ᏉᎳ ᏕᏏᎶᏂᎦ ᎠᏁᎯ ᎢᎬᏱᏱ ᏧᏬᏪᎳᏁᎸᎯ 2
1 ᎢᏨᏒᏰᏃ ᎢᏥᎦᏔᎭ, ᎢᏓᎵᏅᏟ, ᏄᏍᏛ ᏫᏨᎷᏤᎸᎢ, ᎾᏍᎩ ᎠᏎᏉᏉ ᏂᎨᏒᎾ ᎨᏒᎢ.
For yourselves, brethren, know our entrance in unto you, that it was not in vain:
2 ᎾᏍᏉᏍᎩᏂ ᎢᎬᏱ ᏃᎩᎩᎵᏲᏦᎢ ᎠᎴ ᏂᎪᎩᏐᏢᏃᎢ ᏈᎵᎩᏱ, ᎾᏍᎩ ᏥᏥᎦᏔᎭ, ᏃᏥᏍᎦᎢᎲᎾ ᎣᎦᏁᎳᏅᎯ ᎣᏣᎵᏍᎦᏍᏙᏛ ᎢᏨᏃᎮᎮᎸᎩ ᎣᏍᏛ ᎧᏃᎮᏛ ᎤᏁᎳᏅᎯ ᎤᏤᎵᎦ, ᏔᎵ ᎤᏛᏛᎩ ᎤᏣᏘ ᎠᏟᏂᎬᏁᏗ ᎨᏒᎢ.
But even after that we had suffered before, and were shamefully entreated, as ye know, at Philippi, we were bold in our Elohim to speak unto you the gospel of YHWH with much contention.
3 ᎢᏨᏬᏁᏔᏅᏰᏃ ᎥᏝ ᎠᏓᎴᎾᏍᏗᏍᎩ ᏱᎨᏎᎢ, ᎥᏝ ᎠᎴ ᎦᏓᎭᎢ, ᎥᏝ ᎠᎴ ᎠᏠᏄᎮᏛ;
For our exhortation was not of deceit, nor of uncleanness, nor in guile:
4 ᎤᏁᎳᏅᎯᏍᎩᏂ ᏰᎵᏉ ᏧᏰᎸᏅ ᎣᎦᎨᏅᏗᏍᏗᏱ ᎣᏍᏛ ᎧᏃᎮᏛ, ᎾᏍᎩᏯ ᎣᏥᏁᎦ; ᎥᏝ ᏴᏫᏉ ᎣᏏᏳ ᎤᏂᏰᎸᏗ, ᎤᏁᎳᏅᎯᏍᎩᏂ ᎾᏍᎩ ᏗᎪᎵᏰᏍᎩ ᏥᎩ ᏗᎩᎾᏫ.
But as we were allowed of YHWH to be put in trust with the gospel, even so we speak; not as pleasing men, but YHWH, which trieth our hearts.
5 ᎥᏝ ᎠᎴ ᎣᏥᏬᏂᏍᎬ ᎢᎸᎯᏳ ᎠᏎᏉ ᎠᏓᎸᏉᏙᏗ ᎨᏒ ᏲᏨᏗᏍᎨᎢ, ᎾᏍᎩ ᏥᏥᎦᏔᎭ, ᎥᏝ ᎠᎴ ᎪᎱᏍᏗ ᏲᏨᏗᏍᎨ ᏲᏧᏢᏗᏍᎨ ᏧᎬᏩᎶᏗ ᎠᎬᎥᎯᏍᏗ ᎨᏒᎢ; ᎤᏁᎳᏅᎯ ᎠᎦᏔᎯ;
For neither at any time used we flattering words, as ye know, nor a cloke of covetousness; YHWH is witness:
6 ᎥᏝ ᎠᎴ ᏴᏫ ᎪᎩᎸᏉᏙᏗᏱ ᏲᎩᏲᎮᎢ, ᎥᏝ ᏂᎯ ᏱᏨᏲᏎᎮᎢ, ᎥᏝ ᎠᎴ ᏅᏩᎾᏓᎴᎢ; ᏰᎵᏉ ᎡᎦᏃ ᎦᎨᏛ ᎢᏗᎦᏲᏨᏁᏗ ᎨᏒᎩ, ᎦᎶᏁᏛ ᎣᎩᏅᏏᏛ ᎨᏒ ᎢᏳᏍᏗ.
