< Markos 10 >

1 Guero handic partituric, ethor cedinIudeaco aldirietara Iordanaren berce aldeaz: eta berriz gendetze bil cedin harengana: eta ohi beçala berriz iracasten cituen.
And, from thence, arising, he cometh into the bounds of Judaea and beyond the Jordan, —and there come together again, multitudes unto him, and, as he had been wont, again, was he teaching them.
2 Orduan ethorriric Phariseuéc interroga ceçaten tentatzen çutela, Sori da guiçonac bere emaztea vtzi deçan?
And Pharisees coming near were questioning him—whether it is allowed a husband to divorce a wife, testing him.
3 Baina harc ihardesten çuela erran ceçan, Cer manatu drauçue Moysesec?
But, he, answering, said unto them—What unto you did, Moses, command?
4 Eta hec erran ceçaten, Moysesec permettitu dic separationeco letraren scribatzera, eta emaztearen vtzitera.
And, they, said—Moses permitted, to write, a roll of dismissal, and to divorce.
5 Eta ihardiesten çuela Iesusec erran ciecén, Çuen bihotzeco gogortassunagatic scribatu drauçue manamendu hori.
But, Jesus, said unto them—In view of your hardness of heart, wrote he for you this commandment;
6 Baina creatione hatsetic, arra eta emea eguin cituen Iaincoac.
But, from the beginning of creation, male and female, made he [them];
7 Hunegatic, vtziren ditu guiçonac bere aita eta ama, eta iunctaturen çayó bere emazteari.
For this cause, shall a man leave behind his father and mother,
8 Eta biac içanen dirade haraguibat. Beraz guehiagoric eztirade biga, baina haraguibat.
and, the two, shall become, one flesh; so that, no longer, are they two, but, one flesh.
9 Bada Iaincoac iunctatu duena guiçonac ezteçala separa.
What then, God, hath yoked together, let, a man, not put asunder.
10 Eta etchean berriz discipuluéc gauçá harçaz beraz interroga ceçaten.
And, [coming] into the house again, the disciples, concerning this, were questioning him;
11 Eta harc erran cieçen, Norc-ere vtziren baitu bere emaztea, eta bercebat emazte harturen, adulterio iauquiten du haren contra.
and he saith unto them—Whosoever shall divorce his wife, and marry another, committeth adultery against her;
12 Eta baldin emazteac vtzi badeça bere senharra, eta berce batequin ezcon badadi, adulterio iauquiten du.
And, if, she, divorcing her husband, marry another, she committeth adultery.
13 Orduan presenta cietzoten haourtcho batzu, hec hunqui litzançat: baina discipuluéc mehatchatzen cituzten, hec presentatzen cituztenac.
And they were bringing unto him children, that he might, touch, them, —the disciples, however, were rebuking them.
14 Eta hori ikus ceçanean Iesusec, fascha cedin eta erran ciecén, vtzitzaçue haourtchoac enegana ethortera, eta eztitzaçuela empatcha: ecen horlacoén da Iaincoaren resumá.
But Jesus, seeing it, was greatly displeased, and said unto them—Suffer the children to come unto me, —do not hinder them; for, of such, is the kingdom of God.
15 Eguiaz erraiten drauçuet, norc-ere ezpaitu recebituren Iaincoaren resumá haourtcho anço, ezta hartan sarthuren.
Verily, I say unto you—Whosoever shall not welcome the kingdom of God, as a child, in nowise shall enter thereinto.
16 Eta hec bessoetara harturic, escuac hayén gainean eçarriric, benedica citzan.
And, folding them in his arms, he was blessing them, having laid his hands upon them.
17 Eta hura ilkiten cela bideari lequionçat, norbeitec harengana laster eguinic, eta haren aitzinean belhauricaturic, interroga ceçan, Magistru oná, cer eguinen dut vicitze eternala hereta deçadançat? (aiōnios g166)
And, as he was going forth into a road, one, running, and kneeling before him, was questioning him—Good Teacher! what shall I do that, life age—abiding, I may inherit? (aiōnios g166)
18 Eta Iesusec erran cieçon, Cergatic deitzen nauc on? eztuc nehor onic bat baicen, eta hura, Iaincoa.
And, Jesus, said unto him—Why callest thou me, good? None, is good, save one—God.
19 Manamenduac badaquizquic, Ezteçala adultera, Ezteçala hil, Ezteçala ebats, Ezteçala testimoniage falsuric erran, Damuric eztaguioala nehori, Ohoraitzac eure aita eta ama:
The commandments, thou knowest, —Do not commit murder, Do not commit adultery, Do not steal; Do not bear false witness, Do not defraud, Honour thy father and mother.
20 Eta harc ihardesten çuela erran cieçon, Magistruá, horiac guciac beguiratu citiat neure gaztetassunetic.
And, he, said unto him—Teacher! all these things, have I kept, from my youth.
