ԵԲՐԱՅԵՑԻՍ 1

1 Աստուած, որ վաղուց՝ շատ անգամներ ու շատ կերպերով՝ խօսած էր հայրերուն մարգարէներով,

2 այս վերջին օրերը խօսեցաւ մեզի իր Որդիով, որ ժառանգորդ նշանակեց ամէն բանի եւ տիեզերքն ալ ստեղծեց անով: (aiōn g165)

laste in these daies he hath spoke to vs bi the sone; whom he hath ordeyned eir of alle thingis, and bi whom he made the worldis. (aiōn g165)

3 Ան իր փառքին շողն է ու իր էութեան նկարագրութիւնը, եւ իր զօրութեան խօսքով հաստատ կը բռնէ ամէն բան: Ի՛նք էր որ՝ մաքրելէ ետք մեր մեղքերը՝ բազմեցաւ բարձրերը, Աստուծոյ մեծափառութեան աջ կողմը,

Which whanne also he is the briytnesse of glorie, and figure of his substaunce, and berith alle thingis bi word of his vertu, he makith purgacioun of synnes, and syttith on the riythalf of the maieste in heuenes;

4 ա՜յնչափ գերադաս ըլլալով հրեշտակներէն, քանի որ անոնցմէ գերազանց անուն մը ժառանգեց:

and so myche is maad betere than aungels, bi hou myche he hath eneritid a more dyuerse name bifor hem.

5 Արդարեւ հրեշտակներէն որո՞ւն ըսաւ երբեք. «Դուն իմ Որդիս ես, ա՛յսօր ծնայ քեզ»: Եւ դարձեալ. «Ես Հայր պիտի ըլլամ անոր, ան ալ Որդի պիտի ըլլայ ինծի»:

For to whiche of the aungels seide God ony tyme, Thou art my sone, Y haue gendrid thee to dai? And eftsoone, Y schal be to hym in to a fadir, and he schal be to me in to a sone?

6 Դարձեալ՝ երբ Անդրանիկը կը մտցնէ երկրագունդը՝ կ՚ըսէ. «Աստուծոյ բոլոր հրեշտակներն ալ թող երկրպագեն անոր»:

And whanne eftsoone he bryngith in the firste bigetun sone in to the world, he seith, And alle the aungels of God worschipe hym.

7 Նաեւ հրեշտակներուն մասին կ՚ըսէ. «Իր հրեշտակները հոգիներ կ՚ընէ, եւ իր պաշտօնեաները՝ կրակի բոց»:

But he seith to aungels, He that makith hise aungels spiritis, and hise mynystris flawme of fier.

8 Իսկ Որդիին կ՚ըսէ. «Քու գահդ, ո՛վ Աստուած, կը կենայ դարէ դար՝՝. քու թագաւորութեանդ մականը ուղղամտութեան մական է: (aiōn g165)

But to the sone he seith, God, thi trone is in to the world of world; a yerde of equite is the yerde of thi rewme; (aiōn g165)

9 Դուն սիրեցիր արդարութիւնը եւ ատեցիր անօրէնութիւնը. հետեւաբար, ո՛վ Աստուած, քու Աստուածդ օծեց քեզ ցնծութեան իւղով՝ ընկերակիցներէդ աւելի»:

thou hast louyd riytwisnesse, and hatidist wickidnesse; therfor the God, thi God, anoyntide thee with oile of ioye, more than thi felowis.

10 Նաեւ. «Տէ՛ր, դո՛ւն սկիզբէն դրիր երկրի հիմերը, ու քո՛ւ ձեռքերուդ գործն է երկինքը:

And, Thou, Lord, in the bigynnyng foundidist the erthe, and heuenes ben werkis of thin hondis; thei schulen perische,

11 Անոնք պիտի կորսուին, բայց դուն կը մնաս. բոլորը պիտի մաշին հանդերձի պէս:

but thou schalt perfitli dwelle; and alle schulen wexe elde as a cloth, and thou schalt chaunge hem as a cloth,

12 Պիտի ոլորես զանոնք ծածկոցի պէս, եւ պիտի փոխուին. իսկ դուն՝ միշտ նո՛յնն ես, ու քու տարիներդ պիտի չպակսին»:

and thei schulen be chaungid. But thou art the same thi silf, and thi yeeris schulen not faile.

13 Եւ հրեշտակներէն որո՞ւն ըսաւ երբեք. «Բազմէ՛ իմ աջ կողմս, մինչեւ որ քու թշնամիներդ պատուանդան դնեմ ոտքերուդ»:

But to whiche of the aungels seide God at ony tyme, Sitte thou on my riythalf, till Y putte thin enemyes a stool of thi feet?

14 Միթէ անոնք բոլորը պաշտօն կատարող հոգիներ չե՞ն, ղրկուած սպասարկելու անոնց՝ որ պիտի ժառանգեն փրկութիւնը:

Whether thei alle ben not seruynge spiritis, sente to seruen for hem that taken the eritage of heelthe?
