< 1 John 3 >

1 See how great a love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God! For this cause the world does not know us, because it did not know him.
Ik' nana'uwotsi erŕ nos'eegeetwok'o niho awuk'o shuno noosh b́imtsok'o aab́ s'iilere! arikon noowere Ik' nana'a noone, datsan Ik'o b́dartsosh nonowere danatse.
2 Beloved, now we are children of God. It is not yet revealed what we will be; but we know that when he is revealed, we will be like him, for we will see him just as he is.
T shuntswotso! and no Ik' nana'a noone, shinomaantsish eeg nowotitwok'o daneerafa'ee, ernmó Krstos b́be'et aawots bí aro arikon eeg bíarok'o nobek'etwotse bínowere noaritwok'ó danfone.
3 Everyone who has this hope set on him purifies himself, even as he is pure.
Krstosn man b́ wotitwok'o jangiru jamo Krstos s'ayn b́ wottsok'o bíwere b́ tooko s'ayn woshituwe.
4 Everyone who sins also commits lawlessness. Sin is lawlessness.
Morra eto Ik' nemo gaak b́ wottsotse morr finit jamo Ik' nemo gáákre.
5 You know that he was revealed to take away our sins, and no sin is in him.
Ashuwots morro t'afiyosh Krstos b́be'etsok'onat bíwere morro b́ deshawok'o danfte.
6 Whoever remains in him does not sin. Whoever sins has not seen him and does not know him.
Eshe Krstosnton beet ash jamo morro fineratse. Morr finitu asho Krstosi be'atse, bínowere danatse.
7 Little children, let no one lead you astray. He who does righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.
T nana'uwotso! konworu itn bí ant'elcerawok'owa, Krstos kááwo b́ wottsok'o kááwts fino k'alitu jamo kááwe.
8 He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has been sinning from the beginning. To this end the Son of God was revealed: that he might destroy the works of the devil.
Diyablos shintson dek'tut morro b́ finirwosh morr finiru ash jamo Diyablos jiire. Ik' na'o b́ be'e diyablos fino gakoshee.
9 Whoever is born of God does not commit sin, because his seed remains in him, and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.
Ik'i doyo b́gitsotse b́beyirwotsnat Ik'atse b́shuwetsotse Ik'i na'a wottso morro fineratse, finoshowere falratse.
10 In this the children of God are revealed, and the children of the devil. Whoever does not do righteousness is not of God, neither is he who does not love his brother.
Ik' nana'onat Diyablos nana'on galde danet hanne, Kááw finerawonat bí eshuwi shunaw jamonúwots Ik' nana'analiye.
11 For this is the message which you heard from the beginning, that we should love one another—
Shin shintson it k'ebts wosho «No atsatsewo shunewone» etirwoniye.
12 unlike Cain, who was of the evil one and killed his brother. Why did he kill him? Because his deeds were evil, and his brother’s righteous.
Shed'ani jir teshtsonat bíeshuwi úd'tso K'ayelkok'o woto geyiratse, bí bíeshuwi eegishe b́ úd'i? B́ fino gond b́ teshtsotsnat bí eshu fino kááw b́ teshtsotsne.
13 Do not be surprised, my brothers, if the world hates you.
Ti eshuwotso! datsatsi ashuwots iti boshit'al mansh adk'ayere.
14 We know that we have passed out of death into life, because we love the brothers. He who does not love his brother remains in death.
Noo no eshuwotsi noshunirwotse k'iromaantse kashomaants k'az nokimtsok'o danfone. Shun deshaw asho k'iri c'ishotse b́beyri.
15 Whoever hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has consummate (aiōnios g166) life remaining in him.
Bíeshuwi shit'iru jamo kash úd'kee, kash úd'tsonmó dúredúri kasho b́daatsrawok'o danfte. (aiōnios g166)
16 By this we know love, because he laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for the brothers.
Shuno eeg b́wottsok'o nodanet Iyesus Krstos b́ kasho noosh b́imtsoshe, noowere nokasho no eshuwotssh beshide imo noosh geyife.
17 But whoever has the world’s goods and sees his brother in need, then closes his heart of compassion against him, how does God’s love remain in him?
Datsanatse gaalo deshfetsr kic'iru asho be'efetsr maac' k'eweraw asho «Ik'o shunfee» eto awuk'o k'alrniya b́faliti?
18 My little children, let’s not love in word only, or with the tongue only, but in deed and truth.
T nana'otso! No shuno arikonat finon be'etka bako noonon mec'ron keewon wotk'aye.
19 And by this we know that we are of the truth and persuade our hearts before him,
Mannowere arkeewtswotsi nowottsok'onat Ik'ishinats t'inosh shatalon aaw shuk'on t'inosh nofalitwok'o danfone.
20 because if our heart condemns us, God is greater than our heart, and knows all things.
Nonibo noats bíangshiyalor Ik'o noniboniyere danbe, bíye jamkeewo danfee.
21 Beloved, if our hearts do not condemn us, we have boldness toward God;
T shuntswotso! No nibo noats angshratse wotiyal Ik'i shinatse ááw shuuk'o detsetwonee.
22 so whatever we ask, we receive from him, because we keep his commandments and do the things that are pleasing in his sight.
Ik'i tzazi jamo s'eentsr bín gene'úshit keewo nofinitwotse nok'onitu jamo bíyoke daatsitwone.
23 This is his commandment, that we should believe in the name of his Son, Jesus Christ, and love one another, even as he commanded.
Ik'o azaztsonu b́ naay Iyesus Krstos shútson amanar Krstos noon bíazaztsok'on noatsatsewo noshunetwok'owe.
24 He who keeps his commandments remains in him, and he in him. By this we know that he remains in us, by the Spirit which he gave us.
Ik'o azaztso k'alitu jamwots Ik'ona bobeti, Ik'onwere boyitse b́beeti, Ik'o noyitse b́beyirwok'o nodanet noosh b́ imts S'ayin shayirone.
