申命記 30
1 「我所陳明在你面前的這一切咒詛都臨到你身上；你在耶和華－你上帝追趕你到的萬國中必心裏追念祝福的話；
It shall happen, when all these things have come on you, the blessing and the curse, which I have set before you, and you shall call them to mind among all the nations, where Jehovah your God has driven you,
2 你和你的子孫若盡心盡性歸向耶和華－你的上帝，照着我今日一切所吩咐的聽從他的話；
and shall return to Jehovah your God, and shall obey his voice according to all that I command you this day, you and your children, with all your heart, and with all your soul;
3 那時，耶和華－你的上帝必憐恤你，救回你這被擄的子民；耶和華－你的上帝要回轉過來，從分散你到的萬民中將你招聚回來。
that then Jehovah your God will turn your captivity, and have compassion on you, and will return and gather you from all the peoples, where Jehovah your God has scattered you.
4 你被趕散的人，就是在天涯的，耶和華－你的上帝也必從那裏將你招聚回來。
If any of you are driven out to the farthest horizon, from there will Jehovah your God gather you, and from there he will bring you back:
5 耶和華－你的上帝必領你進入你列祖所得的地，使你可以得着；又必善待你，使你的人數比你列祖眾多。
and Jehovah your God will bring you into the land which your fathers possessed, and you shall possess it; and he will do you good, and multiply you above your fathers.
6 耶和華－你上帝必將你心裏和你後裔心裏的污穢除掉，好叫你盡心盡性愛耶和華－你的上帝，使你可以存活。
Jehovah your God will circumcise your heart, and the heart of your descendants, to love Jehovah your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, that you may live.
7 耶和華－你的上帝必將這一切咒詛加在你仇敵和恨惡你、逼迫你的人身上。
Jehovah your God will put all these curses on your enemies, and on those who hate you, who persecuted you.
8 你必歸回，聽從耶和華的話，遵行他的一切誡命，就是我今日所吩咐你的。
You shall return and obey the voice of Jehovah, and do all his commandments which I command you this day.
9 你若聽從耶和華－你上帝的話，謹守這律法書上所寫的誡命律例，又盡心盡性歸向耶和華－你的上帝，他必使你手裏所辦的一切事，並你身所生的，牲畜所下的，地土所產的，都綽綽有餘；因為耶和華必再喜悅你，降福與你，像從前喜悅你列祖一樣。
Jehovah your God will make you plenteous in all the work of your hand, in the fruit of your womb, and in the fruit of your ground, and in the fruit of your livestock, for Jehovah will again rejoice over you for good, as he rejoiced over your fathers;
if you shall obey the voice of Jehovah your God, to keep his commandments and his statutes which are written in this book of the law; if you turn to Jehovah your God with all your heart, and with all your soul.
11 「我今日所吩咐你的誡命不是你難行的，也不是離你遠的；
For this commandment which I command you this day is not too difficult for you, nor is it far off.
12 不是在天上，使你說：『誰替我們上天取下來，使我們聽見可以遵行呢？』
It is not in heaven, that you should say, "Who will go up into heaven for us, and get it for us, and proclaim it to us, that we may obey it?"
13 也不是在海外，使你說：『誰替我們過海取了來，使我們聽見可以遵行呢？』
And it is not in the deep of the sea, that you should say, "Who will go down into the deep of the sea for us, and get it for us, and proclaim it to us, so that we may obey it?"
14 這話卻離你甚近，就在你口中，在你心裏，使你可以遵行。
But the word is very near to you; it is in your mouth and in your heart and in your hand, so that you can do it.
15 「看哪，我今日將生與福，死與禍，陳明在你面前。
Look, I have set before you this day life and good, and death and evil.
16 吩咐你愛耶和華－你的上帝，遵行他的道，謹守他的誡命、律例、典章，使你可以存活，人數增多，耶和華－你上帝就必在你所要進去得為業的地上賜福與你。
If you obey the commandments of Jehovah your God that I command you this day to love Jehovah your God, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his ordinances, then you will live and multiply, and Jehovah your God will bless you in the land where you are going to possess it.
17 倘若你心裏偏離，不肯聽從，卻被勾引去敬拜事奉別神，
But if your heart turns away, and you will not hear, but shall be drawn away, and worship other gods, and serve them;
18 我今日明明告訴你們，你們必要滅亡；在你過約旦河、進去得為業的地上，你的日子必不長久。
I declare to you this day that you will certainly perish; you will not live long in the land you are crossing the Jordan to enter and possess.
19 我今日呼天喚地向你作見證；我將生死禍福陳明在你面前，所以你要揀選生命，使你和你的後裔都得存活；
I call heaven and earth to witness against you this day, that I have set before you life and death, the blessing and the curse: therefore choose life, that you may live, you and your descendants;
20 且愛耶和華－你的上帝，聽從他的話，專靠他；因為他是你的生命，你的日子長久也在乎他。這樣，你就可以在耶和華向你列祖亞伯拉罕、以撒、雅各起誓應許所賜的地上居住。」
to love Jehovah your God, to obey his voice, and to cling to him; for he is your life, and the length of your days; that you may dwell in the land which Jehovah swore to your fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them."
