And this [is] the blessing with which Moses the man of God blessed the children of Israel before his death.
2 BAWIPA teh Sinai mon hoi a tho. Seir mon koehoi Isarelnaw koe kanî patetlah a tâco teh, Paran mon koehoi raeng ni pheng a tue. Tami kathoung moikapap hoi rei a tho awh. Isarelnaw hanelah aranglae kut dawk hoi kâlawk hmai a tâco.
And he said, The Lord is come from Sina, and has appeared from Seir to us, and has hasted out of the mount of Pharan, with the ten thousands of Cades; on his right hand [were] his angels with him.
3 Atangcalah BAWIPA ni a taminaw hah a lungpataw. A tami kathoungnaw pueng teh na kut dawk doeh ao awh. Ahnimouh ni na khok koe a tabo awh teh, na lawk hah a dâw awh.
And he spared his people, and all his sanctified ones [are] under thy hands; and they are under thee; and he received of his words
4 Mosi ni kaimouh hanelah kâlawk na poe awh. Jakop miphunnaw e râw lah ao.
the law which Moses charged us, an inheritance to the assemblies of Jacob.
5 Taminaw kahrawikungnaw teh Isarelnaw hoi rei a kamkhueng awh toteh, Jeshurun khovah nang teh siangpahrang lah na o.
And he shall be prince with the beloved one, when the princes of the people are gathered together with the tribes of Israel.
6 Reuben teh dout laipalah hring naseh. A taminaw pung naseh.
Let Ruben live, and not die; and let him be many in number.
7 Judah miphun hanelah a dei e teh, Oe BAWIPA Judah e a lawk na thai teh a hmaunawngha aonae koe thokhai haw, a kutnaw hah thapoe haw. Tarannaw kut dawk hoi rungngang haw.
And this [is the blessing] of Juda; Hear, Lord, the voice of Juda, and do thou visit his people: his hands shall contend for him, and thou shalt be a help from his enemies.
8 Levih miphun hanelah a dei e teh, nange Thummim hoi nange Urim teh Massah vah na tanouk teh, Meribah tui teng vah na taran e na tami kathoungnaw koe poe haw.
And to Levi he said, Give to Levi his manifestations, and his truth to the holy man, whom they tempted in the temptation; they reviled him at the water of strife.
9 A manu hoi a na pa koevah ka hmawt boihoeh ka tet e ni, a hmaunawngha hah nout hoeh. A canaw hai panuek hoeh. Bangkongtetpawiteh, na lawk a ngâi awh teh na lawkkam hah a tarawi awh.
Who says to his father and mother, I have not seen thee; and he knew not his brethren, and he refused to know his sons: he kept thine oracles, and observed thy covenant.

They shall declare thine ordinances to Jacob, and thy law to Israel: they shall place incense in [the time of] thy wrath continually upon thine altar.
11 Oe BAWIPA, ahnie hnopai hah yawhawi na poe teh a kut hoi a sak e hah dâw pouh haw. Ahnimouh kahmawt ngaihoeh naw a kâroe thai hoeh nahanlah ahnimae a keng hah khoe pouh haw.
Bless, Lord, his strength, and accept the works of his hands; break the loins of his enemies that have risen up against him, and let not them that hate him rise up.
12 Benjamin miphun hanelah a dei e teh, BAWIPA ka pahren e teh, BAWIPA koe karoumcalah ao han. Pou ramuk vaiteh, a loung rahak vah a ta han.
And to Benjamin he said, The beloved of the Lord shall dwell in confidence, and God overshadows him always, and he rested between his shoulders.

and of the fruits of the changes of the sun in season, and of the produce of the months,
15 ayan e monnaw dawk e kahawipoung e hnonaw hoi thoseh, pou kangning e monruinaw e aphu kaawm hnonaw hoi thoseh,
from the top of the ancient mountains, and from the top of the everlasting hills,
16 talai dawk e aphu kaawm e hno, hote kuepnae hoi hmai ka kang e buruk dawk kaawm e pahrennae hoi thoseh, yawhawinae na poe seh. Yawhawinae teh Joseph e lû van thoseh, a hmaunawnghanaw dawk kacuenaw e lû van bawilakhung dawk thoseh, phat lawiseh.
and of the fullness of the land in season: and let the things pleasing to him that dwelt in the bush come on the head of Joseph, and on the crown [of him who was] glorified above his brethren.

