4 Mosebog 4
1 HERREN talede til Moses og Aron og sagde:
And the LORD spoke unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying,
2 Optag blandt Leviterne Tallet paa Kehatiterne efter deres Slægter, efter deres Fædrenehuse,
Take the sum of the sons of Kohath from among the sons of Levi, after their families, by the house of their fathers,
3 fra Trediveaarsalderen og opefter til Halvtredsaarsalderen, alle, der skal gøre Tjeneste med' at udføre Arbejde ved Aabenbaringsteltet.
From thirty years old and upward even until fifty years old, all that enter into the host, to do the work in the tabernacle of the congregation.
4 Kehatiternes Arbejde ved Aabenbaringsteltet skal være med de højhellige Ting.
This shall be the service of the sons of Kohath in the tabernacle of the congregation, about the most holy things:
5 Naar Lejren bryder op, skal Aron og hans Sønner gaa ind og tage det indre Forhæng ned og tildække Vidnesbyrdets Ark dermed;
And when the camp sets forward, Aaron shall come, and his sons, and they shall take down the covering vail, and cover the ark of testimony with it:
6 ovenover skal de lægge et Dække af Tahasjskind og derover igen brede et ensfarvet violet Purpurklæde; derpaa skal de stikke Bærestængerne ind.
And shall put thereon the covering of badgers' skins, and shall spread over it a cloth wholly of blue, and shall put in the staves thereof.
7 Og over Skuebrødsbordet skal de brede et violet Purpurklæde og stille Fadene, Kanderne, Skaalene og Krukkerne til Drikofferet derpaa, og Brødet, som stadig skal ligge fremme, skal ligge derpaa;
And upon the table of showbread they shall spread a cloth of blue, and put thereon the dishes, and the spoons, and the bowls, and covers to cover likewise: and the continual bread shall be thereon:
8 ovenover skal de brede et karmoisinrødt Klæde og dække dette til med et Dække af Tahasjskind; derpaa skal de stikke Bærestængerne ind.
And they shall spread upon them a cloth of scarlet, and cover the same with a covering of badgers' skins, and shall put in the staves thereof.
9 Saa skal de tage et violet Purpurklæde og dermed tildække Lysestagen, dens Lamper, Sakse, Bakker og alle Oliekrukkerne, de Ting, som bruges ved Betjeningen deraf,
And they shall take a cloth of blue, and cover the candlestick of the light, and his lamps, and his tongs, and his intruments for snuffings, and all the oil vessels thereof, wherewith they minister unto it:
10 og de skal lægge den med alt dens Tilbehør i et Dække af Tahasjskind og saa lægge det paa Bærebøren.
And they shall put it and all the vessels thereof within a covering of badgers' skins, and shall put it upon a bar.
11 Over Guldalteret skal de ligeledes brede et violet Purpurklæde og dække dette til med et Dække af Tahasjskind; derpaa skal de stikke Bærestængerne ind.
And upon the golden altar they shall spread a cloth of blue, and cover it with a covering of badgers' skins, and shall put to the staves thereof:
12 Og de skal tage alle Redskaber, som bruges ved Tjenesten i Helligdommen, og lægge dem i et violet Purpurklæde og dække dem til med et Dække af Tahasjskind og lægge dem paa Bærebøren.
And they shall take all the instruments of ministry, wherewith they minister in the sanctuary, and put them in a cloth of blue, and cover them with a covering of badgers' skins, and shall put them on a bar:
13 Fremdeles skal de rense Alteret for Aske og brede et rødt Purpurklæde derover
And they shall take away the ashes from the altar, and spread a purple cloth thereon:
14 og paa det lægge alle Redskaberne, som bruges til Tjenesten derved, Panderne, Gaflerne, Skovlene og Skaalene, alle Alterets Redskaber, og derover skal de brede et Dække af Tahasjskind; derpaa skal de stikke Bærestængerne ind.
And they shall put upon it all the vessels thereof, wherewith they minister about it, even the censers, the forks, and the shovels, and the basons, all the vessels of the altar; and they shall spread upon it a covering of badgers' skins, and put to the staves of it.
15 Naar saa ved Lejrens Opbrud Aron og hans Sønner er færdige med at tilhylle de hellige Ting og alle de hellige Redskaber, skal Kehatiterne træde til og bære dem; men de maa ikke røre ved de hellige Ting; thi gør de det, skal de dø. Det er, hvad Kehatiterne skal bære af Aabenbaringsteltet.
And when Aaron and his sons have made an end of covering the sanctuary, and all the vessels of the sanctuary, as the camp is to set forward; after that, the sons of Kohath shall come to bear it: but they shall not touch any holy thing, lest they die. These things are the burden of the sons of Kohath in the tabernacle of the congregation.
