Then the waters had overwhelmed us, the stream had gone over our soul:

5 Ayo nae y mansobetbio na janom manmalofan gui jilo y antita.

Then the proud waters had gone over our soul.

6 Dichoso si Jeova, sa ti mannae nu jita para güinaja y nifenñija.

Blessed be the LORD, who has not given us as a prey to their teeth.
