ଜଅନ୍ 10
1 ୧ ଜିସୁ କଇଲା, “ମୁଇ ତମ୍କେ ସତ୍ କଇଲିନି, ଜେ ଦୁଆର୍ ବାଟେ ନ ଜାଇ ବିନ୍ବାଟେ ଜାଇ ମେଣ୍ଡାସାଲେ କେଟ୍ସି, ସେ ଚର୍ ଆରି କାଙ୍ଗାର୍ ।
“Truly, truly, I say to you, he who does not enter through the gate into the sheep pen, but climbs up some other way, that man is a thief and a robber.
He who enters through the gate is the shepherd of the sheep.
3 ୩ ଜାଗୁଆଲ୍ ଦୁଆର୍ ଉଗାଡି ଦେଇସି ଆରି ନାଉଁ ଦାରି ଡାକ୍ସି । ମେଣ୍ଡାମନ୍ ତାର୍ ଡାକ୍ଲାଟା ସୁନ୍ବାଇ, ଆରି ସେମନ୍କେ ବାର୍କରାଇ ଦାରିଜାଇସି ।
The gatekeeper opens for him. The sheep hear his voice, and he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out.
4 ୪ ନିଜର୍ ସବୁ ମେଣ୍ଡାମନ୍କେ ବାଇରେ ଆନ୍ବା ବେଲେ, ସେ ଆଗେ ଆଗେ ଇଣ୍ଡ୍ସି ଆରି ମେଣ୍ଡାମନ୍ ତାର୍ ପଚେ ପଚେ ଜିବାଇ । କାଇକେବଇଲେ ମେଣ୍ଡାମନ୍ ତାର୍ ଡାକ୍ଲାଟା ଜାନତ୍ ।
When he has brought out all his own, he goes ahead of them, and the sheep follow him, for they know his voice.
5 ୫ ମାତର୍ ମେଣ୍ଡାମନ୍ କେବେ ମିସା ନ ଚିନ୍ଲା ଲକର୍ ପଚ୍ ପଚ୍ ନ ଜାଅତ୍, ତାର୍ଲଗେଅନି ପାଲାଇବାଇ । କାଇକେବଇଲେ ସେମନ୍ ଅଚିନାର୍ ଲକ୍ ଡାକ୍ଲେ ନ ଜାଅତ୍ ।”
They will not follow a stranger but instead they will avoid him, for they do not know the voice of strangers.”
Jesus spoke this parable to them, but they did not understand what these things were that he was saying to them.
Then Jesus said to them again, “Truly, truly, I say to you, I am the gate of the sheep.
8 ୮ ମର୍ ଆଗ୍ତୁ ଜେତେଲକ୍ ଆସିଆଚତ୍, ସେମନ୍ ସବୁଲକ୍ ଜାକ ଚର୍ ଆରି କାଙ୍ଗାର୍ମନ୍, ସେଟାର୍ପାଇ ମେଣ୍ଡାମନ୍ ତାକର୍ କାତା ମୁଲ୍କେ ସୁନତ୍ନାଇ ।
Everyone who came before me is a thief and a robber, but the sheep did not listen to them.
9 ୯ ମୁଇ ଦୁଆର୍, ଜଦି କେ ମିସା ମର୍ ବାଟେ ଆସି କେଟ୍ସି ବଇଲେ, ସେ ରକିଆପାଇସି, ଆରି ସେ ବିତ୍ରେ ଆରି ବାଇରେ ଜାଇ ଚାରି ପାର୍ସି ।
I am the gate. If anyone enters in through me, he will be saved; he will go in and out and will find pasture.
10 ୧୦ ଚର୍, ଚରାଇବାକେ, ମରାଇବାକେ, ଆରି ନାସ୍ କର୍ବାକେସେ ଆଇସି, ମାତର୍ ମୁଇ ଜେନ୍ତିକି ସେମନ୍କେ ପୁରାପୁରୁନ୍ ଜିବନ୍ ଦେବାକେ ଆଇଲି ଆଚି ।”
The thief does not come if he would not steal and kill and destroy. I have come so that they will have life and have it abundantly.
I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.
