< Galatians 4 >

1 But I say that so long as the heir is a child, he is no different from a bondservant, though he is lord of all,
Eina haibadi yumlepchara aduna pumnamakki mapu oirabasu mahakna angang oiriba makheidi mahakna minai amaga khetnaba karisu leite.
2 but is under guardians and stewards until the day appointed by the father.
Yumlep chara adu mapa aduna lepkhiba matam adu youdriba phaobadi mahakpu sennabiriba mising amadi asin arang touriba mising adugi makha ponna lei.
3 So we also, when we were children, were held in bondage under the elemental principles of the world.
Matou adugumduna eikhoina thawaigi oina mapung phadringeigi mamangda eikhoisu taibangpan asigi thawaigi oiba pangalsing adugi minai oiduna leirammi.
4 But when the fullness of the time came, God sent out his Son, born to a woman, born under the law,
Adubu matam aduna pumsu surabada Tengban Mapuna mahakki Machanupabu thabirakle. Mahakna taibangda nupi amagi macha ama oina lenglakkhi aduga mahakna Jihudigi Wayel Yathanggi makha ponna leikhi.
5 that he might redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption as children.
Madu eikhoina Tengban Mapugi machasing oiraknanaba Wayel Yathanggi makha ponna leirambasing adubu handokpinabani.
6 And because you are children, God sent out the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, “Abba, Father!”
Aduga nakhoi mahakki machasing oibagi maramna Tengban Mapuna mahakki Machanupagi Thawai adubu eikhoigi thamoinungda thabirakle aduga Thawai aduna “Abba, Ipa” haina koujei.
7 So you are no longer a bondservant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.
Maram aduna nahak makha tana minai oidre adubu Tengban Mapugi macha oire. Aduga nahakna mahakki macha oirabanina mahakna machasinggidamak thambiriba pumnamak adu Tengban Mapuna nangonda pinabigani.
8 However at that time, not knowing God, you were in bondage to those who by nature are not gods.
Mamangda nakhoina Tengban Mapu khangdringei matamda, mahousana Tengban Mapu nattaba makhoising adugi minai oiduna leirammi.
9 But now that you have come to know God, or rather to be known by God, why do you turn back again to the weak and miserable elemental principles, to which you desire to be in bondage all over again?
Adubu houjikti nakhoina Tengban Mapubu khangle aduga henna Tengban Mapunasu nakhoibu khangle. Aduga karamna nakhoina asonba amadi karisu kanadaba pangalsing aduda hanba pamlibano? Karigi nakhoina amuk hanna makhoising adugi minai oiba pamlibano?
10 You observe days, months, seasons, and years.
Nakhoina akhannaba numit, tha, kum-tha amadi chahi ngaktuna lei.
11 I am afraid for you, that I might have wasted my labor for you.
Ei nakhoigidamak ki! Eina nakhoigidamak nomjakhiba thabak pumnamak adu arembada touba taragadra.
12 I beg you, brothers, become as I am, for I also have become as you are. You did me no wrong,
Ichil inaosing eina nakhoida haijari, eigumna oibiyu maramdi eina nakhoigumna oirakle. Nakhoina eingonda aranba karisu toukhide.
13 but you know that because of weakness in the flesh I preached the Good News to you the first time.
Eigi hakchangda anaba leibagi maramna eina ahanba oina nakhoida Aphaba Pao sandokkhi haibadu nakhoina khang-i.
14 That which was a temptation to you in my flesh, you did not despise nor reject; but you received me as an angel of God, even as Christ Jesus.
Adubu eigi hakchanggi phibham aduna nakhoida achouba changyeng oiraba phaobada nakhoina eibu hanthana khanbikhide aduga yadaba toukhide. Madugi mahutta Tengban mapugi swarga dut ama lousinbagum amadi Christta Jisu masamakpu lousinbagum nakhoina eibu lousinbikhi.
15 What was the blessing you enjoyed? For I testify to you that, if possible, you would have plucked out your eyes and given them to me.
Nakhoi adukki matik haraorammi! Adubu kari toukhrabage? Ei isana haiba ngamgani adudi nakhoina yarabadi nakhoigi namit adu phaoba kotthoktuna madu eingonda piramgani.
16 So then, have I become your enemy by telling you the truth?
Achumba asi nakhoida haibagidamak houjik ei nakhoigi yeknaba oirabra?