16 Men Eleazar, Præsten Arons Søn, paahviler Tilsynet med Olien til Lysestagen, den vellugtende Røgelse, det daglige Afgrødeoffer og Salveolien og desuden Tilsynet med hele Boligen og alt, hvad der er deri af hellige Ting og deres Tilbehør.
And to the office of Eleazar the son of Aaron the priest pertains the oil for the light, and the sweet incense, and the daily food offering, and the anointing oil, and the oversight of all the tabernacle, and of all that therein is, in the sanctuary, and in the vessels thereof.
17 HERREN talede til Moses og Aron og sagde:
And the LORD spoke unto Moses and unto Aaron saying,
18 Sørg for, at Kehatiternes Slægters Stamme ikke udryddes af Leviternes Midte!
Cut all of you not off the tribe of the families of the Kohathites from among the Levites:
19 Saaledes skal I forholde eder med dem, for at de kan blive i Live og undgaa Døden, naar de nærmer sig de højhellige Ting: Aron og hans Sønner skal træde til og anvise hver enkelt af dem, hvad han skal gøre, og hvad han skal bære,
But thus do unto them, that they may live, and not die, when they approach unto the most holy things: Aaron and his sons shall go in, and appoint them every one to his service and to his burden:
20 for at de ikke et eneste Øjeblik skal komme til at se de hellige Ting; thi gør de det, skal de dø.
But they shall not go in to see when the holy things are covered, lest they die.
21 HERREN talede til Moses og sagde:
And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,
22 Optag ogsaa Tallet paa Gersoniterne efter deres Fædrenehuse, efter deres Slægter;
Take also the sum of the sons of Gershon, throughout the houses of their fathers, by their families;
23 fra Trediveaarsalderen og opefter til Halvtredsaarsalderen skal du mønstre dem, alle, der skal gøre Tjeneste med at udføre Arbejdet ved Aabenbaringsteltet.
From thirty years old and upward until fifty years old shall you number them; all that enter in to perform the service, to do the work in the tabernacle of the congregation.
24 Dette er Gersoniternes Arbejde, hvad de skal gøre, og hvad de skal bære:
This is the service of the families of the Gershonites, to serve, and for burdens:
25 De skal bære Boligens Tæpper, Aabenbaringsteltet med dets Dække og Dækket af Tahasjskind ovenover, Forhænget til Aabenbaringsteltets Indgang,
And they shall bear the curtains of the tabernacle, and the tabernacle of the congregation, his covering, and the covering of the badgers' skins that is above upon it, and the hanging for the door of the tabernacle of the congregation,
26 Forgaardens Omhæng og Forhænget for Indgangen til Forgaarden, der er rundt om Boligen og Alteret, dens Teltreb og alle Redskaber, som hører til Arbejdet derved; og alt, hvad der skal gøres derved, skal de udføre.
And the hangings of the court, and the hanging for the door of the gate of the court, which is by the tabernacle and by the altar round about, and their cords, and all the instruments of their service, and all that is made for them: so shall they serve.
27 Efter Arons og hans Sønners Bud skal Gersoniterne udføre deres Arbejde baade med det, de skal bære, og med det, de skal gøre; og I skal anvise dem alt, hvad de skal bære, Stykke for Stykke.
At the appointment of Aaron and his sons shall be all the service of the sons of the Gershonites, in all their burdens, and in all their service: and all of you shall appoint unto them in charge all their burdens.
28 Det er det Arbejde, Gersoniternes Sønners Slægter skal have ved Aabenbaringsteltet, og de skal varetage det under Itamars, Præsten Arons Søns, Tilsyn.
This is the service of the families of the sons of Gershon in the tabernacle of the congregation: and their charge shall be under the hand of Ithamar the son of Aaron the priest.
29 Merariterne skal du mønstre efter deres Slægter, efter deres Fædrenehuse;
As for the sons of Merari, you shall number them after their families, by the house of their fathers;
30 fra Trediveaarsalderen og opefter til Halvtredsaarsalderen skal du mønstre dem, alle, som skal gøre Tjeneste med at udføre Arbejde ved Aabenbaringsteltet.
From thirty years old and upward even unto fifty years old shall you number them, every one that enters into the service, to do the work of the tabernacle of the congregation.
31 Dette er, hvad der paahviler dem at bære, alt, hvad der hører til deres Arbejde ved Aabenbaringsteltet: Boligens Brædder, dens Tværstænger, Piller og Fodstykker,
And this is the charge of their burden, according to all their service in the tabernacle of the congregation; the boards of the tabernacle, and the bars thereof, and the pillars thereof, and sockets thereof,
32 Pillerne til Forgaarden, som er rundt om den, med Fodstykker, Pæle og Reb, alle tilhørende Redskaber og alt, hvad der hører til Arbejdet derved; Stykke for Stykke skal I anvise dem alle de Ting, det paahviler dem at bære.
