And the word of the Lord came by the hand of Ju son of Anani to Baasa, [saying],
2 ২ “যদিও মই তোমাক ধূলিৰ পৰা তুলি মোৰ প্ৰজা ইস্ৰায়েলৰ ওপৰত তোমাক অধিপতি পাতিলোঁ, তথাপিও তুমি যাৰবিয়ামৰ পথত চলিলা আৰু মোৰ প্ৰজা ইস্ৰায়েলৰ পাপৰ দ্বাৰাই মোৰ ক্রোধ জন্মাবলৈ তেওঁলোকক পাপত লিপ্ত কৰিবলৈ দিলা।
Forasmuch as I lifted thee up from the earth, and made thee ruler over my people Israel; and thou hast walked in the way of Jeroboam, and hast caused my people Israel to sin, to provoke me with their vanities;
3 ৩ চোৱা, মই বাচা আৰু তেওঁৰ বংশক সম্পূর্ণৰূপে ধ্বংস কৰিম, আৰু নবাটৰ পুত্ৰ যাৰবিয়ামৰ বংশৰ দৰে তোমাৰ বংশলৈ তেনেদৰে কৰিম।
Behold, I raise up [enemies] after Baasa, and after his house; and I will make thy house as the house of Jeroboam son of Nabat.
4 ৪ বাচাৰ বংশৰ যি জন লোকৰ নগৰত মৃত্যু হ’ব, তেওঁক কুকুৰবোৰে খাব আৰু যি জন লোকৰ নগৰৰ বাহিৰত মৃত্যু হ’ব, তেওঁক আকাশৰ চৰাইবোৰে খাব।”
Him that dies of Baasa in the city the dogs shall devour, and him that dies of his in the field the birds of the sky shall devour.
5 ৫ বাচাৰ অৱশিষ্ট বৃত্তান্তৰ বিষয়ে, তেওঁ কৰা কাৰ্য আৰু পৰাক্ৰমৰ কথা জানো ইস্ৰায়েলৰ ৰজাসকলৰ ইতিহাস-পুস্তকখনত লিখা নাই?
Now the rest of the history of Baasa, and all that he did, and his mighty acts, behold, are not these written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel?
6 ৬ পাছত বাচা তেওঁৰ পূর্ব-পুৰুষসকলৰ লগত নিদ্ৰিত হ’ল আৰু তিৰ্চাত তেওঁক মৈদাম দিয়া হ’ল; তেতিয়া তেওঁৰ পুত্ৰ এলা তেওঁৰ পদত ৰজা হ’ল।
And Baasa slept with his fathers, and they bury him in Thersa; and Ela his son reigns in his stead.
7 ৭ হনানীৰ পুত্ৰ যেহূ ভাববাদীৰ দ্বাৰাই বাচা আৰু তেওঁৰ বংশৰ অহিতে যিহোৱাৰ বাক্য আহিছিল, কিয়নো যাৰবিয়ামৰ বংশৰ দৰে বাচায়ো যিহোৱাৰ সাক্ষাতে নিজ হাতৰ দ্ৱাৰাই কু-আচৰণ কৰিছিল আৰু সেই কাৰ্যবোৰৰ দ্বাৰাই যিহোৱাক ক্রোধত উত্তেজিত কৰাইছিল আৰু সেইবোৰৰ সৈতে যাৰবিয়ামৰ বংশকো বধ কৰিছিল৷
And the Lord spoke by Ju the son of Anani against Baasa, and against his house, [even] all the evil which he wrought before the Lord to provoke him to anger by the works of his hands, in being like the house of Jeroboam; and because he smote him.
8 ৮ যিহূদাৰ ৰজা আচাৰ ৰাজত্বৰ ছাবিশ বছৰত বাচাৰ পুত্ৰ এলাই ইস্ৰায়েলৰ ওপৰত তিৰ্চাত ৰাজত্ৱ কৰিবলৈ ধৰিলে; তেওঁ দুবছৰলৈ ৰাজত্ব কৰিছিল।
And Ela son of Baasa reigned over Israel two years in Thersa.
9 ৯ পাছত জিম্ৰীৰ নামেৰে তেওঁৰ এজন দাসে তেওঁৰ বিৰুদ্ধে চক্ৰান্ত কৰিলে। তেওঁ ৰজা এলাৰ ৰথৰ সৈন্যৰ আধা লোকৰ অধ্যক্ষ আছিল৷
And Zambri, captain of half his cavalry, conspired against him, while he was in Thersa, drinking himself drunk in the house of Osa the steward at Thersa.
