ԱՌԱՋԻՆ ԿՈՐՆԹԱՑԻՍ 7

1 Ուրեմն, ինչ կը վերաբերի այն բաներուն՝ որոնց մասին գրեցիք ինծի, լաւ է մարդուն համար՝ որ կնոջ չմերձենայ:

As concerninge the thinges wherof ye wrote vnto me: it is good for a ma not to touche a woman.

2 Բայց պոռնկութենէն խուսափելու համար՝ իւրաքանչիւրը թող ունենայ իր կինը, եւ ամէն կին թող ունենայ իր ամուսինը:

Neverthelesse to avoyde fornicacio let every man have his wyfe: and let every woman have her husbande.

3 Ամուսինը թող հատուցանէ կնոջ ինչ որ կը պարտի, նմանապէս կինն ալ՝ իր ամուսինին:

Let the man geve vnto the wyfe due benevolence. Lykwyse also the wyfe vnto the man.

4 Կինը իշխանութիւն չունի իր մարմինին վրայ, հապա՝ ամուսինը. նմանապէս ամուսինն ալ իշխանութիւն չունի իր մարմինին վրայ, հապա՝ կինը:

The wyfe hath not power over her awne body: but the husbande. And lykewyse the man hath not power over his awne body: but the wyfe

5 Մի՛ զրկէք զիրար, բայց միայն համաձայնութեամբ՝ ատենի մը համար, որ դուք ձեզ աղօթքի յատկացնէք ու դարձեալ գաք իրարու քով, որպէսզի Սատանան չփորձէ ձեզ՝ ձեր անժուժկալութեան համար:

Withdrawe not youre selves one from another excepte it be with consent for a tyme for to geve youre selves to fastynge and prayer. And afterwarde come agayne to the same thynge lest Satan tempt you for youre incontinencye.

6 Ասիկա կ՚ըսեմ՝ արտօնելով, ո՛չ թէ հրամայելով:

This I saye of faveour not of comaundement.

7 Որովհետեւ կ՚ուզէի որ բոլոր մարդիկ ըլլային ինծի պէս. բայց իւրաքանչիւրը ունի իր յատուկ շնորհը Աստուծմէ, մէկը՝ այսպէս, իսկ միւսը՝ այնպէս:

For I wolde that all men were as I my selfe am: but every man hath his proper gyfte of God one after this maner another after that.

8 Ուստի կ՚ըսեմ ամուրիներուն եւ այրիներուն. «Լաւ կ՚ըլլայ անոնց համար՝ եթէ մնան ինծի պէս»:

I saye vnto the vnmaried men and widdowes: it is good for them yf they abyde eve as I do.

9 Բայց եթէ ժուժկալութիւն չունին՝ թող ամուսնանան. որովհետեւ աւելի լաւ է ամուսնանալ՝ քան բորբոքիլ:

But and yf they canot abstayne let them mary. For it is better to mary then to burne.

10 Իսկ ամուսնացածներուն կը հրամայեմ, ո՛չ թէ ես, հապա՝ Տէրը. «Կինը թող չզատուի իր ամուսինէն,

Vnto the maryed comaunde not I but the Lorde: that the wyfe separate not her selfe from the man.

11 (իսկ եթէ զատուի ալ՝ թող մնայ անամուսին, կամ հաշտուի իր ամուսինին հետ, ) եւ ամուսինը թող չձգէ իր կինը»:

Yf she separate her selfe let her remayne vnmaryed or be reconciled vnto her husbande agayne. And let not the husbande put awaye his wyfe from him.

12 Բայց միւսներուն ե՛ս կ՚ըսեմ, ո՛չ թէ Տէրը. «Եթէ եղբայր մը ունենայ անհաւատ կին մը եւ անոր հաճելի ըլլայ բնակիլ իրեն հետ, թող չձգէ զայն:

To the remnaunt speake I and not the lorde. Yf eny brother have a wyfe that beleveth not yf she be content to dwell with him let him not put her awaye.

13 Եւ կին մը որ ունի անհաւատ ամուսին մը, եթէ անոր հաճելի ըլլայ բնակիլ իրեն հետ, թող չձգէ զայն»:

And ye woma which hath to her husbande an infidell yf he consent to dwell with her let her not put him awaye.

14 Որովհետեւ անհաւատ ամուսինը սրբացած է կնոջմով, եւ անհաւատ կինը սրբացած է ամուսինով: Այլապէս՝ ձեր զաւակները անմաքուր պիտի ըլլային. բայց հիմա սուրբ են:

For ye vnbelevynge husbande is sanctified by the wyfe: and the vnbelevynge wyfe is sanctified by the husbande. Or els were youre chyldren vnclene: but now are they pure.

