2 Corinthians 2
1 But I determined this for myself, that I would not come to you again in sorrow.
౧నేను బాధ కలిగించేలా మీ దగ్గరికి తిరిగి రాకూడదని నా అంతట నేనే నిశ్చయించుకున్నాను.
2 For if I make you grieve, then who will make me glad but he who is made to grieve by me?
౨నేను మీకు బాధ కలిగిస్తే బాధ పొందినవాడు తప్ప ఇంకెవరు నన్ను సంతోషపరచగలరు?
3 And I wrote this very thing to you, so that when I came, I would not have sorrow from them of whom I ought to rejoice; having confidence in you all that my joy would be shared by all of you.
౩నేను వచ్చేటప్పుడు ఎవరి వలన నాకు సంతోషం కలగాలో వారి వలన నాకు దుఃఖం కలగకుండా ఉండాలని ఈ సంగతి మీకు రాశాను. నా సంతోషమే మీ అందరి సంతోషమని నా నమ్మకం.
4 For out of much affliction and anguish of heart I wrote to you with many tears, not that you should be made to grieve, but that you might know the love that I have so abundantly for you.
౪మీకు బాధ కలగాలని కాదు, మీ పట్ల నాకున్న అత్యధికమైన ప్రేమను మీరు తెలుసుకోవాలని, ఎంతో బాధతో, హృదయ వేదనతో, కన్నీళ్ళు కారుస్తూ రాశాను.
5 But if any has caused sorrow, he has caused sorrow not to me, but in part (that I not press too heavily) to you all.
౫ఎవరైనా నాకు బాధ కలగజేసి ఉంటే, నాకు మాత్రమే కాదు, కొంతవరకూ మీకందరికీ బాధ కలగజేశాడు (ఇంతకంటే కఠినంగా మాట్లాడడం నాకిష్టం లేదు).
6 This punishment which was inflicted by the many is sufficient for such a one;
౬అలాంటి వాడికి మీలో ఎక్కువమంది వలన కలిగిన ఈ శిక్ష చాలు.
7 so that, on the contrary, you should rather forgive him and comfort him, lest by any means such a one should be swallowed up with his excessive sorrow.
౭కాబట్టి మీరిక అతణ్ణి శిక్షించకుండా క్షమించి, ఆదరించడం మంచిది. లేకపోతే అతడు అధిక దుఃఖంలో మునిగిపోతాడేమో.
8 Therefore I beg you to confirm your love toward him.
౮అందుచేత అతని పట్ల మీ ప్రేమ స్థిరపరచమని మిమ్మల్ని ప్రోత్సహిస్తున్నాను.
9 For to this end I also wrote, that I might know the proof of you, whether you are obedient in all things.
౯మీరన్ని విషయాల్లో విధేయులై ఉంటారో లేదో అని మిమ్మల్ని పరీక్షించేందుకే అలా రాశాను.
10 Now I also forgive whomever you forgive anything. For if indeed I have forgiven anything, I have forgiven that one for your sakes in the presence of Christ,
౧౦మీరు ఎవరినైనా దేని గురించి అయినా క్షమిస్తే నేనూ అతన్ని క్షమిస్తాను.
11 that no advantage may be gained over us by Satan, for we are not ignorant of his schemes.
౧౧నేను దేనినైనా క్షమించి ఉంటే సాతాను మనలను మోసపరచకుండా, మీ కోసం, క్రీస్తు ముఖం చూసి క్షమించాను. సాతాను ఎత్తుగడలు మనకు తెలియనివి కావు.
12 Now when I came to Troas for the Good News of Christ, and when a door was opened to me in the Lord,
౧౨క్రీస్తు సువార్త ప్రకటించడానికి నేను త్రోయ పట్టణానికి వచ్చినప్పుడు, ప్రభువు నాకు ద్వారం తెరిచాడు. అయినా నా సోదరుడు తీతు కనిపించకపోవడంతో
13 I had no relief for my spirit, because I did not find Titus my brother, but taking my leave of them, I went out into Macedonia.
౧౩నాకు మనశ్శాంతి లేక, వారి దగ్గర సెలవు తీసుకుని అక్కడ నుండి మాసిదోనియకు బయలుదేరాను.
14 Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and reveals through us the sweet aroma of his knowledge in every place.
౧౪దేవుడు క్రీస్తులో విజయ సూచకమైన తన ఊరేగింపులో మమ్మల్ని ఎప్పుడూ నడిపిస్తున్నాడు. క్రీస్తును గురించిన జ్ఞాన పరిమళాన్ని మా ద్వారా అంతటా గుబాళించేలా చేస్తున్న ఆయనకు ధన్యవాదాలు.
15 For we are a sweet aroma of Christ to God in those who are saved and in those who perish:
౧౫విమోచన పొందుతున్న వారిమధ్య, నాశనమైపోతున్న వారిమధ్య, మేము దేవునికి క్రీస్తు పరిమళంగా ఉన్నాము.
16 to the one a stench from death to death, to the other a sweet aroma from life to life. Who is sufficient for these things?
౧౬నాశనమైపోతున్న వారికి మరణపు వాసనగా, విమోచన పొందుతున్న వారికి జీవపు సువాసనగా ఉన్నాము. వీటికి యోగ్యులెవరు?
17 For we are not as so many, peddling the word of God. But as of sincerity, but as of God, in the sight of God, we speak in Christ.
౧౭దేవుని వాక్యాన్ని లాభం కోసం చాలామంది అమ్మేస్తున్నారు. మేము అలాంటి వాళ్ళం కాదు. మేమైతే సదుద్దేశంతో ఉన్నాం. దేవుడు మమ్మల్ని పంపించాడు. క్రీస్తులో దేవుని ఎదుట బోధిస్తున్నాం.
