1 ১ তোমালোক যি জনে ধাৰ্মিকতাত চলা, যি জনে যিহোৱাক বিচাৰা, মোৰ কথা শুনা: তোমালোকক যি শিলৰ পৰা কটা আৰু যি গাতৰ পৰা খন্দা হৈছিল, তালৈ দৃষ্টি কৰা।
Hearken to me, ye that follow after righteousness, ye that seek the LORD: look to the rock from which ye are hewn, and to the hole of the pit from which ye are dug.
2 ২ তোমালোকৰ পূর্বপুৰুষ অব্ৰাহাম আৰু তোমালোকৰ প্ৰসৱকাৰিণী চাৰালৈ দৃষ্টি কৰা; কাৰণ তেওঁ যেতিয়া অকলশৰীয়া ব্যক্তি আছিল, তেতিয়া মই তেওঁক মাতি আশীৰ্ব্বাদ দি বহুবংশ কৰিলোঁ।
Look to Abraham your father, and to Sarah that bore you: for I called him alone, and blessed him, and increased him.
3 ৩ হ’য় যিহোৱাই চিয়োনক শান্ত্বনা দিব, তেওঁ সকলো উচ্ছন্ন ঠাইক শান্ত্বনা দিব; তাৰ জনবসতিহীন ঠাইবোৰ এদনৰ দৰে, আৰু জর্দন নদীৰ উপত্যকাৰ কাষৰ সমতল মৰুভূমি যিহোৱাৰ উদ্যানৰ দৰে কৰিলে; তাত আনন্দ আৰু উল্লাস, ঈশ্বৰক ধন্যবাদ জ্ঞাপন, আৰু স্তুতি-গীতৰ ধ্বনি পোৱা যাব।
For the LORD shall comfort Zion: he will comfort all her waste places; and he will make her wilderness like Eden, and her desert like the garden of the LORD; joy and gladness shall be found in it, thanksgiving, and the voice of melody.
4 ৪ “হে মোৰ লোকসকল, মোলৈ মনোযোগ দিয়া, আৰু মোৰ কথা শুনা! কাৰণ মই এক বিধান প্ৰকাশ কৰিম, আৰু জাতিবোৰৰ কাৰণে পোহৰ হবলৈ মোৰ ন্যায় বিচাৰ স্থাপন কৰিম।
Hearken to me, my people; and give ear to me, O my nation: for a law shall proceed from me, and I will make my judgment to rest for a light of the people.
5 ৫ মোৰ ধাৰ্মিকতা ওচৰ হ’য়, মোৰ পৰিত্ৰাণ ওলায় যাব, আৰু মোৰ বাহুৱে জাতিবোৰৰ বিচাৰ কৰিব; উপকূলভূমিয়ে মোলৈ বাট চাব, আৰু মোৰ বাহুবলৰ কাৰণ আগ্রহেৰে বাট চাব।
My righteousness is near; my salvation is gone forth, and my arms shall judge the people; the isles shall wait upon me, and on my arm shall they trust.
6 ৬ তোমালোকে আকাশলৈ চকু তুলি চোৱা, আৰু তলত থকা পৃথিবীলৈ দৃষ্টি কৰা; কাৰণ আকাশ-মণ্ডল ধোঁৱাৰ দৰে অদৃশ্য হ’ব, পৃথিৱী কাপোৰৰ দৰে ক্ষয় হ’ব, আৰু তাৰ নিবাসীসকল মাখিৰ দৰে মৰিব। কিন্তু মোৰ পৰিত্ৰাণ অনন্তকাললৈ অবিৰাম চলি থাকিব, আৰু মোৰ ধাৰ্মিকতাই কেতিয়াও কাম কৰা বন্ধ নকৰিব।
Lift up your eyes to the heavens, and look upon the earth beneath: for the heavens shall vanish away like smoke, and the earth shall become old like a garment, and its inhabitants shall die in like manner: but my salvation shall be for ever, and my righteousness shall not be abolished.
7 ৭ তোমালোক যিসকলে সত্য কি জানা, মোৰ বিধান তোমালোকৰ হৃদয়ত ধৰি ৰখা লোকসকল, মোৰ কথা শুনা: মানুহৰ অপমানলৈ ভয় নকৰিবা, নাইবা তেওঁলোকৰ অপব্যৱহাৰত হতাশ নহবা।
Hearken to me, ye that know righteousness, the people in whose heart is my law; fear ye not the reproach of men, neither be ye afraid of their revilings.
