< Mateo 12 >

1 Dembora hartan ioaiten cen Iesus ereincetan gaindi Sabbath egun batez: eta haren discipuluac ciraden gosse, eta has citecen buruca idoquiten, eta iaten.
In that season, went Jesus, on, the sabbath, through the cornfields, —and, his disciples, hungered, and began to pluck ears of corn, and to eat.
2 Eta Phariseuec ikussiric erran cieçoten, Horrá, hire discipuluéc eguiten dié Sabbathoan eguin sori eztena.
But, the Pharisees, observing it, said unto him, Lo! thy disciples, are doing what is not allowed to do, on sabbath.
3 Baina harc erran ciecén, Eztuçue iracurri Dauid-ec gossez eguin çuena eta harequin ciradenec?
And he said unto them, have ye never read what, David, did, when he hungered, and they who were with him? how
4 Nola sarthu içan cen Iaincoaren etchean, eta propositionezco oguiac ian cituen: hetaric iatea ez haren, ez harequin ciradenén, Sacrificadorén baicen sori etzelaric?
he entered into the house of God and, the presence-bread, did eat, which it was not, allowable, for him to eat, nor for them who were with him, —save for the priests, alone?
5 Edo eztuçue iracurri Leguean, nola Sabbath egunetan Sacrificadoréc templean Sabbath eguna hausten dutén, eta hoguen-gabe diraden?
Or have ye not read, in the law, that, on the sabbaths, the priests, in the temple, the sabbath, profane, and are, blameless?
6 Bada erraiten drauçuet, ecen templea baino handiagobat hemen dela.
But I say unto you, —Something greater than the Temple, is here!
7 Eta baldin bacinaquite cer den, Misericordia nahi dut eta ez sacrificio, etzintuquezten condemnatu hoguen-gabeac.
If, however, ye had known what this meaneth—Mercy, I desire, and not, sacrifice, ye would not have condemned the blameless;
8 Ecen Sabbathoaren-ere Iaun da guiçonaren Semea.
For, the Son of Man, is, Lord of the Sabbath.
9 Eta handic partituric hayén synagogara ethor cedin.
And, passing on from thence, he came into their synagogue;
10 Eta huná, cen han guiçombat escua eyhar çuenic: eta interroga ceçaten, ciotela, Sori da Sabbath egunean sendatzea? haur cioiten, hura accusa leçatençat.
and lo! a man having, a withered hand, and they questioned him, saying, Is it allowable, on the sabbath, to heal? that they might accuse him.
11 Eta harc erran ciecén, Nor içanen da çuetaric guiçona, ardibat duenic: eta, baldin hura Sabbathoan lecera eror badadi, harturen eta altchaturen eztuena?
And said unto them, What man, from among yourselves, [shall there be], —Who shall have one sheep, and, if this should fall, on the sabbath, into a pit, will not lay hold of it, and raise it?
12 Eta cembatez da guiçona ardia baino guehiago? Beraz sori da Sabbathoetan vngui eguitea.
How much better, then, a man, than, a sheep? So that it is allowable, on the sabbath, nobly, to act.
13 Orduan diotsó guiçon hari, Heda eçac eure escua. Eta heda ceçan, eta bercea beçain senda cedin.
Then saith he unto the man, Stretch forth thy hand! And he stretched it forth, —and it was restored, whole, as the other.
14 Eta Phariseuéc ilkiric har ceçaten conseillu, haren contra, nolatan hura hil leçaqueten.
And the Pharisees, going forth, took, counsel, against him, to the end that, him, they might destroy.
15 Baina Iesusec hori eçaguturic leku eguin ceçan handic: eta iarreiqui cequión gendalde handia, eta hec guciac senda citzan.
But, Jesus, taking note, retired from thence, —and many followed him, and he cured them all;
16 Eta mehatchurequin debeta citzan ezleçaten manifesta.
and straitly charged them, lest they should make him, manifest:
17 Compli ledinçát Esaias prophetáz erran içan cena, cioela,
that it might be fulfilled, which was spoken through Isaiah the prophet, saying: —
18 Huná, ene cerbitzari elegitu dudana, ene maitea, ceinetan hartzen baitu bere atseguin ona ene arimác: eçarriren dut neure Spiritua haren gainean, eta iugemendu Gentiley predicaturen draue.