10 ১০ যিহূদাৰ ৰজা আচাৰ ৰাজত্বৰ সাতাইশ বছৰত যেতিয়া এলাই তিৰ্চাত নিজৰ ঘৰগিৰী অৰ্চাৰ ঘৰত পান কৰি মতলীয়া অৱস্থাত আছিল, তেতিয়া জিম্ৰীয়ে সোমাই গৈ, তেওঁক প্ৰহাৰ কৰি বধ কৰিলে আৰু তেওঁৰ পদত নিজে ৰজা হ’ল।
And Zambri went in and smote him and slew him, and reigned in his stead.
11 ১১ তেওঁ ৰজা হৈ সিংহাসনত বহা মাত্ৰকে বাচাৰ সকলো বংশকে তেওঁ বধ কৰিলে৷ তেওঁ বাচাৰ সম্বন্ধীয়া কোনো এজন পুৰুষ বা তেওঁৰ পৰিয়ালৰ লোক বা তেওঁৰ বন্ধুসকলৰ কোনো এজনকো অৱশিষ্ট নাৰাখিলে।
And it came to pass when he reigned, when he sat upon his throne,
12 ১২ এই দৰে যেহূ ভাববাদীৰ দ্বাৰাই বাচাৰ বিৰুদ্ধে কোৱা যিহোৱাৰ বাক্য অনুসাৰে জিম্ৰীয়ে তেওঁৰ সকলো বংশ বিনষ্ট কৰিলে।
that he smote all the house of Baasa, according to the word which the Lord spoke against the house of Baasa, and to Ju the prophet,
13 ১৩ বাচা আৰু তেওঁৰ পুত্ৰ এলাই নিজৰ অসাৰ প্ৰতিমাবোৰৰ দ্বাৰাই ইস্ৰায়েলৰ ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱাক ক্রোধত উত্তেজিত কৰাবলৈ যি যি পাপ কৰিছিল, সেই সকলো পাপৰ কাৰণে এই সকলো ঘটিল।
for all the sins of Baasa and Ela his son, as he led Israel astray to sin, to provoke the Lord God of Israel with their vanities.
14 ১৪ এলাৰ অৱশিষ্ট বৃত্তান্তৰ বিষয়ে আৰু তেওঁৰ সকলো কাৰ্যৰ কথা জানো ইস্ৰায়েলৰ ৰজাসকলৰ ইতিহাস-পুস্তকখনত লিখা নাই?
And the rest of the deeds of Ela which he did, behold, are not these written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel?
15 ১৫ যিহূদাৰ ৰজা আচাৰ ৰাজত্বৰ সাতাইশ বছৰত জিম্ৰীয়ে মাত্ৰ সাত দিন তিৰ্চাত ৰাজত্ব কৰিছিল। সেই সময়ত সৈন্যসকলে পলেষ্টীয়াসকলৰ অধীনত থকা গিব্বথোনৰ কাষত ছাউনি পাতি আছিল।
And Zambri reigned in Thersa seven days: and the army of Israel [was] encamped against Gabathon of the Philistines.
16 ১৬ পাছত সেই ছাউনিত থকা লোকসকলে শুনিবলৈ পালে যে, “জিম্ৰীয়ে চক্ৰান্ত কৰি ৰজাক বধ কৰিলে।” তেতিয়া সমুদায় ইস্ৰায়েলে সেই দিনা ছাউনিৰ মাজত অম্ৰী নামেৰে সেনাপতিজনক ইস্ৰায়েলৰ ওপৰত ৰজা পাতিলে।
And the people heard in the army, saying, Zambri has conspired and smitten the king: and the people of Israel made Ambri the captain of the host king in that day in the camp over Israel.
And Ambri went up, and all Israel with him, out of Gabathon; and they besieged Thersa.
18 ১৮ যেতিয়া জিম্ৰীয়ে নগৰখন দখল কৰি লোৱা দেখিলে, তেতিয়া তেওঁ ৰাজ-গৃহত লাগি থকা দুর্গত সোমাল, আৰু তাৰ চাৰিওফালে জুই লগাই দিলে৷ এইদৰে তেওঁ জুইত প্ৰাণত্যাগ কৰিলে।
And it came to pass when Zambri saw that his city was taken, that he goes into the inner chamber of the house of the king, and burnt the king's house over him, and died.
