Lukáš 9
1 I svolav dvanácte učedlníků svých, dal jim sílu a moc nad všelikým ďábelstvím, a aby neduhy uzdravovali.
Then called he the. xii. to gether and gave them power and auctorite over all devyls and that they myght heale diseases.
2 I poslal je, aby kázali království Boží, a uzdravovali nemocné.
And he sent them to preache the kyngdome of God and to cure the sick.
3 A řekl jim: Nic nebeřte na tu cestu, ani hůlky, ani mošny, ani chleba, ani peněz, ani po dvou sukních mívejte.
And he sayd to them: Take nothinge to sucker you by ye waye: nether staffe nor scripe nether breed nether money nether have twoo cootes.
4 A do kteréhožkoli domu vešli byste, tu zůstaňte, a odtud vyjděte.
And whatsoever housse ye enter into there abyde and thence departe.
5 A kteříž by vás koli nepřijali, vyjdouce z města toho, také i ten prach z noh svých vyrazte na svědectví proti nim.
And whosoever will not receave you when ye go out of that cite shake of the very dust from youre fete for a testimony agaynst them.
6 I vyšedše, chodili po městečkách vůkol, zvěstujíce evangelium, a uzdravujíce všudy.
And they went out and went thorow the tounes preachinge the gospell and healynge every wheare.
7 Uslyšel pak Heródes čtvrták o všech věcech, kteréž se dály od něho. I rozjímal to v mysli své, proto že bylo praveno od některých, že by Jan vstal z mrtvých,
And Herod the tetrarch herde of all that was done of him and douted because that it was sayde of some that Iohn was rysen agayne from deeth:
8 A od jiných, že by se Eliáš zjevil, od některých pak, že by jeden z proroků starých vstal.
and of some that Helyas had apered: and of other that one of the olde prophetes was rysen agayne.
9 I řekl Heródes: Jana jsem já sťal. Kdož pak jest tento, o kterémž já slyším takové věci? I žádostiv byl ho viděti.
And Herod sayde: Iohn have I behedded: who then is this of whom I heare suche thinges? And he desyred to se him.
10 Vrátivše se pak apoštolé, vypravovali jemu, cožkoli činili. A pojav je, odšel soukromí na místo pusté města řečeného Betsaida.
And the Apostles retourned and tolde him what great thinges they had done. And he toke them and went a syde into a solitary place nye to a citie called Bethsaida.
11 Zvěděvše pak zástupové, šli za ním; i přijal je, a mluvil jim o království Božím, a ty, kteříž uzdravení potřebovali, uzdravoval.
And ye people knewe of it and folowed him. And he receaved them and spake vnto them of the kyngdome of God and healed them that had nede to be healed.
12 Den pak počal se nachylovati. I přistoupivše dvanácte, řekli jemu: Propusť zástupy, ať rozejdouce se do městeček okolních a do vesnic, jdou a hledají pokrmů, nebo jsme tuto na místě pustém.
And when ye daye beganne to weare awaye then came the twelve and sayde vnto him: sende ye people awaye that they maye goo into the tounes and villages roundabout and lodge and get meate for we are here in a place of wyldernes.
13 I řekl jim: Dejte vy jim jísti. A oni řekli: Nemámeť víc než pět chlebů a dvě rybě, leč bychom my snad šli a nakoupili na tento všecken lid pokrmů?
But he sayde vnto them: Geve ye the to eate. And they sayde. We have no moo but fyve loves and two fisshes except we shuld goo and bye meate for all this people.
14 Nebo bylo mužů okolo pěti tisíců. I řekl učedlníkům svým. Rozkažte se jim posaditi v každém řadu po padesáti.
And they were about a fyve thousand men. And he sayde to his disciples: Cause them to syt doune by fyfties in a company.
15 I učinili tak, a posadili se všickni.
And they dyd soo and made them all syt doune.
16 A vzav těch pět chlebů a ty dvě rybě, vzhlédl v nebe, a dobrořečil jim, i lámal, a rozdával učedlníkům, aby kladli před zástup.
