1 Davudun məzmuru. Məbədin təqdisinə aid ilahi. Ya Rəbb, Səni ucaldıram, Çünki Sən məni qurtardın, Düşməni mənə görə sevinməyə qoymadın.
A Psalm and Song at the dedication of the house of David. I will extol thee, O LORD; for thou hast lifted me up, and hast not made my foes to rejoice over me.
2 Ya Rəbb Allahım, Səni imdada çağırarkən Mənə şəfa verdin.
O LORD my God, I cried to thee, and thou hast healed me.
3 Ya Rəbb, canımı Ölülər diyarından azad etdin, Qəbirə düşməyim deyə Sən mənə həyat verdin. (Sheol h7585)
O LORD, thou hast brought up my soul from the grave: thou hast kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit. (Sheol h7585)
4 Ey Rəbbin möminləri, Onu tərənnüm edin, Onun müqəddəs isminə şükür edin.
Sing to the LORD, O ye saints of his, and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness.
5 Çünki qəzəbi bir anlıq olur, Lütfü isə ömür boyu qalır. Kimin bir gecə gözündən yaş tökülərsə, Onun üçün sübh tezdən sevinc doğar.
For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.
6 Dinclik tapanda dedim: «Əsla sarsılmaram».
And in my prosperity I said, I shall never be moved.
7 Ya Rəbb, lütfünlə məni Bir dağ kimi möhkəm etdin. Sonra məndən üz gizlətdin, Canıma vəlvələ düşdü.
LORD, by thy favour thou hast made my mountain to stand strong: thou didst hide thy face, and I was troubled.
8 Ya Rəbb, Səni çağırdım, Xudavəndə belə yalvardım:
I cried to thee, O LORD; and to the LORD I made supplication.
9 «Qanımı töküb qəbirə düşsəm, Sənə fayda verərmi? Torpaq Sənə şükür edə bilərmi, Sədaqətini elan edə bilərmi?
What profit is there in my blood, when I go down to the pit? Shall the dust praise thee? shall it declare thy truth?
10 Ya Rəbb, dinlə, mənə lütf et, Ya Rəbb, köməyimə çat».
Hear, O LORD, and have mercy upon me: LORD, be thou my helper.
11 Yasımı şənliyə çevirdin, Çulumu çıxarıb məni sevincə bürüdün.
Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing: thou hast put off my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness;
12 Ona görə susmayacağam, Səni ucadan tərənnüm edəcəyəm. Ya Rəbb Allahım, Sənə daim şükür edəcəyəm!
To the end that my glory may sing praise to thee, and not be silent. O LORD my God, I will give thanks to thee for ever.