21 Eta Iesusec harenganat behaturic, onhets ceçan, eta erran cieçón, Gauça baten peitu aiz, habil, dituanac sal itzac, eta eman ietzéc paubrey: eta vkanen duc thesaurbat ceruän: eta athor, arreit niri, crutzea harturic.
And, Jesus, looking at him, loved him, and said unto him—One thing, unto thee, is wanting; —Withdraw! whatsoever thou hast, sell, and give unto [the] destitute, —and thou shalt have treasure in heaven; and come! be following me.
22 Eta hura faschaturic hitz hunez, ioan cedin tristeric: ecen on handiac cituen.
And, he, becoming gloomy because of the word, departed sorrowing, for he was holding, many possessions.
23 Orduan inguru behaturic Iesusec dioste bere discipuluey, O cein nequez onhassundunac, Iaincoaren resumán sarthuren diraden!
And, looking around, Jesus saith unto his disciples—With what difficulty, shall, they who have money, enter, into the kingdom of God!
24 Eta discipuluac spanta citecen hitz hauçaz. Baina Iesusec berriz ihardesten çuela erran ciecén, Haourrác, cein gaitz den abrastassunetan fida diradenac, Iaincoaren resumán sar ditecen.
And, the disciples, were in amazement, because of the words. But, Jesus, again answering, saith unto them—Children! how difficult, it is, to enter, into the kingdom of God!
25 Errachago da cablebat orratzaren çulhotic iragan dadin, ecen ez abratsa Iaincoaren resumán sar dadin.
It is, easier, for a camel, through the eye of a needle, to pass, than for, a rich man, into the kingdom of God, to enter.
26 Baina hec are spantago citecen, bere artean cioitela, Eta nor salua ahal daite?
And, they, were being exceedingly struck with astonishment, saying unto him—Who, then, can, be saved?
27 Baina hetarat behaturic Iesusec dio, Guiçonac baithan impossible da, baina ez Iaincoa baithan: ecen gauça guciac possible dirade Iaincoa baithan.
Looking at them, Jesus saith—With men, impossible, but not, with God; for, all things, are possible, with God
28 Orduan Pierris has cedin hari erraiten, Huná, guc vtzi citiagu gauça guciac, eta iarreiqui gaitzaizquic hiri.

29 Eta ihardesten duela Iesusec dio. Eguiaz diotsuet, nehor ezta vtzi duenic etchea, edo anayeac, edo arrebác, edo aita, edo ama, edo emaztea, edo haourrac, edo landác, ene eta Euangelioaren amorecatic.
Jesus said—Verily, I say unto you—There is, no one, who hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or mother, or father, or children, or lands, for the sake of me, and [for the sake of] the glad-message,
30 Recebi ezteçan orain demborá hunetan ehunetan hambát, etche eta anaye, eta arreba, eta ama, eta haour, eta landa, persecutionequin, eta secula ethortecoan vicitze eternala. (aiōn g165, aiōnios g166)
who shall not receive a hundredfold, now, in this season, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, —with persecutions, and, in the age that is coming, life age-abiding. (aiōn g165, aiōnios g166)
31 Baina anhitz lehen diradenac, içanen dirade azquen: eta azquenac lehen.
But, many, shall be—first-last, and [the] Last-first.
32 Eta ciraden bidean igaiten ciradela Ierusalemera: eta hayén aitzinean ioiten cen Iesus, eta spantatzen ciraden, eta çarreitzola ciraden beldur. Eta harturic berriz hamabiac, has cequien ethorri behar çaizcan gaucén erraiten:
Now they were in the way, going up unto Jerusalem, and Jesus was going on before them, —and they were in amazement; and, they who followed, were in fear. And, taking unto himself, again, the twelve, he began to be saying unto them, as to the things about to befall him—
33 Cioela, huná, igaiten gara Ierusalemera: eta guiçonaren Semea liuraturen da Sacrificadore principalén eta Scribén escuetara, eta hiltzera condemnaturen duté, eta Gentilén escuetaraco duté:
Lo! we are going up unto Jerusalem; and, the Son of Man, will be delivered up, unto the Chief-priests and the Scribes, —and they will condemn him to death, and deliver him up unto the nations;
34 Eta hec escarniaturen dute hura, eta açotaturen, eta thu eguinen draucate, eta hilen duté: baina hereneco egunean resuscitaturen da.
And they will mock him, and spit upon him, and scourge him, and, slay; —and, after three days, will he, arise.
35 Orduan ethorten dirade haregana Iacques eta Ioannes Zebedeoren semeac, dioitela, Magistruá, nahi guendiquec cer-ere escaturen baicara, eguin ieçagun.
And there come near unto him, James and John, the [two] sons of Zebedee, —saying unto him—Teacher! we desire, that, whatsoever we shall ask thee, thou wilt do for us.
