5 Eta etzieçón heretageric eman hartan, ez are oinaren bethea-ere: possessionetan hura emanen ceraucala promettatu baceraucan-ere, eta haren haciari haren ondoan, haourric ezpaçuen-ere.
And he gave him none inheritance in it, no, not so much as to set his foot on: yet he promised that he would give it to him for a possession, and to his seed after him, when as yet he had no child.
6 Baina hunela erran ceçan Iaincoac, Habitaturen duc hire hacia berceren lurrean: eta han hura suiectionetaco eguinen dié, eta gaizqui tractaturen laur ehun vrthez.
And Elohim spake on this wise, That his seed should sojourn in a strange land; and that they should bring them into bondage, and entreat them evil four hundred years.
7 Baina hec cerbitzatu duqueiten gendea punituren diat nic, dio Iaincoac: eta guero ilkiren dituc, eta cerbitzaturen nié leku hunetan.
And the nation to whom they shall be in bondage will I judge, said YHWH: and after that shall they come forth, and serve me in this place.
8 Eta eman cieçón Circoncisionezco alliançá: eta hunela Abrahamec engendra ceçan Isaac, eta circoncidi ceçan hura çortzigarreneco egunean: eta Isaac-ec engendra ceçan Iacob, eta Iacob-ec hamabi Patriarchác.
And he gave him the covenant of circumcision: and so Abraham begat Isaac, and circumcised him the eighth day; and Isaac begat Jacob; and Jacob begat the twelve patriarchs.
9 Eta Patriarchéc inuidiaz mouituric, sal ceçaten Ioseph Egypterát eraman ledinçat: baina Iaincoa cen harequin:
And the patriarchs, moved with envy, sold Joseph into Egypt: but Elohim was with him,

And delivered him out of all his afflictions, and gave him favour and wisdom in the sight of Pharaoh king of Egypt; and he made him governor over Egypt and all his house.
11 Eta ethor cedin gossetebat Egypteco herri gucira, eta Chanaan-era, eta herstura handia: eta etzutén erideiten iatecoric gure Aitéc.
Now there came a dearth over all the land of Egypt and Chanaan, and great affliction: and our fathers found no sustenance.
12 Baina ençun ceçanean Iacob-ec bacela ogui Egypten, igor citzan gure Aitác lehenic.
But when Jacob heard that there was corn in Egypt, he sent out our fathers first.
13 Eta bigarren aldian eçagut cedin Ioseph bere anayéz, eta declara cequion Pharaori Iosephen leinua.
And at the second time Joseph was made known to his brethren; and Joseph's kindred was made known unto Pharaoh.

But when the time of the promise drew nigh, which Elohim had sworn to Abraham, the people grew and multiplied in Egypt,
18 Berce reguebat Ioseph eçagutu etzuenic altcha cedino.
Till another king arose, which knew not Joseph.
19 Hare gure nationearen contra fineciaz vsatzen çuela, gaizqui tracta citzan gure aitác, bere haourrén heriotara abandonna eraciterano, arraçá falta ledinçát.
The same dealt subtilly with our kindred, and evil entreated our fathers, so that they cast out their young children, to the end they might not live.
20 Dembora hartan sor cedin Moyses, eta cen Iaincoaren gogaraco: cein hirur hilebethez haci içan baitzén bere aitaren etchean.

21 Guero hura abandonnatu içan cenean, era-man ceçan Pharaoren alabác, eta haz ceçan beretaco semetan.
And when he was cast out, Pharaoh's daughter took him up, and nourished him for her own son.
22 Eta instruitu içan cen Moyses Egyptecoen sapientia gucian, eta cen botheretsu erranetan eta eguinetan.
And Moses was learned in all the wisdom of the Egyptians, and was mighty in words and in deeds.