His beauty [is as] the firstling of his bull, his horns [are] the horns of a unicorn; with them he shall thrust the nations at once, even from the end of the earth: these [are] the ten thousands of Ephraim, and these [are] the thousands of Manasse.
18 Zebulun miphun hanelah a dei e teh, Zebulun, na tâconae dawk hai thoseh, Issakhar, na rim dawk hai thoseh, lunghawi haw.
And to Zabulon he said, Rejoice, Zabulon, in thy going out, and Issachar in his tents.

They shall utterly destroy the nations, and ye shall call [men] there, and there offer the sacrifice of righteousness; for the wealth of the sea shall suckle thee, and so shall the marts of them that dwell by the sea-coast.
20 Gad miphun hanelah a dei e teh, Gadnaw ka pakaw e teh a yawkahawi e lah awm naseh. Hote miphun teh sendek manu patetlah ao vaiteh, kutbuembue hoi lû vuen hah a hlip han.
And to Gad he said, Blessed [be] he that enlarges Gad: as a lion he rested, having broken the arm and the ruler.
21 Ahni teh ama hanelah kahawipoung e a kârawi toe. Atangcalah kâlawkkapoekung e ham hah hote hmuen koe aloukcalah a ta pouh toe. BAWIPA e lannae hoi lawkcengnae hah Isarel miphun hoi cungtalah a tawk telah a ti.
And he saw his first-fruits, that there the land of the princes gathered with the chiefs of the people was divided; the Lord wrought righteousness, and his judgment with Israel.
22 Dan miphun hanelah a dei e teh, Dan teh sendekca lah ao teh Bashan kho hoi a dawkcawk han telah a ti.
And to Dan he said, Dan [is] a lion's whelp, and shall leap out of Basan.
23 Naphtali miphun hanelah a dei e teh, Oe Naphtali, pahren e lah na o teh, BAWIPA e yawhawinae hoi kaw sak lah na o teh, kanîloumlae hoi akalae hah coe loe.
And to Nephthali he said, Nephthali [has] the fulness of good things; and let him be filled with blessing from the Lord: he shall inherit the west and the south.
24 Asher miphun hanelah a dei e teh, Asher teh canaw e lathueng vah yawhawinae hoe a coe. Ahni teh a hmaunawnghanaw lahoi yawhawi poe e lah ao teh, a khok hah satui dawk ranup naseh.
And to Aser he said, Aser [is] blessed with children; and he shall be acceptable to his brethren: he shall dip his foot in oil.
25 Nange longkha tarennae teh sum hoi rahum lah ao vaiteh, na hringyung thung na thayung lah ao han.
His sandal shall be iron and brass; as thy days, so [shall be] thy strength.
26 Nang kabawp hanelah kalvannaw ka kâcui niteh, lentoenae hoi tâmainaw dawk ka kâcuie Jeshurun Cathut patetlah apihai awm hoeh.
There is not [any such] as the God of the beloved; he who rides upon the heaven [is] thy helper, and the magnificent One of the firmament.
27 A yungyoe Cathut teh na kângue e lah ao teh, a thaonae kut hoi nang teh na doun. Ahni ni, na tarannaw hah na hmalah hoi na pâlei pouh teh, raphoenae kâ hah na poe.
And the rule of God shall protect thee, and [that] under the strength of the everlasting arms; and he shall cast forth the enemy from before thy face, saying, Perish.
28 Isarel miphun teh a hlout vaiteh, amamouh dueng ao awh han. Jakop catoun teh cakang, misurtui hoi kakawi e ram dawk hmuen a tawn awh vaiteh, kalvan hoi tadamtui hai a bo han.
And Israel shall dwell in confidence alone on the land of Jacob, with corn and wine; and the sky [shall be] misty with dew upon thee.
29 Oe Isarel miphun na yawhawi. BAWIPA ni a rungngang e miphun, nang teh api hoi maw na kâvan. Hote BAWIPA teh nang na ka ngue e bahling, na taluenae tahloi lah ao. Na tarannaw teh, na hmalah a sung awh vaiteh, nang ni ahnimae hmuen rasangnae koe na coukdouk awh han.
Blessed [art] thou, O Israel; who [is] like to thee, O people saved by the Lord? thy helper shall hold his shield over thee, and [his] sword [is] thy boast; and thine enemies shall speak falsely to thee, and thou shalt tread upon their neck.