And he toke the fyve loves and the two fisshes and loked vp to heven and blessed them and brake and gave to the disciples to set before ye people.
17 I jedli, a nasyceni jsou všickni. A sebráno jest, což jim bylo ostalo drobtů, dvanácte košů.
And they ate and were all satisfied. And ther was taken vp of that remayned to the twelve baskettes full of broken meate.
18 I stalo se, když se on modlil obzvláštně, že byli s ním učedlníci. I otázal se jich, řka: Kým mne praví býti zástupové?
And it fortuned as he was alone prayinge his disciples were wt him and he axed the sayinge: Who saye ye people yt I am?
19 A oni odpověděvše, řekli: Janem Křtitelem, a jiní Eliášem, jiní pak, že prorok jeden z starých vstal.
They answered and sayd: Iohn Baptist. Some saye Helyas. And some saye one of the olde prophetes is rysen agayne.
20 I řekl jim: Vy pak kým mne býti pravíte? Odpověděv Petr, řekl: Krista toho Božího.
He sayde vnto the: Who saye ye that I am? Peter answered and sayde: thou arte the Christ of god.
21 A on s pohrůžkou jim přikázal, aby toho žádnému nepravili,
And he warned and commaunded them that they shuld tell no man yt thinge
22 Pravě: Že Syn člověka musí mnoho trpěti, a potupen býti od starších a od předních kněží i od zákonníků, a zamordován býti, a třetího dne z mrtvých vstáti.
sayinge: that the sonne of man must suffre many thinges and be reproved of the elders and of the hye prestes and scribes and be slayne and the thirde daye ryse agayne.
23 I pravil všechněm: Chce-li kdo přijíti za mnou, zapři sám sebe, a beř svůj kříž na každý den, a následuj mne.
And he sayde to them all yf eny man will come after me let him denye him sylfe and take vp his crosse dayly and folowe me.
24 Nebo kdož bude chtíti duši svou zachovati, ztratíť ji; a kdož ztratí duši svou pro mne, tenť ji zachová,
Whosoever will save his lyfe shall lose it. And who soever shall lose his lyfe for my sake the same shall save it.
25 Nebo co jest platno člověku, by všecken svět získal, kdyby sám sebe ztratil, aneb sám sebe zmrhal?
For what avauntageth it a man to wynne the whole worlde yf he loose him sylfe or runne in domage of him sylfe?
26 Nebo kdož by se za mne styděl a za mé řeči, za tohoť se Syn člověka styděti bude, když přijde v slávě své a Otcově i svatých andělů.
For whosoever is ashamed of me and of my sayinges: of him shall the sonne of man be ashamed when he cometh in his awne glorie and in the glorie of his father and of the holy angels.
27 Ale pravímť vám jistě: Jsou někteří z stojících tuto, kteříž neokusí smrti, až uzří království Boží.
And I tell you of a surety: There be some of the yt stonde here which shall not tast of deeth tyll they se ye kyngdome of god.
28 I stalo se po těch řečech, jako po osmi dnech, že vzav s sebou Petra a Jakuba a Jana, vstoupil na horu, aby se modlil.
And it folowed about an. viii. dayes after thoose sayinges that he toke Peter Iames and Iohn and went vp into a moutayne to praye.
29 A když se modlil, učiněna jest tvář jeho proměněná, a oděv jeho bílý a stkvoucí.
And as he prayed ye facion of his countenaunce was changed and his garment was whyte and shoone.
30 A aj, dva muži mluvili s ním, a ti byli Mojžíš a Eliáš.
And beholde two men talked wt him and they were Moses and Helyas
31 Kteříž okázavše se v slávě, vypravovali o smrti jeho, kterouž měl podstoupiti v Jeruzalémě.
which appered gloriously and spake of his departinge which he shuld ende at Ierusalem.