And the pillars of the court round about, and their sockets, and their pins, and their cords, with all their instruments, and with all their service: and by name all of you shall reckon the instruments of the charge of their burden.
33 Det er det Arbejde, der paahviler Merariternes Slægter, alt, hvad der hører til deres Arbejde ved Aabenbaringsteltet, under Itamars, Præsten Arons Søns, Tilsyn.
This is the service of the families of the sons of Merari, according to all their service, in the tabernacle of the congregation, under the hand of Ithamar the son of Aaron the priest.
34 Saa mønstrede Moses og Aron og Menighedens Øverster Kehatiternes Sønner efter deres Slægter, efter deres Fædrenehuse,
And Moses and Aaron and the chief of the congregation numbered the sons of the Kohathites after their families, and after the house of their fathers,
35 fra Trediveaarsalderen og opefter til Halvtredsaarsalderen, alle, som skulde gøre Tjeneste med at udføre Arbejde ved Aabenbaringsteltet,
From thirty years old and upward even unto fifty years old, every one that enters into the service, for the work in the tabernacle of the congregation:
36 og de, der mønstredes af dem efter deres Slægter, udgjorde 2750.
And those that were numbered of them by their families were two thousand seven hundred and fifty.
37 Det var dem, som mønstredes af Kehatiternes Slægter, alle dem, der skulde udføre Arbejde ved Aabenbaringsteltet, som Moses og Aron mønstrede efter HERRENS Bud ved Moses.
These were they that were numbered of the families of the Kohathites, all that might do service in the tabernacle of the congregation, which Moses and Aaron did number according to the commandment of the LORD by the hand of Moses.
38 De, der mønstredes af Gersoniterne efter deres Slægter, efter deres Fædrenehuse,
And those that were numbered of the sons of Gershon, throughout their families, and by the house of their fathers,
39 fra Trediveaarsalderen og opefter til Halvtredsaarsalderen, alle, som skulde gøre Tjeneste med at udføre Arbejde ved Aabenbaringsteltet,
From thirty years old and upward even unto fifty years old, every one that enters into the service, for the work in the tabernacle of the congregation,
40 de, der mønstredes af dem efter deres Slægter, efter deres Fædrenehuse, udgjorde 2630.
Even those that were numbered of them, throughout their families, by the house of their fathers, were two thousand and six hundred and thirty.
41 Det var dem, som mønstredes af Gersoniternes Slægter, alle dem, der skulde udføre Arbejde ved Aabenbaringsteltet, som Moses og Aron mønstrede efter HERRENS Bud.
These are they that were numbered of the families of the sons of Gershon, of all that might do service in the tabernacle of the congregation, whom Moses and Aaron did number according to the commandment of the LORD.
42 De, der mønstredes af Merariternes Slægter efter deres Slægter, efter deres Fædrenehuse,
And those that were numbered of the families of the sons of Merari, throughout their families, by the house of their fathers,
43 fra Trediveaarsalderen og opefter til Halvtredsaarsalderen, alle, som skulde gøre Tjeneste med at udføre Arbejde ved Aabenbaringsteltet,
From thirty years old and upward even unto fifty years old, every one that enters into the service, for the work in the tabernacle of the congregation,
44 de, der mønstredes af dem efter deres Slægter, udgjorde 3200.
Even those that were numbered of them after their families, were three thousand and two hundred.
45 Det var dem, som mønstredes af Merariternes Slægter, som Moses og Aron mønstrede efter HERRENS Bud ved Moses.
These be those that were numbered of the families of the sons of Merari, whom Moses and Aaron numbered according to the word of the LORD by the hand of Moses.
46 Alle, som mønstredes, som Moses og Aron og Israels Øverster mønstrede af Leviterne efter deres Slægter, efter deres Fædrenehuse,
All those that were numbered of the Levites, whom Moses and Aaron and the chief of Israel numbered, after their families, and after the house of their fathers,
47 fra Trediveaarsalderen og opefter til Halvtredsaarsalderen, alle, som skulde udføre Arbejde ved Aabenbaringsteltet baade med hvad der skulde gøres, og hvad der skulde bæres,
From thirty years old and upward even unto fifty years old, every one that came to do the service of the ministry, and the service of the burden in the tabernacle of the congregation.
48 de, der mønstredes af dem, udgjorde 8580.
Even those that were numbered of them, were eight thousand and five hundred and fourscore,
49 Efter HERRENS Bud ved Moses anviste man hver enkelt af dem, hvad han skulde gøre eller bære; det blev dem anvist, som HERREN havde paalagt Moses.
According to the commandment of the LORD they were numbered by the hand of Moses, every one according to his service, and according to his burden: thus were they numbered of him, as the LORD commanded Moses.