Lo! my servant, whom I have chosen, My beloved, in whom, my soul, delighteth, —I will put my Spirit upon him, and, justice, unto the nations, will he report:
19 Eztu iharduquiren, ezeta oihuric eguinen, eta nehorc eztu carriquetan haren voza ençunen.
He will not strive, nor will he cry out, nor shall any hear, in the broadways, his voice:
20 Canabera çarthatua eztu chehaturen, eta kea darión lihoa eztu iraunguiren: iugemendua victoriatan ilki eraci diroeno.
A bruised cane, will he not break, and, a smoking wick, will he not quench, —until he urge on, justice, to victory,
21 Eta haren icenean Gentiléc sperança vkanen dute.
And, in his name, shall nations hope.
22 Orduan presentatu içan çayó demoniatu itsu eta mutubat: eta senda ceçan hura, halaco maneraz non itsu eta mutu cena minço baitzen eta ikusten baitzuen.
Then they brought unto him, one demonized, blind and dumb, —and he cured him, so that the dumb did speak and see.
23 Eta spanta cedin populu gucia, eta erraiten çuen, Ezta haur Dauid-en semea?
And all the multitudes were beside themselves, and were saying, Can, this one, be, the Son of David?
24 Baina Phariseuéc hori ençunic, erraiten çuten: Hunec eztitu deabruac campora egoizten Beelzebub deabruén princearen partez baicen.
But, the Pharisees, hearing it, said, This one, doth not cast out the demons, save in Beelzebul ruler of the demons.
25 Baina Iesusec eçaguturic hayén pensamenduac, erran ciecén, Bere contra partitua den resuma gucia, deseguinen da: eta bere contra partitua den hiric edo etchec, eztu iraunen.
And, knowing their inward thoughts, he said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself, is laid waste, —and, no city or house divided against itself, will stand;
26 Eta baldin Satanec Satan campora egoizten badu, bere contra partitua da: nolatan beraz iraunen du haren resumác?
And, if, Satan, is casting, Satan, out, against himself, hath he become divided, —How then shall, his kingdom, stand?
27 Eta baldin nic Beelzebub-en partez campora egoizten baditut deabruac, çuen seméc noren partez campora egoizten dituzte? Halacotz hec çuen iuge içanen dirade.
And, if, I, in Beelzebul, am casting out the demons, In whom are, your sons, casting them out? Wherefore, they, shall be, judges of you.
28 Baina baldin nic Iaincoaren Spirituaz campora egoizten baditut deabruac, beraz ethorri da çuetara Iaincoaren resumá.
But, if, in God’s Spirit, I, am casting out the demons, then doubtless hath come upon you unawares, the kingdom of God!
29 Ezpa nolatan nehor sar ahal daite borthitz baten etchera, eta haren ostillamendua pilla, baldin lehen esteca ezpadeça borthitza? eta orduan haren etchea pillaturen duque.
Or how can one enter the house of the mighty and, seize his goods, unless, first, he bind the mighty one? and, then, his house, he will plunder.
30 Enequin eztena ene contra da, eta enequin biltzen ari eztena barreyatzen ari da.
He that is no with me, is, against me, —and, he that gathereth not with me, scattereth
31 Halacotz erraiten drauçuet, bekatu eta blasphemio gucia barkaturen çaye guiçoney: baina Spirituaren contretaco blasphemioa barkaturen etzaye guiçoney.
Wherefore, I say unto you, All sin and profane speaking, shall be forgiven unto men, —but, the speaking profanely of the Spirit, shall not be forgiven;
32 Eta nor-ere minçaturen baita guiçonaren Semearen contra, barkaturen çayo hari: baina nor-ere minçaturen baita Spiritu sainduaren contra, etzayo barkaturen hari ez secula hunetan, ez ethorteco denean: (aiōn g165)
And, whosoever shall speak a word against the Son of Man, it shall be forgiven him, —but, whosoever shall speak against the Holy Spirit, it shall not be forgiven him, either in this age, or the coming. (aiōn g165)
33 Edo eguiçue arbore ona, eta haren fructua on: edo eguiçue arbore vstela, eta haren fructua vstel: ecen fructutic arborea eçagutzen da.
Either make the tree good, and its fruit good, or make the tree worthless, and its fruit worthless; for, from the fruit, the tree is known.
34 Viperén castá, nolatan vngui minça ahal çaitezquete gaichto çaretelaric? ecen bihotzeco abundantiatic ahoa minço da.
Broods of vipers! How can ye speak, good things, being, evil? For, out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaketh.
35 Guiçon onac bihotzeco thesaur onetic idoquiten ditu gauça onac: eta guiçon gaichtoac thesaur gaichtotic idoquiten ditu gauça gaichtoac.