19 ১৯ তেওঁ যিহোৱাৰ দৃষ্টিত কু-আচৰণ কৰি যি যি পাপ কৰিছিল আৰু যাৰবিয়ামৰ দৰে তেওঁ পাপ কৰিছিল, সেই কাৰ্যবোৰৰ দ্বাৰাই ইস্ৰায়েলকো পাপত লিপ্ত কৰাইছিল; এইবোৰৰ কাৰণে তেওঁৰ এনে গতি হ’ল।
Because of his sins which he committed, doing that which was evil in the sight of the Lord, so as to walk in the way of Jeroboam the son of Nabat, and in his sins wherein he caused Israel to sin.
20 ২০ জিম্ৰীৰ অৱশিষ্ট বৃত্তান্তৰ বিষয়ে আৰু তেওঁ কৰা চক্ৰান্তৰ কথাৰ বিষয়ে জানো ইস্ৰায়েলৰ ৰজাসকলৰ ইতিহাস-পুস্তকখনত লিখা নাই?
And the rest of the history of Zambri, and his conspiracies wherein he conspired, behold, are not these written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel?
21 ২১ সেই সময়ত ইস্ৰায়েলৰ লোকসকলক দুভাগ কৰা হ’ল; এভাগ লোকে গীনতৰ পুত্ৰ তিব্নীক ৰজা পাতি, তেওঁৰ পাছত চলোঁতা হ’ল আৰু আন ভাগে অম্ৰীৰ পাছত চলিবলৈ ধৰিলে।।
Then the people of Israel divides; half the people goes after Thamni the son of Gonath to make him king; and half the people goes after Ambri.
22 ২২ কিন্তু অম্ৰীৰ পাছত চলা লোকসকল গীনতৰ পুত্ৰ তিব্নীৰ পাছত চলা লোকসকলতকৈ শক্তিশালী আছিল৷ তাতে তিব্নীৰ মৃত্যু হোৱাত অম্ৰী ৰজা হ’ল।
The people that followed Ambri overpowered the people that followed Thamni son of Gonath; and Thamni died and Joram his brother at that time, and Ambri reigned after Thamni.
23 ২৩ যিহূদাৰ ৰজা আচাৰ ৰাজত্বৰ একত্ৰিশ বছৰত অম্ৰীয়ে ইস্ৰায়েলৰ ওপৰত ৰাজত্ৱ কৰিবলৈ ধৰিলে আৰু তেওঁ বাৰ বছৰলৈ ৰাজত্ব কৰিছিল৷ তেওঁ তিৰ্চাত ছবছৰ ৰাজত্ব কৰিছিল।
In the thirty-first year of king Asa, Ambri begins to reign over Israel twelve years: he reigns six years in Thersa.
24 ২৪ পাছত তেওঁ দুই কিক্কৰ ৰূপ দি চেমৰৰ পৰা চমৰিয়া পৰ্বত কিনি ল’লে৷ আৰু তাৰ ওপৰত এখন নগৰ সাজি, সেই পৰ্বতৰ গৰাকী চেমৰৰ নাম অনুসাৰেই, তেওঁ নিজে সজা সেই নগৰৰ নাম চমৰিয়া ৰাখিলে।
And Ambri bought the mount Semeron of Semer the lord of the mountain for two talents of silver; and he built [upon] the mountain, and they called the name of the mountain [on] which he built, after the name of Semer the lord of the mount, Semeron.
25 ২৫ কিন্তু অম্ৰীয়ে যিহোৱাৰ দৃষ্টিত কু-আচৰণ কৰিলে আৰু তেওঁৰ পূর্বে যিসকল আছিল, তেওঁলোকতকৈয়ো তেওঁ অধিক দুৰাচাৰী হ’ল।
And Ambri did that which was evil in the sight of the Lord, and wrought wickedly beyond all that were before him.
26 ২৬ কিয়নো নবাটৰ পুত্ৰ যাৰবিয়াম যি কুপথত চলিছিল আৰু যিবোৰ পাপৰ দ্বাৰাই তেওঁ ইস্ৰায়েলক পাপত লিপ্ত কৰাইছিল আৰু তেওঁলোকৰ অসাৰ প্ৰতিমাবোৰৰ দ্ৱাৰাই ইস্ৰায়েলৰ ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱাৰ ক্রোধ জন্মাইছিল, অম্ৰীৰেও ঠিক সেইদৰেই চলিল৷
And he walked in all the way of Jeroboam the son of Nabat, and in his sins wherewith he caused Israel to sin, to provoke the Lord God of Israel by their vanities.