12 ୧୨ ଜେ ମେଣ୍ଡା ଚାରାଉ ନଏଁ, ମାତର୍ ବୁତି ପାଉ, ମେଣ୍ଡାମନ୍ ତାର୍ ନିଜର୍ଟା ନଅତ୍, ସେଟାର୍ପାଇ ଡୁର୍କା ଆଇବାଟା ଦେକି ମେଣ୍ଡାମନ୍କେ ଚାଡି ପାଲାଇସି । ଆରି ଡୁର୍କା ମେଣ୍ଡାମନ୍କେ ଦାରି ଚିନ୍ ଚତର୍ କରିଦେଇସି ।
The hired servant is not a shepherd and does not own the sheep. He sees the wolf coming and abandons the sheep and escapes, and the wolf carries them off and scatters them.
13 ୧୩ ଜେ ବୁତି ମିଲବଲି ମେଣ୍ଡା ଚାରାଇସି, ସେ ମେଣ୍ଡାମନ୍କେ ଚାଡି ଉଟିଜାଇସି । କାଇକେବଇଲେ ସେ ମେଣ୍ଡାମନର୍ ପାଇ ଚିନ୍ତା ନ କରେ ।
He runs away because he is a hired servant and does not care for the sheep.
I am the good shepherd, and I know my own, and my own know me.
15 ୧୫ ସେନ୍ତାରିସେ ମୁଇ ମର୍ ନିଜର୍ ମେଣ୍ଡାମନ୍କେ ଜାନି । ଆରି ମେଣ୍ଡାମନ୍ ମିସା ମକେ ଜାନତ୍ । ମୁଇ ସେମନର୍ ଲାଗି ମର୍ ଜିବନ୍ ଦେବାକେ ମିସା ରାଜି ।
The Father knows me, and I know the Father, and I lay down my life for the sheep.
16 ୧୬ ଏନ୍ତାରି ମର୍ ବିନ୍ ମେଣ୍ଡାମନ୍ ଆଚତ୍ । ସେମନ୍ ଏ ରାସି ଟାନେ ନାଇ, ମକେ ସେମନ୍କେ ମିସା ଆନ୍ବାକେ ପଡ୍ସି । ସେମନ୍ ମୁଇ ଡାକ୍ବାଟା ସୁନ୍ବାଇ ଆରି ତେଇର୍ ଗଟେକ୍ ରାସି ଅଇ ରଇବାଇ । “
I have other sheep that are not of this sheep pen. I must bring them also, and they will hear my voice so that there will be one flock and one shepherd.
17 ୧୭ “ମର୍ ବାବା ମକେ ଆଲାଦ୍ କଲାନି, କାଇକେବଇଲେ ମୁଇ ମର୍ ଜିବନ୍ ଦେବାକେ ମନ୍ କଲିନି । ଆରି ମର୍ ଜିବନ୍ ଦାନ୍ କର୍ବି ବଇଲେ ଆରିତରେକ୍ ସେଟା ପାଇବି ।
This is why the Father loves me: I lay down my life so that I may take it again.
18 ୧୮ ମର୍ ଜିବନ୍ ବିନ୍ ଲକ୍ ନେଇ ନାପାରତ୍ । ସେଟା ମୁଇ ନିଜେ ମନ୍କରି ଦାନ୍ କର୍ବି କି ଆରିତରେକ୍ ଆନ୍ବାକେ ମିସା ମର୍ ଅଦିକାର୍ ଆଚେ । ମର୍ ବାବା ମକେ ଏ ଅଦିକାର୍ ଦେଇଆଚେ ।”
No one takes it away from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have authority to lay it down, and I have authority to take it up again. I have received this command from my Father.”
A division again occurred among the Jews because of these words.
20 ୨୦ ସେମନର୍ ବିତ୍ରେ କେତେକ୍ ଲକ୍ କଇବାର୍ ଦାର୍ଲାଇ, “ତାକେ ଡୁମା ଦାରିଆଚେ, ସେ ବାୟାଟା, କାଇକେ ତାର୍ କାତା ସୁନ୍ଲାସ୍ନି?”
Many of them said, “He has a demon and is insane. Why do you listen to him?”