The good man, out of the good treasure, putteth forth, good things; and, the evil man, out of the evil treasure, putteth forth, evil things.
36 Baina badiotsuet, eçen guiçonéc erran duqueiten hitz alfer guciaz, contu rendaturen dutela iudicioco egunean.
But I say unto you, That, every useless expression that men shall utter, they shall render, concerning it, an account, in a day of judgment;
37 Ecen eure hitzetaric iustificaturen aiz, eta eure hitzetaric condemnaturen aiz.
For, by thy words, shalt thou be, justified, and, by thy words, shalt thou be condemned.
38 Orduan ihardets ceçaten Scribetaric eta Phariseuetaric batzuc, cioitela, Magistruá, nahi guendiquec hireganic cembeit signo ikussi.
Then, answered him, certain of the Scribes and Pharisees, saying, Teacher! we desire of thee, a sign, to behold.
39 Baina harc ihardesten çuela erran ciecén, Natione gaichtoa eta adulteroa signo esquez dago: baina signoric etzayo emanen, Ionas prophetaren signoa baicen.
But, he, answering, said unto them, A wicked and adulterous generation, a sign, doth seek, and, a sign, will not be, given, it, save the sign of Jonah the prophet.
40 Ecen hala nola Ionas balenaren sabelean hirur egun eta hirur gau içan baitzén: hala içanen da guiçonaren Semea lurraren bihotzean, hirur egun eta hirur gau.
For, just as was Jonah in the belly of the sea-monster three days and three nights, so, will be the Son of Man, in the heart of the earth, three days and three nights.
41 Niniuaco guiçonac iaiquiren dirade iudicioan natione hunequin, eta condemnaturen dute haur: ceren hec emendatu baitziraden Ionasen predicationera, eta huna, Ionas bainoagoa hemen.
Men of Nineveh, will rise up in the judgment, with this generation, and will condemn it, —because they repented into the proclamation of Jonah; and lo! something greater than Jonah, here.
42 Egu-erdico reguiná iaiquiren da iudicioan natione hunequin, eta harc condemnaturen du haur: ceren ethor baitzedin lurraren bazterretic Salomonen sapientiaren ençutera, eta huná, Salomon bainoagoa hemen.
The queen of the south, will arise in the judgment with this generation and will condemn it—because she came out of the ends of the earth, to hear the wisdom of Solomon; and lo! something greater than Solomon, here.
43 Bada spiritu satsua ilki denean guiçonaganic, leku leihorréz dabila, paussu bilha, eta eztu erideiten.
But, when the impure spirit goeth out of the man, it passeth through waterless places, seeking rest, —and findeth it not.
44 Orduan erraiten du, Itzuliren naiz neure ilki naicen etchera. Eta ethorri denean, erideiten du hutsa, escobaturic eta appainduric.
Then, it saith, Into my house, will I return whence I came out, —and, coming, findeth it empty [and] swept and adorned.
45 Orduan ioaiten da, eta hartzen ditu berequin berceric çazpi spiritu bera baino gaichtoagoac, eta sarthuric habitatzen dirade han, eta guiçon haren fina hatsea baino gaichtoago da: hala natione gaichto huni-ere helduren çayó.
Then, it goeth, and taketh along with itself, seven diverse spirits, more wicked than itself, —and, entering, abideth there; and, the last state of that man, becometh, worse than the first. So, shall it be, with this, wicked, generation.
46 Eta hura oraino populuari minço çayola, huná, haren ama eta anayeac ceuden lekorean, harequin minçatu nahiz.
While yet he was speaking unto the multitudes, lo! his mother and brethren, were standing without, seeking to speak with him.
47 Eta cembeitec erran cieçón, Hará, hire ama eta hire anayeac lekorean diaudec, hirequin minçatu nahiz.
[And one said to him, Lo! thy mother and thy brethren, without, are standing, seeking, to speak, with thee.]
48 Baina harc ihardesten çuela erran cieçón hura erran cionari, Nor da ene ama, eta nor dirade ene anayeac?
But, he, answering, said unto him that was telling him, Who is my mother? and who are my brethren?
49 Eta hedaturic bere escua bere discipuluén gainera, erran ceçan, Huná ene ama eta ene anayeac.
And, stretching forth his hand towards his disciples, he said, Lo! my mother and my brethren!
50 Ecen norc-ere eguinen baitu ene Aita ceruètan denaren vorondatea, hura da ene anaye, eta arreba, eta ama.
For, whosoever shall do the will of my Father who is in the heavens, he, is my, brother, and sister, and mother.