Nor of men sought we glory, neither of you, nor yet of others, when we might have been burdensome, as the apostles of the Messiah.
7 ᎣᎦᏓᏅᏘᏳᏍᎩᏂ ᎨᏒᎩ ᎢᏨᏰᎳᏗᏙᎲᎢ, ᎾᏍᎩᏯ ᏧᏓᏍᏓᎢ ᏥᏓᏍᏆᏂᎪᏗᏍᎪ ᏧᏪᏥ;
But we were gentle among you, even as a nurse cherisheth her children:
8 ᎤᏣᏘᏃ ᎢᏨᎨᏳᏒ ᎢᏳᏍᏗ, ᎣᎦᏝᏴᏉ ᏗᏨᏲᎯᏎᏗᏱ ᎥᏝ ᎣᏍᏛ ᎧᏃᎮᏛ ᎤᏩᏒ ᎤᏁᎳᏅᎯ ᎤᏤᎵᎦ, ᎾᏍᏉᏍᎩᏂ ᎣᎬᏒ ᏙᏨᏅᎢ, ᏅᏓᎦᎵᏍᏙᏗᏍᎬᎩ ᎢᏨᎨᏳᎢᏳ ᎨᏒᎢ.
So being affectionately desirous of you, we were willing to have imparted unto you, not the gospel of YHWH only, but also our own souls, because ye were dear unto us.
9 ᎢᏣᏅᏔᏉᏰᏃ, ᎢᏓᎵᏅᏟ, ᏙᎩᎸᏫᏍᏓᏁᎸ ᎠᎴ ᏙᎩᏯᏪᏥᏙᎸᎢ; ᏗᎬᏩᎩᏨᏗᏰᏃ ᏙᎩᎸᏫᏍᏓᏁᎲ ᏃᎦᏚᎵᏍᎬᎾ ᎨᏒ ᎢᏳᏍᏗ ᎠᏏᏴᏫ ᏂᏣᏛᏅ ᎦᎨᏛ ᎢᏲᏨᏴᏁᏗᏱ, ᎢᏨᏯᎵᏥᏙᏁᎸᎩ ᎣᏍᏛ ᎧᏃᎮᏛ ᎤᏁᎳᏅᎯ ᎤᏤᎵᎦ.
For ye remember, brethren, our labour and travail: for labouring night and day, because we would not be chargeable unto any of you, we preached unto you the gospel of Elohim.
10 ᏂᎯ ᎢᏥᎦᏔᎯ ᏂᏣᎵᏍᏗᎭ, ᎠᎴ ᎾᏍᏉ ᎤᏁᎳᏅᎯ, ᏂᎦᎥ ᎾᏍᎦᏅᎾ ᎨᏒ ᎠᎴ ᏚᏳᎪᏛ ᎨᏒ, ᎠᎴ ᎦᎫᎯᏍᏙᏗ ᏂᎨᏒᎾ ᎨᏒ ᎣᎨᏙᎸ ᎢᏨᏰᎳᏗᏙᎸ ᏂᎯ ᎢᏦᎯᏳᎯ;
Ye are witnesses, and YHWH also, how holily and justly and unblameably we behaved ourselves among you that believe:
11 ᎾᏍᎩ ᏥᏥᎦᏔᎭ ᎢᏥᏏᏴᏫᎭ ᏂᏨᏪᏎᎸ ᎢᏨᏬᏁᏔᏅ, ᎠᎴ ᎢᏨᎦᎵᏍᏓᏛ, ᎠᎴ ᎢᏨᏰᏯᏔᏅᎢ, ᎾᏍᎩᏯ ᎠᎦᏴᎵᎨ ᏥᏂᏕᎦᏪᏎᎰ ᏧᏪᏥ,
As ye know how we exhorted and comforted and charged every one of you, as a father doth his children,
12 ᎾᏍᎩ ᏂᎯ ᎢᏤᏙᎲ ᎤᏁᎳᏅᎯ ᎣᏏᏳ ᎤᏰᎸᏗ ᎢᏤᎵᏍᏗᏱ, ᎾᏍᎩ ᎢᏥᏯᏅᏛ ᏥᎩ ᏫᏥᎷᎯᏍᏗᏱ ᎤᏤᎵᎪᎯ ᎠᎴ ᎤᏤᎵ ᎦᎸᏉᏗᏳ ᏗᎨᏒᎢ.