21 ୨୧ ମାତର୍ ବିନ୍ଲକ୍ମନ୍ କଇଲାଇ, “ଏ ସବୁ କାତା ତା ଡୁମା ଦାରି ରଇବା ଲକ୍ କଇନାପାରେ । ଡୁମା କାଇ କାଣା ଲକର୍ ଆଁକି ନିମାନ୍ କରିଦେଇପାରେ କି?”
Others said, “These are not the words of a demon-possessed man. Can a demon open the eyes of the blind?”
Then it was time for the Festival of the Dedication in Jerusalem.
It was winter, and Jesus was walking in the temple in the porch of Solomon.
24 ୨୪ ତେଇ ଜିଉଦିମନ୍ ତାକେ ଚାରିବେଟ୍ତିଅନି ଡାବିଅଇ ପାଚାର୍ବାର୍ ଦାର୍ଲାଇ, “ଆରି କେତେ ଦିନ୍ ଜାକ ଆମ୍କେ ନାଡାଇସୁ? ତମେ ଜଦି ପର୍ମେସର୍ ବାଚି ପାଟାଇଲା ରାଜା ମସିଅ ଅଇରଇଲେ ଆମ୍କେ ସତ୍ କାତା କ ।”
Then the Jews surrounded him and said to him, “How long will you hold us doubting? If you are the Christ, tell us openly.”
25 ୨୫ ଜିସୁ ସେମନ୍କେ କଇଲା, “ମୁଇ ତମ୍କେ ପର୍ତୁମ୍ କଇଆଚି, ମାତର୍ ମକେ ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କରାସ୍ନାଇ । ମର୍ ବାବାର୍ ଅଦିକାରେ ମୁଇ ଜନ୍ ଜନ୍ କାମ୍ମନ୍ କଲିଆଚି, ସେ ସବୁଜାକ ମର୍ ବିସଇର୍ ସାକି ଦେଲାନି ।
Jesus replied to them, “I told you, but you do not believe. The works that I do in the name of my Father, these testify concerning me.
Yet you do not believe because you are not my sheep.
27 ୨୭ ମର୍ ସବୁ ମେଣ୍ଡାମନ୍ ମୁଇ ଡାକ୍ବାଟା ସୁନ୍ବାଇ, ମୁଇ ସେମନ୍କେ ଜାନି, ଆରି ସେମନ୍ ମର୍ ପଚେ ପଚେ ଆଇବାଇ ।
My sheep hear my voice; I know them, and they follow me.
29 ୨୯ ମର୍ ବାବା ମକେ ଜନ୍ଟା ଦେଲାଆଚେ, ସେଟା ସବୁର୍ଟାନେଅନି ଅଦିକ୍ ମୁଲିଅ । ବାବାର୍ ଆତେଅନି ସେଟା କେ ମିସା ଚାଡାଇ ନେଇ ନାପାରତ୍ ।
My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all others, and no one is able to snatch them out of the hand of the Father.
I and the Father are one.”
Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him.
32 ୩୨ ଜିସୁ ସେମନ୍କେ କଇଲା, “ମୁଇ ବାବାର୍ ଆଦେସ୍ ଇସାବେ ତମ୍କେ କେତେକ୍ କେତେକ୍ ନିମାନ୍ କାମ୍ ଦେକାଇ ଆଚି, ସେ ସବୁ ନିମାନ୍ କାମ୍ ବିତ୍ରେଅନି, କନ୍ କାମର୍ପାଇ ମକେ ମାର୍ବାକେ ପାକ୍ନା ବେଟିଆଚାସ୍?”
Jesus answered them, “I have shown you many good works from the Father. For which of those works are you stoning me?”
33 ୩୩ ସେମନ୍ ତାକେ କଇଲାଇ, “ନିମାନ୍ କାମର୍ ଲାଗି ତକେ ଆମେ ମାର୍ବାକେ ପାକ୍ନା ବେଟୁନାଇ, ମାତର୍ ପର୍ମେସର୍କେ ନିନ୍ଦା କଲୁସ୍ନି ବଲିକରି, ଆରି ତୁଇ ମନସ୍ ଅଇକରି ନିଜ୍କେ ପର୍ମେସର୍ ବଲାଇଅଇବାର୍ ଲାଗି ।”
The Jews answered him, “We are not stoning you for any good work, but for blasphemy, because you, a man, are making yourself God.”