8 ৮ কাৰণ কাপোৰ খোৱা পোকে কাপোৰ খোৱাৰ দৰে তেওঁলোকক খাব, আৰু পোকে ঊল খোৱাৰ দৰে তেওঁলোকক খাব; কিন্তু মোৰ ধাৰ্মিকতা অনন্তকালৰ বাবে হব, আৰু মোৰ পৰিত্ৰাণ পুৰুষানুক্ৰমে থাকিব।”
For the moth shall eat them like a garment, and the worm shall eat them like wool: but my righteousness shall be for ever, and my salvation from generation to generation.
9 ৯ সজাগ হোৱা, সজাগ হোৱা, যিহোৱাৰ বাহু-বল আৰু শক্তিৰে তোমালোকে নিজকে আবৃত কৰা। প্ৰাচীন কালৰ প্রজন্মসকল, পুৰনি দিনৰ দৰে সজাগ হোৱা। সাগৰৰ ৰাক্ষসক গুৰি কৰা আৰু ৰাহাবক খোচা জন আপুনিয়ে নে?
Awake, awake, put on thy strength, O arm of the LORD; awake, as in the ancient days, in the generations of old. Art thou not that which hath cut Rahab, and wounded the dragon?
10 ১০ সাগৰক, মহাজল সমূহক আপুনিয়ে শুকুউৱাই, মুক্তসকলক পাৰ হৈ যাবৰ বাবে অগাধ সাগৰক পথ কৰা জন আপুনিয়ে নহয়নে?
Art thou not that which hath dried the sea, the waters of the great deep; that hath made the depths of the sea a way for the ransomed to pass over?
11 ১১ যিহোৱাই মুক্তিপণ দিয়াসকল ঘুৰি আহিব, আৰু আনন্দ-গানেৰে চিয়োনলৈ আহিব; তেওঁলোকৰ মূৰ সদাকালৰ বাবে আনন্দেৰে পৰিপূৰ্ণ হ’ব; উল্লাস আৰু আনন্দ হব, দু: খ আৰু শোক দূৰ হ’ব।
Therefore the redeemed of the LORD shall return, and come with singing to Zion; and everlasting joy shall be upon their head: they shall obtain gladness and joy; sorrow and mourning shall flee away.
12 ১২ মই, ময়েই যিজনে তোমালোকক শান্ত্বনা দিওঁ; তোমালোকে কিয় মানুহলৈ ভয় কৰা, কাৰ মৃত্যু হ’ব, মানুহৰ পুত্রৰ, কোনে তোমালোকক তৃণৰ দৰে সৃষ্টি কৰিলে?
I, even I, am he that comforteth you: who art thou, that thou shouldest be afraid of a man that shall die, and of the son of man who shall be made as grass;
13 ১৩ যি জনাই আকাশ-মণ্ডল বিস্তাৰ কৰিলে, আৰু পৃথিবীৰ মূল স্থাপন কৰিলে, তোমালোকৰ সেই নিৰ্ম্মাণকৰ্ত্তা যিহোৱাক কিয় পাহৰিছা? কাৰণ যেতিয়া অতি ক্রোধত অত্যাচাৰীয়ে ধ্বংস কৰিবলৈ সিদ্ধান্ত লয়, তেতিয়া প্রতিদিনে তোমালোক অবিৰাম ভাবে আতঙ্কত থাকা। সেই অত্যাচাৰীবোৰৰ ক্ৰোধ ক’ত?
And forgettest the LORD thy maker, that hath stretched forth the heavens, and laid the foundations of the earth; and hast feared continually every day because of the fury of the oppressor, as if he were ready to destroy? and where is the fury of the oppressor?
14 ১৪ যিজন লোক নম্র হ’ব, যিহোৱাই তেওঁক মুকলি কৰিবলৈ খৰধৰ কৰিব; তেওঁৰ মৃত্যু নহব আৰু নৰকলৈ নাযাব; অথবা তেওঁৰ আহাৰৰ অভাৱ নহব।
The captive exile hasteneth that he may be loosed, and that he should not die in the pit, nor that his bread should fail.
15 ১৫ কাৰণ মই তোমালোকৰ ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱা, যি জনাই ঢৌবোৰে গর্জ্জন কৰিবৰ বাবে, সাগৰক আন্দোলিত কৰে, তেওঁৰেই নাম বাহিনীসকলৰ যিহোৱা।
But I am the LORD thy God, that divided the sea, whose waves roared: The LORD of hosts is his name.