That ye would walk worthy of YHWH, who hath called you unto his kingdom and glory.
13 ᎾᏍᎩ ᎾᏍᏉ ᏅᏗᎦᎵᏍᏙᏗᎭ ᏃᏥᏲᎯᏍᏗᏍᎬᎾ ᎣᏣᎵᎡᎵᏤᎭ ᎤᏁᎳᏅᎯ, ᎾᏍᎩ ᎢᏳᏃ ᏕᏣᏓᏂᎸᏨ ᎧᏃᎮᏛ ᎤᏁᎳᏅᎯ ᎤᏤᎵᎦ, ᎾᏍᎩ ᎠᏴ ᏍᎩᏯᏛᎦᏁᎸᎯ, ᎥᏝ ᏴᏫᏉ ᎤᎾᏤᎵ ᎧᏃᎮᏛ ᎢᏳᏍᏗ ᏱᏗᏣᏓᏂᎸᏤᎢ, ᎤᏁᎳᏅᎯᏍᎩᏂ ᎤᏤᎵ ᎧᏃᎮᏛ, ᎤᏙᎯᏳᎯᏯ ᏥᎩ, ᎾᏍᎩᏯ ᏕᏣᏓᏂᎸᏨᎩ, ᎾᏍᎩ ᎾᏍᏉ ᎤᏣᏘ ᏥᏚᎸᏫᏍᏓᏁᎭ ᏕᏣᏓᏅᏛ ᏂᎯ ᎾᏍᎩ ᎢᏦᎯᏳᏅᎯ.
For this cause also thank we YHWH without ceasing, because, when ye received the word of YHWH which ye heard of us, ye received it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of YHWH, which effectually worketh also in you that believe.
14 ᏂᎯᏰᏃ, ᎢᏓᎵᏅᏟ, ᏗᏥᏍᏓᏩᏕᎩ ᏂᏣᎵᏍᏔᏅᎩ ᏧᎾᏁᎶᏗ ᏚᎾᏓᏡᎬ ᎤᏁᎳᏅᎯ ᏧᏤᎵᎦ ᏧᏗᏱ ᎠᏁᎯ, ᎾᏍᎩ ᎦᎶᏁᏛ ᏥᏌ ᎬᏬᎯᏳᎲᏍᎩ ᏥᎩ; ᏂᎯᏰᏃ ᎾᏍᏉ ᎤᏠᏱ ᏕᏥᎩᎵᏲᏤᎸᎩ ᏗᏣᏤᎵᎦ ᏴᏫ, ᎾᏍᎩᏯ ᎾᏍᎩ ᏥᏚᏂᎩᎵᏲᏤᎴ ᎠᏂᏧᏏ;
For ye, brethren, became followers of the assemblies of YHWH which in Judaea are in the Messiah Yahushua: for ye also have suffered like things of your own countrymen, even as they have of the Jews:
15 ᎾᏍᎩ ᎾᏍᏉ ᏧᏂᎸᎩ ᎤᎬᏫᏳᎯ ᏥᏌ, ᎠᎴ ᎠᎾᏙᎴᎰᏍᎩ ᎤᏅᏒ ᏧᎾᏤᎵᎦ, ᎠᎴ ᎠᏴ ᎪᎦᏕᏯᏙᏔᏅᎩ; ᎠᎴ ᎥᏝ ᎣᏏᏳ ᎤᏰᎸᏗ ᎤᏁᎳᏅᎯ ᏱᎾᎾᏛᏁᎭ, ᎠᎴ ᎾᏂᎥ ᏴᏫ ᏓᏂᎦᏘᎴᎦ;