36 Eta harc erran ciecén, Cer nahi duçue daguiçuedan?
But, he, said unto them—What desire ye, I should do for you?
37 Eta hec erran cieçoten, Eman ieçaguc, bata hire escuinean, eta bercea hire ezquerrean iar gaitecen hire glorián.
And, they, said unto him—Grant us, that, one on thy right hand, and one on thy left, we may sit, in thy glory.
38 Eta Iesusec erran ciecén, Eztaquiçue ceren esquez çaudeten: edan ahal diroçue nic edaten dudan copá, eta ni batheyatzen naicen baptismoaz batheya ahal çaitezquete?
But, Jesus, said unto them—Ye know not what ye are asking: Are ye able to drink the cup that, I, am to drink? or to be immersed, with the immersion wherewith, I, am to be immersed?
39 Eta hec erran cieçoten, Bay. Eta Iesusec erran ciecén, Nic edaten dudan copá edanen baduçue, eta ni batheyatzen naicen baptismoaz batheyaturen baçarete:
And, they, said unto him—We are able. And, Jesus, said unto them—The cup which, I, am to drink, ye shall drink, and, with the immersion wherewith, I, am to be immersed, shall ye be immersed;
40 Baina ene escuinean edo ene ezquerrean iartea, ezta ene emaiteco, baina emanen çaye preparatu içan çayeney.
But, to sit on my right hand and on my left, is not mine to give, except unto them for whom it hath been prepared.
41 Eta hori ençunic hamarrac has citecen faschatzen Iacquesez eta Ioannesez.
And the ten, hearing, began to be sorely displeased, concerning James and John.
42 Baina Iesusec hec beregana deithuric dioste Badaquiçue ecen nationén gainean seignoriatzea laket çayenéc, hayén gainean seignoriatzen dutela, eta hayén artean handi diradenéc authoritatez vsatzen dutela hayen gainean.
And Jesus, calling them near, saith unto them—Ye know that, they who think to rule the nations, lord it over them, and, their great ones, wield authority over them;
43 Baina ezta hala içanen çuen artean: aitzitic nor-ere nahi içanen baita handiena içan çuen artean, içanen da çuen cerbitzari.
But, not so, it is, among you. But, whosoever desireth to become, great, among you, shall be, your minister,
44 Eta nor-ere nahi içanen baita çuen artean içan ehen, içanen da gucién cerbitzari.
And, whosoever desireth, among you, to be, first, shall be, servant of all;
45 Ecen guiçonaren Semea-ere ezta ethorri cerbitzatu içatera, baina cerbitzatzera, eta bere viciaren anhitzengatic rançoinetan emaitera.
For, even the Son of Man, came not to be ministered unto, but minister, —and to give his life, a ransom instead of many.
46 Orduan ethorten dirade Iericora: eta hura Iericotic ilkiten cela, eta haren discipuluac eta gendetze handia, Bartimeo Timeoren seme itsua cegoen iarriric, bide bazterrean, esquez:
And they come into Jericho. And, as he was journeying forth from Jericho, and his disciples, and a considerable multitude, the son of Timaeus, blind Bar-Timaeus, a beggar, was sitting beside the road.
47 Eta ençunic ecen Iesus Nazareno cela, has cedin oihu eguiten eta erraiten, Iesus Dauid-en semeá, auc pietate niçaz.
And, hearing that it was, Jesus the Nazarene, he began to be crying aloud, and saying—O Son of David! Jesus! have mercy on me.
48 Eta mehatchatzen çuten anhitzec ichil ledin: baina harc vnguiz oihu guehiago eguiten çuen, Dauid-en semeá, auc pietate niçaz.
And many were rebuking him, that he might hold his peace; but, he, so much the more, was crying aloud, O Son of David, have mercy on me.
49 Orduan Iesusec gueldituric, mana ceçan, dei ledin. Eta dei ceçaten itsua, ciotsatela, Sporça adi, iaiqui adi: deitzen au.

50 Eta hura, bere mantoa egotzi çuenean, iaiquiric ethor cedin Iesusgana.
And, he, throwing off his mantle—springing to his feet, came unto Jesus.
51 Eta ihardesten çuela erran cieçón Iesusec, Cer nahi duc daguiadan? Eta itsuac diotsa, Magistruá, ikustea recebi deçadan.
And, answering him, Jesus said—What desirest thou, I should do for thee? And, the blind man, said unto him—Rabboni! that may recover sight.
52 Eta Iesusec erran cieçón, Oha, eure fedeac saluatu au. Eta bertan recebi ceçan ikustea, eta iairreiquiten çayón Iesusi bidean.
And, Jesus, said unto him—Go thy way! thy faith, hath saved thee. And, straightway, he recovered sight, and was following him in the road.