15 Իսկ եթէ անհաւատը զատուի՝ թող զատուի: Եղբայր մը կամ քոյր մը ստրուկ չէ այդպիսի պարագաներու մէջ. սակայն Աստուած կանչեց մեզ խաղաղութեան:

But and yf the vnbelevynge departe let him departe. A brother or a sister is not in subiection to soche. God hath called vs in peace.

16 Որովհետեւ դուն ի՞նչ գիտես, կի՛ն. թերեւս պիտի փրկես ամուսինդ: Կամ դուն ի՞նչ գիտես, մա՛րդ. թերեւս պիտի փրկես կինդ:

For how knowest thou o woman whether thou shalt save that man or no? Other how knowest thou o man whether thou shalt save that woman or no?

17 Այլապէս՝ ի՛նչպէս Տէրը բաշխեց իւրաքանչիւրին, ի՛նչպէս Աստուած կանչեց իւրաքանչիւրը, ա՛յնպէս թող ընթանայ: Ես ա՛յսպէս կը պատուիրեմ բոլոր եկեղեցիներուն մէջ:

but even as God hath distributed to every man. As the lorde hath called every person so let him walke: and so orden I in all congregacios.

18 Եթէ թլփատուած մէկը կանչուեցաւ հաւատքի, թող անթլփատ չդառնայ: Եթէ մէկը կանչուեցաւ անթլփատութեան մէջ, թող չթլփատուի:

Yf eny man be called beynge circumcised let him adde nothinge therto. Yf eny be called vncircumcised: let him not be circucised.

19 Որովհետեւ թլփատութիւնը բան մը չէ, եւ անթլփատութիւնն ալ բան մը չէ, հապա Աստուծոյ պատուիրաններուն պահպանումն է էականը:

Circumcision is nothinge vncircumcision is nothinge: but the kepyng of the comaundmentes of god is altogether.

20 Իւրաքանչիւրը ի՛նչ կոչումի մէջ որ կանչուեցաւ, թող մնայ անոր մէջ:

Let every man abyde in the same state wherin he was called.

21 Ստրո՞ւկ էիր երբ կանչուեցար. հոգ մի՛ ըներ այդ մասին. բայց եթէ կրնաս ազատագրուիլ, առաւելապէս օգտուէ՛ առիթէն:

Arte thou called a servaut? care not for it. Neverthelesse yf thou mayst be fre vse it rather.

22 Որովհետեւ ո՛վ որ կանչուած է Տէրոջմով՝ ստրուկ ըլլալով, Տէրոջ ազատագրեալն է. նմանապէս ո՛վ որ կանչուած է՝ ազատ ըլլալով, Քրիստոսի ստրուկն է:

For he that is called in the lorde beynge a servaunt is the lordes freman. Lykwyse he that is called beynge fre is Christes servaut.

23 Դուք գնուեցաք մեծ գինով մը. մի՛ ըլլաք մարդոց ստրուկ:

Ye are dearly bought be not mennes seruauntes.

24 Եղբայրնե՛ր, իւրաքանչիւրը ի՛նչ վիճակի մէջ որ կանչուեցաւ, թող մնայ անոր մէջ՝ Աստուծոյ հետ:

Brethren let everye man wherin he is called therin abyde with God.

25 Կոյսերուն մասին Տէրոջմէն հրաման մը չունիմ. սակայն կը յայտնեմ իմ դատումս, իբր մէկը՝ որ ողորմութիւն գտած է Տէրոջմէն՝ հաւատարիմ ըլլալու:

As concernynge virgins I have no comaundment of the lorde: yet geve I counsell as one that hath obtayned mercye of the lorde to be faythfull.

26 Ուրեմն ես կը կարծեմ թէ սա՛ լաւ է ներկայ հարկադրանքին պատճառով, այսինքն լաւ է մարդու մը՝ որ մնայ ինչպէս որ է՝՝:

I suppose that it is good for the present necessite. For it is good for a ma so to be.

27 Կապուա՞ծ ես կնոջ. մի՛ ջանար արձակուիլ: Արձակուա՞ծ ես կնոջմէ մը. մի՛ փնտռեր կին:

Arte thou bounde vnto a wyfe? seke not to be lowsed. Arte thou lowsed from a wyfe? seke not a wyfe.

28 Իսկ եթէ ամուսնանաս՝ չես մեղանչեր. ու եթէ կոյսը ամուսնանայ՝ չի մեղանչեր: Բայց այդպիսիները մարմինի մէջ տառապանք պիտի ունենան. իսկ ես կ՚ուզեմ խնայել ձեզի:

But and yf thou take a wyfe thou synnest not. Lykwyse if a virgin mary she synneth not. Neverthelesse soche shall have trouble in their flesshe: but I faver you.