Who both killed the Master Yahushua, and their own prophets, and have persecuted us; and they please not YHWH, and are contrary to all men:
16 ᎪᎩᏅᏍᏓᏕᎰᎢ ᏦᏥᏬᏁᏙᏗᏱ ᏧᎾᏓᎴᏅᏛ ᏴᏫ, ᎾᏍᎩ ᎦᎨᏥᏍᏕᎸᏗ ᎢᏳᎵᏍᏙᏗᏱ, ᎤᏂᎧᎵᎢᏍᏗᏱ ᏂᎪᎯᎸ ᎤᏂᏍᎦᏅᏨᎢ; ᎤᏔᎳᏬᎯᏍᏗᏍᎩᏂ ᎨᏒ ᏩᏍᏛ ᎢᏴᏛ ᎤᏂᎷᏤᎸ.
Forbidding us to speak to the Gentiles that they might be saved, to fill up their sins alway: for the wrath is come upon them to the uttermost.
17 ᎠᏴᏍᎩᏂ ᎢᏓᎵᏅᏟ, ᏞᎦ ᎣᎦᏓᏓᎴᏔᏅ ᏦᏥᏰᎸᎢ, ᎥᏝᏃ ᏦᎩᎾᏫᏱ, ᎤᏟ ᎢᎦᎢ ᎣᎦᏟᏂᎬᏁᎸᎩ ᏕᏣᎧᏛ ᏦᎩᎪᏩᏛᏗᏱ, ᎤᏣᏘ ᎠᏚᎸᏗ ᎣᎬᏔᏅᎩ.
But we, brethren, being taken from you for a short time in presence, not in heart, endeavoured the more abundantly to see your face with great desire.
18 ᎾᏍᎩ ᎢᏳᏍᏗ ᎣᎦᏚᎵᏍᎬᎩ ᏫᏨᎷᏤᏗᏱ, ᎠᎴ ᎠᏴ, ᏉᎳ, Ꮀ ᎤᎬᏫᏳᏒᎩ, ᏌᏉ ᎠᎴ ᏔᎵᏁ ᎠᏆᏚᎸᎲᎩ; ᎠᏎᏃ ᏎᏓᏂ ᎣᎩᏲᏍᏙᏓᏁᎲᎩ.
Wherefore we would have come unto you, even I Paul, once and again; but Satan hindered us.
19 ᎦᏙᏰᏃ ᎤᏚᎩ ᎣᎬᎭ, ᎠᎴ ᎦᏙ ᎣᏍᏛ ᏱᎦᏓᏅᏓᏗᎭ, ᎠᎴ ᎦᏙ ᎤᏍᏗ ᎠᎵᏍᏚᎶ ᎣᎦᎵᎮᎵᏍᏙᏗ? ᏝᏍᎪ ᏂᎯ ᏱᎨᏎᏍᏗ ᎠᎦᏔᎲ ᎢᎦᏤᎵ ᎤᎬᏫᏳᎯ ᏥᏌ ᎦᎶᏁᏛ ᎾᎯᏳ ᎦᎷᏨᎭ?
For what is our hope, or joy, or crown of rejoicing? Are not even ye in the presence of our Master Yahushua the Messiah at his coming?
20 ᏂᎯᏰᏃ ᎦᎸᏉᏗᏳ ᎢᏍᎩᏴᏁᎯ ᎠᎴ ᏍᎩᏯᎵᎮᎵᏍᏗᏍᎩ.
For ye are our glory and joy.