And seeing one of them suffer wrong, he defended him, and avenged him that was oppressed, and smote the Egyptian:
25 Eta vste çuen aditzen çutela haren anayéc ecen Iaincoac haren escuz deliurança eman behar cerauela: baina hec etzeçaten adi.
For he supposed his brethren would have understood how that Elohim by his hand would deliver them: but they understood not.
26 Eta biharamunean hec guducatzen ciradela, eriden cedin hayén artean, eta enseya cedin hayén baquetzen, cioela, Guiçonác, anaye çarete çuec: cergatic batac berceari gaizqui eguiten draucaçue?
And the next day he shewed himself unto them as they strove, and would have set them at one again, saying, Sirs, ye are brethren; why do ye wrong one to another?
27 Baina hurcoari gaizqui eguiten ceraucanac bulka ceçan hura, cioela, Norc ordenatu au gure gaineco prince eta iuge?
But he that did his neighbour wrong thrust him away, saying, Who made thee a ruler and a judge over us?
28 Ala ni hic nahi nauc hil, atzo Egyptianoa hil auen beçala?
Wilt thou kill me, as thou diddest the Egyptian yesterday?
29 Orduan ihes eguin ceçan Moysesec hitz hunegatic, eta arrotz eguin cedin Madiango lurrean, non engendra baitzitzan bi seme.

When Moses saw it, he wondered at the sight: and as he drew near to behold it, the voice of YHWH came unto him,
32 Cioela, Ni nauc hire aitén Iaincoa, Abrahamen Iaincoa., eta Isaac-en Iaincoa, eta Iacob-en Iaincoa. Eta Moyses ikara çabilala etzén consideratzera venturatzen.
Saying, I am the Elohim of thy fathers, the Elohim of Abrham, and the Elohim of Isaac, and the Elohim of Jacob. Then Moses trembled, and durst not behold.
33 Orduan erran cieçon Iaunac, Eraunzquic eure oinetaco çapatác: ecen hi aicen lekua lur saindua duc.
Then said YHWH to him, Put off thy shoes from thy feet: for the place where thou standest is holy ground.

I have seen, I have seen the affliction of my people which is in Egypt, and I have heard their groaning, and am come down to deliver them. And now come, I will send thee into Egypt.

36 Hunec campora idoqui citzan hec, miraculuac eta signoac eguinez Egypten, eta itsasso gorrian, eta desertuan, berroguey vrthez.
He brought them out, after that he had shewed wonders and signs in the land of Egypt, and in the Red sea, and in the wilderness forty years.
37 Moyses haur da erran cerauena Israeleco haourrey, Prophetabat suscitaturen drauçue çuen Iainco Iaunac çuen anayetaric ni beçalacoric: hari beha çaquizquiote.
This is that Moses, which said unto the children of Israel, A prophet shall YHWH your Elohim raise up unto you of your brethren, like unto me; him shall ye hear.
38 Haur da congregationean desertuan içan cena, Aingueruärequin, cein minçatzen baitzayón Sinaco mendian, eta gure Aitequin içana, ceinec recebitu baititu hitz viciac guri emaiteco.
This is he, that was in the assembly in the wilderness with the angel which spake to him in the mount Sina, and with our fathers: who received the lively oracles to give unto us:
39 Ceini ezpaitzaizca behatu nahi içan gure Aitác, baina refusatu vkan duté, eta itzuli içan dirade bere bihotzez Egypterát:
To whom our fathers would not obey, but thrust him from them, and in their hearts turned back again into Egypt,
40 Ciotsatela Aaroni, Eguin ietzaguc gure aitzinean dohazquen Iaincoac: ecen Moysesi, ceinec Egypteco lurretic campora eraman baiquaitu, etzeaquiagu cer heldu içan çayón.