29 Բայց սա՛ կ՚ըսեմ, եղբայրնե՛ր, թէ ժամանակը կարճ է: Ա՛լ անոնք որ կին ունին, այնպէս ըլլան՝ որպէս թէ չունին.

This saye I brethre the tyme is shorte. It remayneth that they which have wives be as though they had none

30 անոնք որ կու լան՝ որպէս թէ չեն լար. անոնք որ կ՚ուրախանան՝ որպէս թէ չեն ուրախանար. անոնք որ կը գնեն՝ որպէս թէ ո՛չ մէկ բանի տիրացած են.

and they that wepe be as though thy wept not: and they that reioyce be as though they reioysed not: and they that bye be as though they possessed not:

31 եւ անոնք որ այս աշխարհը կ՚օգտագործեն՝ որպէս թէ չեն չարաշահեր. որովհետեւ այս աշխարհի կերպարը կ՚անցնի:

and they yt vse this worlde be as though they vsed it not. For the fassion of this worlde goeth awaye.

32 Բայց ես կ՚ուզէի որ դուք անհոգ ըլլաք. որովհետեւ ամուրին կը հոգայ Տէրոջ բաները, թէ ի՛նչպէս հաճեցնէ Տէրը:

I wolde have you without care: the single man careth for the thinges of the lorde how he maye please the lorde.

33 Իսկ ամուսնացածը կը հոգայ աշխարհի բաները, թէ ի՛նչպէս հաճեցնէ իր կինը:

But he that hath maried careth for the thinges of the worlde howe he maye please his wyfe.

34 Նոյնպէս տարբերութիւն կայ ամուսնացած կնոջ եւ կոյսին միջեւ. չամուսնացած կինը կը հոգայ Տէրոջ բաները, որպէսզի ինք սուրբ ըլլայ մարմինով ու հոգիով. իսկ ամուսնացած կինը կը հոգայ աշխարհի բաները, թէ ի՛նչպէս հաճեցնէ իր ամուսինը:

There is differece bitwene a virgin and a wyfe. The single woman careth for the thinges of the lorde that she maye be pure both in body and also in sprete But she that is maryed careth for the thinges of the worlde how she maye please her husband.

35 Ասիկա կ՚ըսեմ ձեր օգուտին համար. ո՛չ թէ ծուղակ ձգելու ձեր վրայ՝ հապա վայելչութեան համար, որպէսզի ձեր ուշադրութիւնը դարձնէք Տէրոջ՝ առանց մտացիր ըլլալու:

This speake I for youre proffit not to tangle you in a snare: but for that which is honest and comly vnto you and that ye maye quyetly cleave vnto the lorde wt out separacion.

36 Իսկ եթէ մէկը կը կարծէ թէ անվայելչութեամբ կը վերաբերի իր կոյսին հանդէպ, եթէ անցնի անոր ամուսնութեան տարիքը, եւ պարտաւոր է, թող ընէ ինչ որ կ՚ուզէ, չի մեղանչեր. թող ամուսնանան:

If eny man thinke that it is vncomly for his virgin if she passe the tyme of mariage ad if so nede requyre let him do what he listeth he synneth not: let the be coupled in mariage.

37 Սակայն ա՛ն որ հաստատ կը կենայ իր սիրտին մէջ ու հարկադրանք չունի, հապա կ՚իշխէ ինքնիր կամքին վրայ եւ վճռած է իր սիրտին մէջ՝ որ պահէ իր կոյսը, լա՛ւ կ՚ընէ:

Neverthelesse he yt purposeth surely in his herte havynge none nede: but hath power over his awne will: and hath so decreed in his herte that he will kepe his virgin doth well.

38 Ուստի ա՛ն որ կ՚ամուսնացնէ իր կոյսը՝՝, լաւ կ՚ընէ. իսկ ա՛ն որ չ՚ամուսնացներ, աւելի՛ լաւ կ՚ընէ:

So then he that ioyneth his virgin in maryage doth well. But he that ioyneth not his virgin in mariage doth better.

39 Կինը կապուած է այնքան ատեն որ իր ամուսինը կ՚ապրի. բայց եթէ իր ամուսինը մեռնի, ազատ է ամուսնանալու՝ որո՛ւ հետ որ ուզէ, միայն թէ՝ Տէրոջմով:

The wyfe is bounde to the lawe as longe as her husband liveth If her husbande slepe she is at liberte to mary with whom she wyll only in the lorde.

40 Սակայն իմ դատումովս՝ ան աւելի երջանիկ կ՚ըլլայ եթէ մնայ այդպէս. եւ կը կարծեմ թէ ե՛ս ալ ունիմ Աստուծոյ Հոգին:

But she is happiar yf she so abyde in my iudgmet And I thinke verely that I have the sprete of God.
