诗篇 129

1 上行之诗。 以色列当说：从我幼年以来， 敌人屡次苦害我，

Many a time have they afflicted me from my youth, may Israel now say:

2 从我幼年以来，敌人屡次苦害我， 却没有胜了我。

Many a time have they afflicted me from my youth: yet they have not prevailed against me.

3 如同扶犁的在我背上扶犁而耕， 耕的犁沟甚长。

The plowers plowed upon my back: they made long their furrows.

4 耶和华是公义的； 他砍断了恶人的绳索。

Yhwh is righteous: he hath cut asunder the cords of the wicked.

5 愿恨恶锡安的都蒙羞退后！

Let them all be confounded and turned back that hate Zion.

6 愿他们像房顶上的草， 未长成而枯干，

Let them be as the grass upon the housetops, which withereth afore it groweth up:

7 收割的不够一把， 捆禾的也不满怀。

Wherewith the mower filleth not his hand; nor he that bindeth sheaves his bosom.

8 过路的也不说： 愿耶和华所赐的福归与你们！ 我们奉耶和华的名给你们祝福！

Neither do they which go by say, The blessing of Yhwh be upon you: we bless you in the name of Yhwh.