41 Eta aretzebat eguin ceçaten egun hetan, eta offrenda cieçoten sacrificio idolari: eta delectatzen ciraden bere escuezco obra eguinetan.
And they made a calf in those days, and offered sacrifice unto the idol, and rejoiced in the works of their own hands.
42 Orduan guibelaz itzul cequién Iaincoa, eta abandonna citzan ceruco gendarmeriaren cerbitzatzera: Prophetén liburuän scribatua den beçala, Israeleco etcheá, ala offrendatu drauzquidaçue niri oblationeac eta sacrificioac berroguey vrthez desertuan?
Then Elohim turned, and gave them up to worship the host of heaven; as it is written in the book of the prophets, O ye house of Israel, have ye offered to me slain beasts and sacrifices by the space of forty years in the wilderness?
43 Aitzitic hartu vkan duçue Moloch-en tabernaclea, eta çuen Iainco Remphamen içarra, eta figura hec adoratzeco eguin dituçue: hunegatic irionen çaituztet Babylonez alde hartara.
Yea, ye took up the tabernacle of Moloch, and the star of your mighty one Remphan, figures which ye made to worship them: and I will carry you away beyond Babylon.

Howbeit the most High dwelleth not in temples made with hands; as saith the prophet,
49 Ceruä da ene thronoa, eta lurra ene oinén scabellá. Cer etche edificaturen drautaçue niri? dio Iaunac: edo cein da ene repausatzeco lekua?
Heaven is my throne, and earth is my footstool: what house will ye build me? saith YHWH: or what is the place of my rest?
50 Ala eztitu ene escuac eguin gauça horiac guciac?
Hath not my hand made all these things?
51 Gende garhondo gogorrác, eta bihotz eta beharri circonciditu gabeác, çuec bethi Spiritu sainduari contrastatzen çaizquiote, çuen aitác beçala, çuec-ere.
Ye stiffnecked and uncircumcised in heart and ears, ye do always resist the Holy Spirit: as your fathers did, so do ye.

Which of the prophets have not your fathers persecuted? and they have slain them which shewed before of the coming of the Just One; of whom ye have been now the betrayers and murderers:
53 Ceinéc recebitu baituçue Leguea Aingueruén ministerioz, eta ezpaituçue beguiratu.
Who have received the law by the disposition of angels, and have not kept it.
54 Eta gauça hauén ençutean, leher eguiten çuten bere bihotzetan eta hortz garrascotsez ceuden haren contra.
When they heard these things, they were cut to the heart, and they gnashed on him with their teeth.
55 Baina nola baitzén Spiritu sainduaz bethea, cerurát beguiac altchaturic ikus ceçan Iaincoaren gloria, eta Iesus Iaincoaren escuinean cegoela.
But he, being full of the Holy Spirit, looked up stedfastly into heaven, and saw the glory of YHWH, and Yahushua standing on the right hand of the Most High,
56 Eta dio, Huná, ikusten ditut ceruäc irequiac. eta guiçonaren Semea Iaincoaren escuinean dagoela.
And said, Behold, I see the heavens opened, and the Son of man standing on the right hand of YHWH.
57 Orduan hec oihu handiz iarriric bere beharriac boça citzaten, eta gogo batez oldar citecen haren contra.
Then they cried out with a loud voice, and stopped their ears, and ran upon him with one accord,
58 Eta hiritic campora iraitziric lapidatzen çuten: eta testimonioec eçar citzaten bere abillamenduac Saul deitzen cen guiçon gazte baten oinetara.
And cast him out of the city, and stoned him: and the witnesses laid down their clothes at a young man's feet, whose name was Saul.
59 Eta lapidatzen çutén Esteben, inuocatzen eta erraiten çuela, Iesus Iauná, recebi eçac ene spiritua.
And they stoned Stephen, calling upon Elohim, and saying, Master Yahushua, receive my spirit.
60 Eta belhaurico iarriric oihu eguin ceçan ocengui Iauna, eztieceala imputa bekatu haur, Eta haur erran çuenean lokar cedin.
And he kneeled down, and cried with a loud voice, Yahushua, lay not this sin to their charge. And when he had said this, he fell asleep.