27 ২৭ অম্ৰীৰ আন অৱশিষ্ট কাৰ্যৰ বৃত্তান্তৰ বিষয়ে, তেওঁ দেখুউৱা পৰাক্ৰমৰ কথা, সেই বিষয়ে ইস্ৰায়েলৰ ৰজাসকলৰ ইতিহাস-পুস্তকখনত জানো লিখা নাই?
And the rest of the acts of Ambri, and all that he did, and all his might, behold, [are] not these things written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel?
28 ২৮ পাছত অম্ৰী তেওঁৰ পূর্ব-পুৰুষসকলৰ লগত নিদ্ৰিত হ’ল আৰু তেওঁক চমৰিয়াত মৈদাম দিয়া হ’ল৷ তেতিয়া তেওঁৰ পুত্ৰ আহাব তেওঁৰ পদত ৰজা হ’ল।
And Ambri slept with his fathers, and is buried in Samaria; and Achaab his son reigns in his stead.
29 ২৯ যিহূদাৰ ৰজা আচাৰ ৰাজত্বৰ আঠত্ৰিশ বছৰত, অম্ৰীৰ পুত্ৰ আহাবে ইস্ৰায়েলৰ ওপৰত ৰাজত্ৱ কৰিবলৈ ধৰিলে; আৰু অম্ৰীৰ পুত্ৰ আহাবে বাইশ বছৰলৈ চমৰিয়াত ৰাজত্ব কৰিছিল।
In the second year of Josaphat king of Juda, Achaab son of Ambri reigned over Israel in Samaria twenty-two years.
And Achaab did that which was evil in the sight of the Lord, and did more wickedly than all that were before him.
31 ৩১ নবাটৰ পুত্ৰ যাৰবিয়ামৰ দৰে পাপ-আচৰণ কৰিও আহাব ক্ষান্ত হোৱা নাছিল, ইয়াৰ উপৰিও চীদোনীয়াসকলৰ ৰজা এৎবালৰ জীয়েক ঈজেবলক বিয়া পাতিছিল। পাছত তেওঁ গৈ বালক পূজা কৰিবলৈ ধৰিলে আৰু তাৰ আগত প্ৰণিপাত কৰিলে।
And it was not enough for him to walk in the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nabat, but he took to wife, Jezabel the daughter of Jethebaal king of the Sidonians; and he went and served Baal, and worshiped him.
And he set up an alter to Baal, in the house of his abominations, which he built in Samaria.
33 ৩৩ তাতে আহাবে এটা আচেৰা মূৰ্তি সাজিলে। এইদৰে ইস্ৰায়েলৰ পূৰ্বৰ সকলো ৰজাতকৈ তেওঁ ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱাৰ ক্রোধ জন্মাবলৈ অধিক কাৰ্য কৰিলে।
And Achaab made a grove; and Achaab did yet more abominably, to provoke the Lord God of Israel, and [to sin against] his own life so that he should be destroyed: he did evil above all the kings of Israel that were before him.
34 ৩৪ তেওঁ ৰাজত্ব কৰা কালত বাৎএলীয়া হীয়েলে পুনৰায় যিৰীহো নিৰ্মাণ কৰিলে। তেওঁলোকে যিহোৱাৰ বাক্য মানি চলিছিল আৰু সেই কাৰণে যিহোৱাই নুনৰ পুত্ৰ যিহোচূৱাৰ মুখেৰে কোৱা বাক্য অনুসাৰে, তেওঁ নিজ বৰ পুত্ৰ অবীৰামক দণ্ড স্বৰূপে দি যিৰীহোৰ ভিত্তিমূলক স্থাপন কৰিলে আৰু নিজ সৰু পুত্ৰ চগূবক দণ্ড স্বৰূপে দি যিৰীহোৰ দুৱাৰবোৰ লগালে।
And in his days Achiel the Baethelite built Jericho: he laid the foundation of it in Abiron his first-born, and he set up the doors of it in Segub his younger son, according to the word of the Lord which he spoke by Joshua the son of Naue.
