1 ১ চোৱা, মোৰ চকুৱে এই সকলোকে দেখিলে, আৰু নিজ কাণেৰে শুনি তাক বুজিলোঁ।

"Look, my eye has seen all this. My ear has heard and understood it.

2 ২ তোমালোকে যি জানা, ময়ো তাক জানো; মই তোমালোকতকৈ নিকৃষ্ট নহওঁ।

What you know, I know also. I am not inferior to you.

3 ৩ কিয়নো মই সৰ্ব্বশক্তিমান জনাকহে কথা কম, আৰু মই ঈশ্বৰৰ লগতহে বাদ-বিচাৰ কৰিব খুজিছোঁ।

"Surely I would speak to Shaddai. I desire to reason with God.

4 ৪ কিন্তু তোমালোক হলে মিছা কথা সাজোঁতা, আৰু তোমালোক সকলোৱেই অকামিলা বেজ।

But you are forgers of lies. You are all physicians of no value.

Oh that you would be completely silent. Then you would be wise.

6 ৬ এতিয়া মোৰ তিৰস্কাৰ শুনা, আৰু মোৰ মুখৰ অনুযোগ-বাক্যলৈ কাণ পাতা।

Hear now my reasoning. Listen to the pleadings of my lips.

Will you speak unrighteously for God, and talk deceitfully for him?

8 ৮ তোমালোকে তেওঁৰেই পক্ষপাত কৰিবা নে? তোমালোকে ঈশ্বৰৰেই পক্ষ হৈ প্ৰতিবাদ কৰিবা নে?

Will you show partiality to him? Will you contend for God?

9 ৯ তেওঁ বিচাৰি বিচাৰি তোমালোকৰ তত্ত্ব উলিয়ালে তোমালোকৰ মঙ্গল হ’ব নে? বা মানুহক ফাঁকি দিয়াৰ দৰে জানো তোমালোকে তেওঁক ফাঁকি দিব পাৰিবা?

Is it good that he should search you out? Or as one deceives a man, will you deceive him?

10 ১০ তোমালোকে যদি গুপুতে পক্ষপাতিত্ব কৰা, তেন্তে তেওঁ অৱশ্যে তোমালোকক দণ্ড দিব।

He will surely reprove you if you secretly show partiality.

11 ১১ তেওঁৰ প্ৰতাপে তোমালোকক ত্ৰাসযুক্ত নকৰিব নে? তেওঁৰ ভয়ানকতাত জানো তোমালোকে ভয় নকৰিবা?

Shall not his majesty make you afraid, And his dread fall on you?

12 ১২ তোমালোকৰ সোঁৱৰণীয় বাক্য ভস্মস্বৰূপ দৃষ্টান্ত মাথোন, তোমালোকৰ প্রতিৰোধ ধুলিৰ গড়স্বৰূপ।

Your memorable sayings are proverbs of ashes, Your defenses are defenses of clay.

13 ১৩ তোমালোকে মনে মনে থাকা, মোকেই কথা ক’বলৈ এৰি দিয়া; মোলৈ যি ঘটে, ঘটক।

"Be silent, leave me alone, that I may speak. Let come on me what will.

14 ১৪ মই কিয় মোৰ মাংস দাঁতত লৈ থাকিম? মোৰ প্ৰাণ মোৰ হাততেই ৰাখিম।

Why should I take my flesh in my teeth, and put my life in my hand?

15 ১৫ চোৱা, তেওঁ মোক বধ কৰিব, মই তেওঁলৈ অপেক্ষা কৰি থাকিম; তথাপি তেওঁৰ আগত মোৰ আচৰণৰ নিৰ্দ্দোষীতা প্ৰমাণ কৰিম।

Look, he will kill me. I have no hope. Nevertheless, I will maintain my ways before him.

16 ১৬ এয়ে মোৰ মুক্তিৰ কাৰণ হ’ব, মই এজন অধাৰ্মিক লোকৰ দৰে তেওঁৰ আগত থিয় হ’ব নোৱাৰিম।

This also shall be my salvation, that a godless man shall not come before him.

17 ১৭ মনোযোগ কৰি মোৰ কথা শুনা; মোৰ বাক্য তোমালোকৰ কাণত সোমাওক।

Hear diligently my speech. Let my declaration be in your ears.

18 ১৮ চোৱা, মোৰ গোচৰ মই ঠিকঠাক কৰি থৈছোঁ; মই যে নিৰ্দ্দোষী হওঁ, তাক মই জানো।

See now, I have set my cause in order. I know that I am righteous.

19 ১৯ মোৰ লগত প্ৰতিবাদ কৰিব পৰা কোন আছে? যদি আছে, তেন্তে মই নিমাত হৈ প্ৰাণত্যাগ কৰিম।

Who is he who will contend with me? For then would I hold my peace and give up the spirit.

20 ২০ হে ঈশ্বৰ, তুমি কেৱল দুটা কাৰ্য মোলৈ কৰিবা; তাতে মই তোমাৰ সম্মুখৰ পৰা নিজকে নুলুকুৱাম।

"Only do not do two things to me; then I will not hide myself from your face:

21 ২১ মোৰ ওপৰৰ পৰা তোমাৰ অত্যাচাৰী হাত আঁতৰাই নিবা, আৰু তোমাৰ ভয়ানকতাৰে মোক ভয় নুখুৱাবা।

withdraw your hand far from me; and do not let your terror make me afraid.

22 ২২ তেতিয়া তুমি মোক মাতিবা, মই উত্তৰ দিম, বা মই কম, তুমি উত্তৰ দিবা।

Then call, and I will answer; or let me speak, and you answer me.

23 ২৩ মোৰ অপৰাধ আৰু পাপ কিমান? মোৰ অধৰ্ম আৰু পাপ মোক জনোৱা।

How many are my iniquities and sins? Make me know my disobedience and my sin.

24 ২৪ কিয় তোমাৰ মুখ মোৰ পৰা লুকুৱাইছা, আৰু মোক তোমাৰ শত্ৰু যেন জ্ঞান কৰিছা?

Why hide you your face, and hold me for your enemy?

25 ২৫ উৰুৱাই নিয়া পাতক তুমি জানো তাড়ণা কৰিবা? আৰু শুকান ঘুলাক জানো খেদি যাবা?

Will you harass a driven leaf? Will you pursue the dry stubble?

26 ২৬ কিয়নো তুমি মোৰ বিৰুদ্ধে তিতা লগা কথা লিখি থৈছা, আৰু মোক যৌবন-কালৰ অপৰাধৰ উত্তৰাধিকৰী কৰিছা।

For you write bitter things against me, and make me inherit the iniquities of my youth:

27 ২৭ তুমি মোৰ ভৰি কুন্দত বান্ধি ৰাখিছা, মোৰ সকলো পথৰ চিন ৰাখিছা, আৰু মোৰ ভৰিৰ চাৰিওফালে সীমাৰ আঁক টানিছা,

You also put my feet in the stocks, and mark all my paths. You set a bound to the soles of my feet,

though I am decaying like a rotten thing, like a garment that is moth-eaten.
