1 Guero hamalaur vrtheren buruän, berriz igan nendin Ierusalemera Barnabasequin, eta Tite-ere harturic.
Then after a period of fourteen years I went up again to Jerusalem with Barnabas, taking Titus also with me.
2 Eta igan nendin reuelationez, eta hæy communica niecén Gentilén artean predicatzen dudan Euangelioa, baina particularqui estimatan diradeney, neholere alfer laster aznaguian edo eguin eznuen.
I went up by revelation, and I explained to them the Good News which I preach among those who are not Jewish, but privately before those who were respected, for fear that I might be running, or had run, in vain.
3 Baina Tite-ere, cein baitzén enequin, Grec bacen-ere, etzedin bortcha circonciditu içatera.
But not even Titus, who was with me, being a Greek, was compelled to be circumcised.
4 Anaye falsu Eliçán bere buruz nahastecatuén causaz, cein sar baitzitecen gure libertate Iesus Christean dugunaren espia içatera, gu suiectionetara erekar guençatençát.
This was because of the false brothers secretly brought in, who stole in to spy out our liberty which we have in Messiah Yeshua, that they might bring us into bondage;
5 Eta suiectionez ezquitzaizte susmettitu momentbat-ere, Euangelioco eguiác çuetan iraun leçançát.
to whom we gave no place in the way of subjection, not for an hour, that the truth of the Good News might continue with you.
6 Eta eztut deus ikassi cerbait diradela irudi dutenetaric (nolaco noizpait içan diraden, etzait deus hunquitzen: ecen Iaincoac eztu guiçonaren campoco apparentiá hartzen) ecen estimatan diradenéc eztraudaté deus guehiagoric communicatu.
But from those who were reputed to be important (whatever they were, it makes no difference to me; God shows no favoritism between people)—they, I say, who were respected imparted nothing to me,
7 Baina contrariora, ikussi vkan çutenean ecen Preputioco Euangelioaren predicationea niri eman içan çaitadala, Circoncisionecoa Pierrisi beçala:
but to the contrary, when they saw that I had been entrusted with the Good News for the uncircumcision, even as Peter with the Good News for the circumcision
8 (Ecen Pierris baithan obratu vkan duenac Circoncisioneco Apostolutassunera, obratu vkan du ni baithan-ere Gentiletara.)
(for he who appointed Peter to be an emissary of the circumcision appointed me also to the non-Jews);
9 Eta eçagutu çutenean niri eman içan çaitadan gratiá, Iacquesec eta Cephasec eta Ioannesec (habe diradela estimatuéc) lagunçazco escuinac eman drauzquigute niri eta Barnabasi: gu Gentiletarát guendoacençát eta hec Circoncisionecoètarat:
and when they perceived the grace that was given to me, Jacob and Kefa and John, they who were reputed to be pillars, gave to me and Barnabas the right hand of fellowship, that we should go to the non-Jews, and they to the circumcised.
10 Solament auisatu gaituzte paubréz orhoit guentecen: eta haren beraren eguitera arthatsu içan naiz.
They only asked us to remember the poor—which very thing I was also zealous to do.
11 Eta ethorri, içan cenean Pierris Antiochera, bekoquiz resisti nieçon hari, ceren reprehenditzeco baitzén.
But when Kefa came to Antioch, I resisted him to his face, because he stood condemned.
12 Ecén Iacquesganic batzu ethor citecen baino lehen, Gentilequin batean iaten çuen: baina ethorri içan ciradenean, retira eta separa cedin hetaric Circoncisionecoén beldurrez.
For before some people came from Jacob, he ate with those who were not Jewish. But when they came, he drew back and separated himself, fearing those who were of the circumcision.
13 Eta simulationez vsatzen çuten harequin batean berce Iuduec-ere: hala non Barnabas-ere erekarri içan baitzén hayén simulationera.
And the rest of the Jewish believers joined him in his hypocrisy; so that even Barnabas was carried away with their hypocrisy.
14 Baina ikussi vkan nuenean ecen etzabiltzala oin chuchenez, Euangelioco eguiaren araura, erran nieçón Pierrisi gucien aitzinean, Baldin hi Iudu aicelaric Gentil anço vici bahaiz, eta ez Iudu anço, cergatic Gentilac bortchatzen dituc iudaizatzera?
But when I saw that they did not walk uprightly according to the truth of the Good News, I said to Kefa before them all, "If you, being a Jew, live as the non-Jews do, and not as the Jews do, how can you compel the non-Jews to live as the Jews do?
15 Gu baicara naturaz Iudu, eta ez Gentiletaric bekatore.
"We, being Jews by birth, and not non-Jewish sinners,
16 Daquigularic ecen eztela guiçona iustificatzen Legueco obréz, baina Iesus Christen fedeaz: guc-ere Iesus Christ baithan sinhetsi vkan dugu, iustifica guentecençát Christen fedeaz, eta ez Legueco obréz: ceren haraguiric batre ezpaita iustificaturen Legueco obréz,
yet knowing that no one is justified by the works of the law but through faith in Yeshua the Messiah, even we believed in Messiah Yeshua, that we might be justified by faith in Messiah, and not by the works of the law, because no flesh will be justified by the works of the law.
17 Eta baldin Christez iustificatu nahiz gabiltzalaric, erideiten bagara gueuror-ere bekatore, Christ halacotz bekatuaren ministre da? Guertha eztadila.
But if, while we sought to be justified in Messiah, we ourselves also were found sinners, is Messiah a servant of sin? Certainly not.
18 Ecen baldin deseguin ditudan gauçác harçara edificatzen baditut, transgressor neure buruä eguiten dut.
For if I build up again those things which I destroyed, I prove myself a law-breaker.
19 Ecen ni Legueaz Legueari hil içan nazayó, Iaincoari vici nequionçat, Christequin batean crucificatu içan naiz.
For I, through the law, died to the law, that I might live to God.
20 Bada vici naiz, ez guehiagoric ni, baina vici da nitan Christ eta orain haraguian vici naicen vicitzeaz Iaincoaren Semearen fedeaz vici naiz, ceinec onhetsi vkan bainau, eta eman vkan baitu bere buruä enegatic.
I have been crucified with Messiah, and it is no longer I that live, but Messiah living in me. That life which I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself up for me.
21 Eztut abolitzen Iaincoaren gratiá: ecen baldin iustitiá Legueaz bada, beraz Christ mengoa gabe hil içan da.
I do not make void the grace of God. For if righteousness is through the law, then Messiah died for nothing."