17 They zealously seek you in no good way. No, they desire to alienate you, that you may seek them.
Atoppa makhoising aduna nakhoida thawai yamna yaoba matou utli adubu makhoigi pandam adudi aphaba natte. Makhoina pamba haibabu makhoina nakhoida thawai yaojaba adugumna nakhoinasu makhoida chap manaba thawai yaoba adu leinanaba nakhoibu eikhoidagi tokhai tahanba aduni.
18 But it is always good to be zealous in a good cause, and not only when I am present with you.
Houjik, eina nakhoiga leiminnaringei matam asi khaktada nattaduna, aphaba maramgidamak oirabadi matam pumnamakta asigumba yamna thawai yaoba asi leiba phei.
19 My little children, of whom I am again in travail until Christ is formed in you—
Eigi nungsijaraba angangsa! Amukkasu hanna, mamana angang unaba matamda phaoba cheina aduga chap manaba cheina adu nakhoida Christtagi sakwong adu semgattriba phaoba eina nakhoigidamak phaojari.
20 but I could wish to be present with you now, and to change my tone, for I am perplexed about you.
Houjik eina nakhoiga loinana kayada leiminnajaningliba, aduga eigi wahei khonpham asi hongdokchaningba, maramdi eina nakhoigi maramda palleppham khangde.
21 Tell me, you that desire to be under the law, do not you listen to the law?
Wayel Yathanggi makha ponna leiningba nakhoida eina hangge: Wayel Yathangna kari haibage haibadu nakhoi tadabra?
22 For it is written that Abraham had two sons, one by the servant, and one by the free woman.
Maramdi masi iduna lei, madudi Abraham-gi macha ani lei, amana minai nupigi machani, aduga amana maningtambi nupigi machani.
23 However, the son by the servant was born according to the flesh, but the son by the free woman was born through promise.
Minai nupina pokpa mahakki macha adudi hachanggi matung-inna pokpani aduga maningtambina pokpa mahakki macha aduna Tengban Mapugi wasakpiba adugi mahei oina pokpani.
24 These things contain an allegory, for these are two covenants. One is from Mount Sinai, bearing children to bondage, which is Hagar.
Hairibasing asi pandam oina haibani. Nupi ani asina utlibasi warepnaba anini. Macha adubu minai oina pokpa adu Hagarni, aduga mahakna Sinai chingda warepnakhiba warepnaba adu phongdokpibani.
25 For this Hagar is Mount Sinai in Arabia, and answers to the Jerusalem that exists now, for she is in bondage with her children.
Hagarna Arabia-da leiba Sinai Ching adu utpani aduga houjik oiriba Jerusalem saharga pangkhakni, maramdi mahakna mahakki machasingga loinana minai oiri.
26 But the Jerusalem that is above is free, which is the mother of us all.
Adubu swargagi oiba Jerusalem asidi maningtambini, aduga mahakti eikhoigi imani.
27 For it is written, “Rejoice, you barren who do not bear. Break out and shout, you who do not travail. For the desolate women have more children than her who has a husband.”
Maramdi, Mapugi Puyana hai, Haraojaro, he chaboktabi nupi, angang amata poktribi! Haraobaga loinana lao amadi khonjel thokna lao, naoyek amukta phangdribi nahak. Maramdi hundokpiramlabi nupigi machasing aduna mapuroibana keidounungda thadoktabi nupi adugi machasingdagi masing yamgani.
28 Now we, brothers, as Isaac was, are children of promise.
Ichil-inaosa, houjik nakhoi Isaac-na oikhibagumna, Tengban Mapuna wasakpikhiba adugi mahei oina phangjaba Tengban Mapugi machasingni.
29 But as then, he who was born according to the flesh persecuted him who was born according to the Spirit, so also it is now.
Matam aduda hakchanggi matung-inna pokkhiba macha aduna Tengban Mapugi Thawaigi matung-inna pokpa mahak adubu ot-neibikhi. Aduga maduga chap mannana houjiksu oiri.
30 However, what does the Scripture say? “Throw out the servant and her son, for the son of the servant will not inherit with the son of the free woman.”
Adubu Mapugi Puyana kari haibage? “Minai nupi amasung machanupa adu tanthokkhro, maramdi minai nupina pokpa macha aduna maning tambi nupina pokpa macha aduga mapagi lanthum adu saruk phangminnaroidabani.”
31 So then, brothers, we are not children of a servant, but of the free woman.
Maram aduna, ichil-inaosa, eikhoi minai nupigi machasing natte adubu maning tambigi machasingni.