34 ୩୪ ଜିସୁ ସେମନ୍କେ କଇଲା, “ତମର୍ ରିତିନିତି ଟାନେ କାଇ ଏଟା ଲେକାନାଇ କି? ପର୍ମେସର୍ କଇଲା ତମେ ପର୍ମେସର୍ ।
Jesus answered them, “Is it not written in your law, 'I said, “You are gods”'?
35 ୩୫ ଆମେ ଜାନୁ ସାସ୍ତରର୍ ବାକିଅ ସବୁ ଦିନର୍ ପାଇ ସତ୍ । ପର୍ମେସରର୍ ବାକିଅ ଜନ୍ଲକ୍ମନ୍ ଜାନିଆଚତ୍, ସେମନ୍କେ ପର୍ମେସର୍ ବଲି କୁଆ ଅଇଲାଆଚେ ।
If he called them gods, to whom the word of God came (and the scripture cannot be broken),
36 ୩୬ ବାବା ମକେ ବାଚିକରି ଏ ଦୁନିଆଇ ପାଟାଇଆଚେ, ସେନ୍ତାର୍ ଆଲେ ମୁଇ ନିଜ୍କେ ପର୍ମେସରର୍ ପ ବଲି କଇଲାକେ, ତମେ ମକେ କେନ୍ତି ପର୍ମେସର୍କେ ନିନ୍ଦା କଲୁସ୍ନି ବଲି କଇଲାସ୍ନି?
do you say to him whom the Father set apart and sent into the world, 'You are blaspheming,' because I said, 'I am the Son of God'?
If I am not doing the works of my Father, do not believe me.
38 ୩୮ ଜଦି ମୁଇ ସେ ମନ୍କଲାଟା ପୁରାପୁରୁନ୍ କର୍ବି ବଇଲେ, ମକେ ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ ନ କଲେମିସା ମୁଇ କର୍ବା କାମ୍ ବିସ୍ବାସ୍ କରା । ସେଟାର୍ ପାଇ ତମେ ଜାନିପାରାସ୍ ଜେ, ମର୍ ବାବା ପର୍ମେସର୍ ମର୍ ସଙ୍ଗ୍ ଆଚେ ଆରି ମୁଇ ତାର୍ଟାନେ ଆଚି ।”
But if I am doing them, even if you do not believe me, believe in the works so that you may know and understand that the Father is in me and that I am in the Father.”
39 ୩୯ ସେମନ୍ ଆରିତରେକ୍ ଜିସୁକେ ଦାର୍ବାକେ ଚେସ୍ଟା କଲାଇ, ମାତର୍ ଜିସୁ ସେମନ୍କେ ଦାରାଇ ନ ଅଇକରି କସ୍ରି ଉଟିଗାଲା ।
They tried to seize him again, but he went away out of their hand.
40 ୪୦ ତାର୍ପଚେ ସେ ଆରିତରେକ୍ ଜର୍ଦନ୍ ଗାଡର୍ ସେପାଟେ ଉଟିଜାଇକରି ଆଗେ ଜଅନ୍ ଜନ୍ ଜାଗାଇ ଡୁବନ୍ ଦେଇ ରଇଲା, ସେ ଜାଗାଇ ଜାଇକରି ରଇଲା ।
He went away again beyond the Jordan to the place where John had first been baptizing, and he stayed there.
41 ୪୧ ଆରି ବେସିଲକ୍ମନ୍ ତାର୍ଲଗେ ଆସିକରି କଇଲାଇ, “ଜଅନ୍ ସିନା କାଇ କାବାଅଇ ଜିବା କାମ୍ କରି ନ ରଇଲା, ମାତର୍ ଏ ଲକର୍ ବିସଇନେଇ ଜଅନ୍ ଜେତ୍କି କାତା କଇରଇଲା, ସେ ସବୁ ସତ୍ ଆକା ।”
Many people came to him and they said, “John indeed did no signs, but all the things that John has said about this man are true.”
Many people believed in him there.
