1 JUNANGGA nu y siningon as Jeova; ya janaegueng maesa güe guiya guajo, ya jajungog y inagangjo.
To the Chief Musician. David’s. A Melody. I waited patiently for Yahweh, —And he inclined, unto me, and heard my cry for help;
2 Ya güiya chumule yo guinin un joyo chatliion, guinin fache na tadong: ya japolo y adengjo gui jilo acho, ya janafitme y jinanaojo.
So he brought me up, Out of the destroying pit, Out of the swampy mire, —And set, upon a cliff, my feet, Making firm my steps:
3 Ya japolo gui pachotto canta na mannuebo, junggan, y alabansa gui Yuusta. Megae lumie ya manmaañao, ya ufanangoco as Jeova.
Then put he, into my mouth, a new song, Praise to our God, —Many shall see and revere, And shall trust in Yahweh.
4 Dichoso y taotao ni jaangoco gui as Jeova: ya ti jaaatan y mansobetbio ni y manabag manmalag y mandague.
How happy the man, Who hath made Yahweh his confidence, who hath not turned unto the haughty, nor gone aside unto falsehood.
5 Megae O Jeova, y ninamanmanmo ni unfatinas: yan y jinasomo para jame; ti siña maaregla sija gui menamo: yaguin guajo judeclara ya jusangang sija, tisiña matufong sa gosmegae.
Mighty things, hast thou done—Thou, Yahweh my God, Thy wonderful doings and thy purposes towards us, There is no setting them in order unto thee—I would tell, and would speak!—They are too great to rehearse.
6 Y inefresen ninae ti yamo: y talangajo jagasja unbaba: inefresen sinenggue ya y ninae pot y isao, ti jagasja ungagao.
Sacrifice and meal-offering, thou didst not delight in, Ears, didst thou pierce for me, —Ascending-sacrifice and sin-bearer, thou didst not ask:
7 Ayo nae ileco: Estagüe na matoyo: gui finalulon y leblo nae esta matugue pot guajo.
Then, said I—Lo! I am come, In the written scroll, is it prescribed for me;
8 Yajo para jufatinas y minalagomo, O Yuusso: magajet na y laymo gaegue gui jalom corasonjo.
To do thy good-pleasure, O my God, is my delight, And, thy law, is in the midst of mine inward parts:
9 Guajo jagas jusangan y tininas gui jalom y dangculo na inetnon taotao: estagüe, na ti junaquiequeto y labiosso, O Jeova, jago tumungo.
I have told the good-tidings of righteousness in a great convocation, Lo! my lips, do I not restrain, O Yahweh, thou, knowest:
10 Ti junaatog y tininasmo gui jalom corasonjo; y minagajetmo yan satbasionmo jagas jusangan: ti jupune y minaasemo yan y minaulegmo gui dangculon inetnon taotao.
Thy righteousness, have I not hid in the midst of my heart, Thy faithfulness and thy salvation, have I spoken, I have not concealed thy lovingkindness and thy truthfulness from the great convocation.
11 Jago, O Jeova, chamo dumitietietene y minaasemo para guajo: sa y minaasemo yan y minagajetmo juadadaje yo para taejinecog.
Thou, O Yahweh, wilt not restrain thy compassions from me, Thy lovingkindness and thy truthfulness, shall continually watch over me.
12 Sa gaegue gui oriyajo y tinaelaye asta ti tufungon: jajiguef yo y tinaelayeco sija, ya ti siña juatan julo; megaeña mas que y gapotulo gui ilujo, ya y corasonjo yafae esta.
For there have closed in upon me, misfortunes beyond number, Mine iniquities have overtaken me, and I cannot see, They have become more than the hairs of my head, And, my courage, hath forsaken me!
13 Malagojao, O Jeova, unnalibreyo: O Jeova, laguse para unayudayo.
Be pleased, O Yahweh, to rescue me, O Yahweh! to help me, make haste!
14 Polo ya ufanmamajlao ya ufaninestotba ayo y umaliligao y antijo para uyulang: polo ya ufanalo tate ya ufanmamajlao, ni y yañija y munataelaye yo.
Let them turn pale and then at once blush, who are seeking my life to snatch it away, —Let them draw back, and be confounded, who are taking pleasure in my calamity;
15 Polo ya ufanlapoble sija, pot y minamajlaoñija, ni y umaalog ni guajo: Ja, ja.
Let them be astonished on account of their own shame, who are saying of me, Aha! Aha!
16 Polo ya ufanmagof ya ufansemagof ni jago, todo y umaliligao jao: ya polo ya siesiempreja ujaalog, y gumaeya y satbasionmo: Ladangculo Jeova.
Let all them be glad and rejoice in thee, who are seekers of thee. Let them say continually—Yahweh be magnified! who are lovers of thy salvation.
17 Ya guajo pobleyo ya nesesitaoyo; lao si Jeova jajajasoyo. Jago y umayuyudayo yan y munalibre yo: O Yuusso, chamo atrasasao.
But, I, being oppressed and needy, May My Lord devise for me, —My help and my deliverer, thou art! O my God, do not tarry!