32 Petr pak a ti, kteříž s ním byli, obtíženi byli snem, a procítivše, viděli slávu jeho a ty dva muže, ani stojí s ním.
Peter and they that were with him were hevy with slepe. And when they woke they sawe his glorie and two men stondinge with him.
33 I stalo se, když oni odešli od něho, řekl Petr Ježíšovi: Mistře, dobréť jest nám zde býti. Protož udělejme tři stánky, tobě jeden, a Mojžíšovi jeden, a Eliášovi jeden, nevěda, co mluví.
And it chaunsed as they departed fro him Peter sayde vnto Iesus: Master it is good beinge here for vs. Let vs make thre tabernacles one for the and one for Moses and one for Helyas: and wist not what he sayde.
34 A když on to mluvil, stal se oblak, i zastínil je. Báli se pak, když onino vcházeli do oblaku.
Whyll he thus spake ther came a cloude and shadowed them: and they feared when they were come vnder the cloude.
35 I stal se hlas z oblaku řkoucí: Tentoť jest ten Syn můj milý, toho poslouchejte.
And ther came a voyce out of the cloude sayinge: This is my deare sonne heare him.
36 A když se ten hlas stal, nalezen jest Ježíš sám. A oni mlčeli, a nepravili žádnému v těch dnech ničeho z těch věcí, kteréž viděli.
And assone as ye voyce was past Iesus was founde alone. And they kept it cloose and tolde noo man in thoose dayes eny of those thinges which they had sene.
37 Stalo se pak druhého dne, když sstupovali s hory, potkal jej zástup mnohý.
And it chaunsed on the nexte daye as they came doune from the hyll moche people met him.
38 A aj, muž z zástupu zvolal, řka: Mistře, prosím tebe, vzhlédni na syna mého, neboť jediného toho mám.
And beholde a man of the copany cryed out sayinge: Master I beseche ye beholde my sonne for he is all that I have:
39 A aj, duch jej napadá, a on i hned křičí, a lomcuje jím slinícím se, a nesnadně odchází od něho, sápaje jím.
and se a sprete taketh him and sodenly he cryeth and he teareth him that he fometh agayne and with moche payne departeth fro him when he hath rent him and
40 I prosil jsem učedlníků tvých, aby jej vyvrhli, ale nemohli.
I besought thy disciples to cast him out and they coulde not.
41 I odpověděv Ježíš, řekl: Ó pokolení nevěrné a převrácené, dokudž budu u vás, a snášeti budu vás? Přiveď sem syna svého.
Iesus answered and sayde: O generacion with oute fayth and croked: how longe shall I be with you? and shall suffre you? Bringe thy sonne hidder.
42 A v tom, když on přicházel, porazil jej ďábel, a lomcoval jím. I přimluvil duchu nečistému Ježíš, a uzdravil toho mládence, a navrátil jej otci jeho.
As he yet was a cominge the fende ret him and tare him. And Iesus rebuked ye vnclene sprete and healed the childe and delivered him to his father.
43 I děsili se všickni nad velikomocností Božskou. A když se všickni divili všem věcem, kteréž činil Ježíš, řekl učedlníkům svým:
And they were all amased at ye mighty power of God. Whyll they wondred every one at all thinges which he dyd he sayd vnto his disciples:
44 Složte vy v uších svých řeči tyto, neboť Syn člověka bude vydán v ruce lidské.
Let these sayinges synke doune into youre eares. The tyme will come when the sonne of man shalbe delivered into the hondes of men.
45 Ale oni nesrozuměli slovu tomu, a bylo před nimi skryto, aby nevyrozuměli jemu. A nesměli se ho otázati o tom slovu.
But they wist not what yt worde meant and yt was hyd fro the that they vnderstode yt not. And they feared to axe him of that sayinge.
46 I vznikla mezi nimi hádka o to, kdo by z nich byl největší.
Then ther arose a disputacion amoge the: who shuld be the greatest.