16 ১৬ মই আকাশ-মণ্ডলক স্থাপন কৰিব পাৰোঁ, পৃথিবীৰ আধাৰশিলা স্হাপন কৰোঁ, আৰু চিয়োনক ক’ও ‘তোমালোকেই মোৰ লোকসকল,’ সেই বাবে মোৰ বাক্য তোমালোকৰ মুখত থলোঁ, আৰু মোৰ হাতৰ ছাঁত তোমালোকক ঢাকি ৰাখিলোঁ।”
And I have put my words in thy mouth, and have covered thee in the shadow of my hand, that I may plant the heavens, and lay the foundations of the earth, and say to Zion, Thou art my people.
17 ১৭ যিহোৱাৰ হাতৰ পৰা তেওঁৰ ক্ৰোধৰ পান-পাত্ৰ পান কৰা; হে যিৰূচালেম, সজাগ হোৱা, সজাগ হোৱা, ঠিয় হোৱা; তোমালোকে পান-পাত্র পান কৰিছা, ঢলংপলং কৰোঁতা পান-পাত্ৰ, আৰু তোমালোকে তাক উলিয়াইছা।
Awake, awake, stand up, O Jerusalem, which hast drunk at the hand of the LORD the cup of his fury; thou hast drank the dregs of the cup of trembling, and wrung them out.
18 ১৮ তেওঁ জন্ম দিয়া সন্তান সকলৰ মাজৰ কোনো এজন নাই তেওঁক পথ দেখুৱাবলৈ; যিসকল সন্তান তেওঁ ডাঙৰ-দীঘল কৰিলে তেওঁলোকৰ মাজত কোনো এজন নাই তেওঁক হাতত ধৰি নিবলৈ।
There is none to guide her among all the sons whom she hath brought forth; neither is there any that taketh her by the hand of all the sons that she hath brought up.
19 ১৯ এই দুই ঘটনা তোমোলোকলৈ ঘটিল- কোনে তোমালোকৰ বাবে বিলাপ কৰিব?- জনশুণ্য ঠাই আৰু ধ্বংস, আকাল আৰু তৰোৱাল। কোনে তোমালোকক শান্ত্বনা দিব?
These two things have come to thee; who shall be sorry for thee? desolation, and destruction, and famine, and the sword: by whom shall I comfort thee?
20 ২০ জালত পৰা হৰিণৰ দৰে তোমালোকৰ সন্তান সকল অচেতন হ’ল, তেওঁলোক প্ৰত্যেক আলিৰ চুকত পৰি ৰ’ল; তেওঁলোক যিহোৱাৰ ক্ৰোধ আৰু ঈশ্বৰৰ তিৰস্কাৰেৰে পৰিপূৰ্ণ।
Thy sons have fainted, they lie at the head of all the streets, as a wild bull in a net: they are full of the fury of the LORD, the rebuke of thy God.
Therefore hear now this, thou afflicted, and drunk, but not with wine:
22 ২২ তোমালোকৰ ঈশ্বৰ, তোমালোকৰ প্ৰভু যিহোৱা, যিজনে তেওঁৰ লোকসকলৰ বাবে মিনতি কৰে, তেওঁ এই কথা কৈছে: “চোৱা মই ঢলংপলং কৰা পান-পাত্ৰৰ পৰা তোমালোকৰ হাত ললোঁ, এনে কি, মোৰ ক্ৰোধৰ পান-পাত্ৰৰ পৰাও ললোঁ, তোমালোকে পুনৰ তাক পান নকৰিবা।
Thus saith thy Lord Jehovah, and thy God that pleadeth the cause of his people, Behold, I have taken out of thy hand the cup of trembling, even the dregs of the cup of my fury; thou shalt no more drink it again:
23 ২৩ মই তোমালোকৰ উৎপীড়ক জনৰ হাতত তাক দিম; যিসকলে তোমালোকক কৈছিল, ‘উবুৰি হৈ পৰা, যাতে আমি তোমালোকৰ ওপৰেৰে যাব পাৰোঁ,’ আৰু তেওঁলোকে খোজ কাঢ়িব পৰাকৈ তোমালোকৰ পিঠি মাটিৰ দৰে আৰু বাটৰ দৰে কৰা।” আলি স্বৰূপে তোমাৰ পিঠি পাতি দিলা।
But I will put it into the hand of them that afflict thee; who have said to thy soul, Bow down, that we may go over: and thou hast laid thy body as the ground, and as the street, to them that went over.
