi.
2 I fed you with milk, not with meat; for you were not then able to bear it; indeed, not even now are you able;
Nabhamwelezezye izibha sagenyama, afwatanaje sagamwali tayali alye inyama. Nahata isalezi sagamulitayali.
3 for you are yet carnal. For, since envy and strife and divisions are among you, are you not carnal, and do you not walk as men?
Afwatanaje amwe musele mlibhebele. Afwatanaje uwivu na madiho galoleha mmiongoni mwenyu. Eshi sagamukhala alengane nobele, nahuje, sagamujenda hansi ikawaida yishibinadamu?
4 For when one says, I am of Paul, and another, I of Apollos, are you not carnal?
Afwatanaje weka ayanga, “Ihumwanza u Paulo” Uwamwawo ayanga,” ihumwanza u Apolo,” sagamukhala hansi abhanadamu?
5 Who, then, is Paul? and who is Apollos? Ministers by whom you have believed, even as the Lord gave to each one.
U Apolo yunani? nu Paulo yunanu? Bhatumi bhola wamwa mweteshe, whola wowonti ugosi apelile ijukumu.
6 I planted, Apollos watered: but God made to grow.
Ane natolile, u Apolo aponyizye amenze, ila Ongolobhe akuzizye.
7 So, neither he that plants nor he that waters is any thing: but God that makes to grow.
Eshi, watolile na waponyizye amenze saga shoshonti. Ila Ungolobhe wakuzya.
8 But he that plants and he that waters are one; and each one shall receive his own reward, according to his own labor.
Eshi watota na waponya amenze wonti hantu heka, na kila weka aiposhela umushahala gwake alengane ni mbombo yakwe.
9 For we are fellow-laborers for God: you are God’s field, you are God’s building.
Afwatanaje ate tilibhawomba mbombo bha Ngolobhe, amwe muli bustani ya Ngolobhe, lijengo lya Ngolobhe.
10 According to the grace of God that is given to me, as a wise master-builder, I have laid the foundation, and another builds on this. But let every one take heed how he builds on this.
Alengane ni neema ya Ngolobhe yimpewilwe hansi uzenji ugosi, naubheshele umusingi, nu wamwawo azenga pamwanya yakwe. Ila umuntu abhe shinza lwazenga pamwanya yakwe.
11 For other foundation can no man lay than that which is laid, which, is Jesus Christ.
Alenganaje nomo uwamwawo wawezya azenje umusingi uwamwawo hani yaguguzengwilwe, ambago yu Yesu Kristi.
12 If any man builds on this foundation, gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble,
Isalezi, nkesho weka wenyu azenga pamwa yakwe whiwelihela, ihela, amawe gisamani, amkwi, amasole, au amatondo,
13 each man’s work shall be made manifest; for the day shall make it manifest, for it is revealed with fire: and the fire shall try each man’s work, what sort it is.
imbombo yakwe yayibhawazi, huzelu wishasenya wayihulolesya. Afwatanaje yailolesewa numoto. Umoto gwailenga uwinza wimbombo yakila weka shawombile.
14 If any man’s work abide, which he builds on this, he shall receive a reward;
Nkesho shoshonti umuntu shazenjile shaisyala, umwene aiposhela izawadi.
15 if any man’s work be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved, yet so, as through fire.
Nkesho imbombo ya muntu yayiteketela humoto, ayipata ihasala. Ila umwene yoyo ayiwawuliwa, hansi shila ayepile mumoto.
16 Know you not that you are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?
Saga mumenye aje amwe mlishibhanza sha Ngolobhe naje uMpepo wa Ngolobhe akhala muhati yenyu?
17 If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy: for the temple of God is holy, which temple you are.
Nkesho umuntu ahuli nanganya ishibhanza sha Ngolobhe, Ongolobhe uyihunanganya umuntu ola. Afwatanaje ishibhanza sha Ngolobhe shinza, nesho namwe.
18 Let no one deceive himself: if any one among you is considered as wise in this age, let him become a fool, that he may be wise. (aiōn g165)
Untu asajikhopele mwene, nkesho wowonti mwikundi lenyu asebha aje ali ninjele katika uwakati owu, abhe hansi “ukwelengusu” ndiyo abhabhe ninjele. (aiōn g165)
19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God; for it is written: He takes the wise in their own craftiness.
Afwatanaje injele yensene ukwelengusu whilongolela lya Ngolobhe, Afwatanaje isimbiwilwe, “Bhakhata abhenjele huhila zyawo”
20 And again: The Lord knows the thoughts of the wise, that they are vain.
Na tena “Ugosi azimenye ensewo bhinjele nuubatili.”
21 Therefore, let no one glory in men; for all things are yours,
Esho umuntu asajituntumulile abhanadamu! Afwatanaje ivintu vyonti vyenyu.
22 whether Paul, or Apollos, or Cephas, or the world, or life, or death, or things present, or things to come, all are yours:
Nke yu Paulo, au yu Apolo au yu Kefa, au anse, au khalo, au afwe, au vintu vivileho, au vyavyaibha. Vyonti vyenyu,
23 and you are Christ’s: and Christ is God’s.
namwe ni wa Kristi nu Kristi wa Ngolobhe.