47 Ježíš pak viděv přemyšlování srdce jejich, vzav dítě, postavil je podlé sebe,
When Iesus perceaved ye thoughtes of their hertes he toke a chylde and set him hard by him
48 A řekl jim: Kdožkoli přijal by dítě toto ve jménu mém, mneť přijímá; a kdož by koli mne přijal, přijímá toho, kterýž mne poslal. Nebo kdožť jest nejmenší mezi všemi vámi, tenť bude veliký.
and sayd vnto the: Whosoever receaveth this chylde in my name receaveth me. And whosoever receaveth me receaveth him yt sent me. For he yt is least amonge you all the same shalbe greate.
49 I odpověděv Jan, řekl: Mistře, viděli jsme jednoho, an ve jménu tvém ďábly vymítá; i bránili jsme mu, proto že nechodí s námi.
And Iohn answered and sayde: Master we sawe one castinge out devyls in thy name and we forbade him because he foloweth not with vs.
50 I dí jemu Ježíš: Nebraňtež. Nebo kdoť není proti nám, s námiť jest.
And Iesus sayde vnto him: forbyd ye him not. For he that is not agaynst vs is wt vs.
51 I stalo se, když se doplnili dnové vzetí jeho zhůru, že on se na tom ustavil, aby šel do Jeruzaléma.
And it folowed when the tyme was come yt he shulde be receaved vp then he set his face to goo to Hierusalem
52 I poslal posly před sebou. A oni jdouce, vešli do městečka Samaritánského, aby jemu připravili.
and sent messengers before him. And they went and entred into a citie of the Samaritans to make redy for him.
53 Ale nepřijali ho, proto že oblíčej jeho byl obrácen k jití do Jeruzaléma.
But they wolde not receave him be cause his face was as though he wolde goo to Ierusalem.
54 A viděvše to učedlníci jeho Jakub a Jan, řekli: Pane, chceš-li, ať díme, aby oheň sstoupil s nebe, a spálil je, jako i Eliáš učinil?
When his disciples Iames and Iohn sawe yt they sayde: Lorde wilt thou that we comaunde that fyre come doune from heven and consume them even as Helias dyd?
55 Ale obrátiv se, potrestal jich, řka: Nevíte, čího jste vy duchu.
Iesus turned about and rebuked them sayinge: ye wote not what maner sprete ye are of.
56 Syn zajisté člověka nepřišel zatracovati duší lidských, ale aby spasil. I odešli do jiného městečka.
The sonne of ma ys not come to destroye mennes lives but to save them. And they went to another toune.
57 Stalo se pak, když šli, že řekl jemu na cestě jeden: Pane, půjdu za tebou, kam se koli obrátíš.
And it chaunsed as he went in the waye a certayne man sayd vnto him: I will folowe the whither soever thou goo.
58 I řekl jemu Ježíš: Lišky doupata mají, a ptáci nebeští hnízda, ale Syn člověka nemá, kde by hlavu sklonil.
Iesus sayd vnto him: foxes have holes and bryddes of ye ayer have nestes: but the sonne of man hath not where on to laye his heed.
59 I řekl jinému: Poď za mnou. Ale on řekl: Pane, dopusť mi prvé jíti a pochovati otce mého.
And he sayde vnto another: folowe me. And the same sayde: Lorde suffre me fyrst to goo and bury my father.
60 I dí jemu Ježíš: Nech ať mrtví pochovávají mrtvé své, ale ty jda, zvěstuj království Boží.
Iesus sayd vnto him: Let the deed bury their deed: but goo thou and preache the kyngdome of God.
61 I řekl opět jiný: Půjdu za tebou, Pane, ale prvé dopusť mi, ať se rozžehnám s těmi, kteříž jsou v domě mém.
And another sayde: I wyll folowe the Lorde: but let me fyrst goo byd them fare well which are at home at my housse.
62 Řekl jemu Ježíš: Žádný, kdož vztáhna ruku svou k pluhu, ohlídal by se nazpět, není způsobný k království Božímu.
Iesus sayde vnto him: No man that putteth his honde to the plowe and loketh backe is apte to the kyngdome of God.
