1 Wauhā nanedauwaudaa hesee hauchauvadede, hajesejevesesanith haejeedadauwu hadausaesenanith, haenauuchaudenauau hathāeneevaudenee heesaanuthaunenau, nau jasae hauthauau nauguu.
On the Sabbath Day they rested in obedience to the commandment, but in the deep dawn of the first day of the week they took the spices which they had prepared, and came to the tomb.
2 Nau haenauhauvanauau hauunaugane haeausānene hehethee hadausaesee.
And they found the stone rolled away from the tomb,
3 Nau haejedānauau, nau haejeveedenauau hedanayaunene Vahadāhenith Hejavaneauthusaun.
and on entering they did not find the body of the Lord Jesus.
4 Nau hethauwuu daugaudauwuthajauthee heee, naune, hanesenethe henanenau haetheaugudaunā haenauasāaunenau hedāchaunene:
While they were still perplexed over this, it happened that the two men stood near them in dazzling raiment.
5 Nau daunāthajauthee, nau haenaunauagunauau vedauauwuu, haeāedauwunā, Naudu nananena haenaudehauna hanenaededaunaude nethee gaujauaudahehehau?
They were terrified, and bowed down their faces to the ground, but the men said to them. "Why are you seeking him who lives among the dead?
6 Hehauwanedau hede, hau jaegauhāde: dauyewuwuu neethāedauwunāna denausunanedaude Gananee,
"He is not here; he is risen. Do you remember how he told you when he was still in Galilee
7 Neesenehede, Heau henane hadvenavathe hejadenene wauwauchudaunanenau, nau hadsaethechauhude, nau nasese hadjaegauhāde.
that the Son of man had to be betrayed into the hands of sinful men, and to be crucified, and to rise on the third day?"
8 Nau haedauyewuwunauau hedanadedaunene,
Then they recollected his words,
9 Nau haenaudauwu hehethee needausaesenanith, nau haeauthedaunanauau vahee nuu hayauhuhau jasānee, nau vahee hauthauau.
and turning away from the tomb they told all this to the eleven, and to all the rest.
10 Haenane Mare Magdalene, nau Joanna, nau Mare henaune James, nau hauthauauau hesānauau henee henethaunādaunenau, neauthedaunauthee nuu hayauhuhau vadauhanau.
It was Mary Magdalene, Joanna, and Mary, the mother of James, and the rest of the women who were telling all this to the apostles.
11 Nau hedanadedaunenau hathanadauwuyaugaune gaugauyaune, nau haejethauwaudaunaunauau.
But the whole story seemed to them but an idle tale; and they disbelieved the women.
12 Hanaāegauhāde Peda, nau haeyeseneegau hadausaesenanith, nau haeewauguau, haenauhaude naunaujānaunee haeānaudanenau jessaa, nau haenaude, haegaugauanade hasaunee.
Peter, however, got up and ran to the tomb, but when he stooped and looked in he saw the linen wrappings by themselves, and he departed to his home, wondering at that which was come to pass.
13 Nau, naune, hanesenethe haeyehaunenau henee hajesesenee hajasee hauauwudan Emmaus haseagu, hehethee Dādaunedan wauau nesaudauchu nau gauuu daugauha.
On that same day two of his disciples were walking to Emmaus, a village about seven miles from Jerusalem.
14 Nau haeanadenauau wauhaunee vahee nuu hayauhuhau hasaunee.
They were talking together about all these events,
15 Nau hethauwuu, henee, dauanadethee wauhaunee nau haenaunaudedaunadenauau, Hejavaneauthusau Nehayau haeeauchauna, nau haenethauna.
and as they talked and discussed matter, Jesus himself drew near and began walking beside them.
16 Hau hesesānenau haedunenenau henee hadjaenaunauthee.
But their eyes continued to be held that they should not recognize him even for an instant,
17 Nau haeāedauwuna, Hayewnau hadanadedaunenau nuu henee nananena hānegudaudenenau, daujajāwauaunadena, nau daudaneāauna?
And he said to them, "What words are these that you are exchanging one with another, as you walk along?"
18 Nau jasaa hanaaseede Cleopas, haeauchuhananadethaa, Gauhanane vavade dauhadavesane nuu Dādaunedan, nau gauhajaene hayauhuhau hasedaudenee hena nuu hesee?
They stood still, looking sad. And one of them named Cleopas, answered him, "Do you sojourn alone in Jerusalem, that you do not know what things have been happening there these days?"
19 Nau haeāedauwuna, Hayewnau? Nau haeāedauwunaa, Heee Hejavaneauthusau Nazareth, nananede Haeyāhe naunaudāde hanasedaude nau hedanadede hathaāhenith Hejavaneauthu nau vahee henanedanede:
"What kind of things?" he answered. And they said. "The things concerning Jesus of Nazareth, who was a prophet mighty in deed and word before God and all the people;
20 Nau najanauau vevethahevahehauau nau hadauchuwunanevene neesevānethe gaujauaudahede hadneauchuwuhade, nau nesaethechauhude.
"and how our high priest and ruler delivered him to be condemned to death and crucified him.
21 Hau nejauwuwuhaunauau Nananede hadnenayaudede Israel: nau nauguu vahee nuu, desenee nanasāe hesee hāesenesedaudenee.
"But we were hoping that it was he who should redeem Israel. Yes, and besides all this is the third day since these things happened.
22 Haa, nau jasae hesānauau jea hadahenauau nenāvānauau, naugusāge neanedauthee hadausaesenanith;
"Moreover, some women of our company amazed us. They went to his tomb at daybreak,
23 Nau dejeveedethee hedanayaunene, nejenuusathee, neauthedathee, henee jea haenauhauvanauau hautheaunau neethāhaugaunee henee daujaenaedeyaugaune.
"and found that his body was not there; then they came and told us that besides they had seen a vision of angels, who said that he was alive.
24 Nau hauthauauau hānethaunādaunene deyehaunauau hadausaesee, nau haeveedenauau vavade hesānauau neesenehenethe: hau haejenauhauvanauau.
"Thereupon some of our own party to the tomb, and found it even so as the women had said, but him they did not see."
25 Hanaāāedauwunaude, Hau hāhauwaenava nau gaunauanuu hadahenau hethauwaudanee vahee henee haeyāhehauau nethauthedathee:
"O foolish men," said Jesus, "slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken!
26 Naasauau Chris hadnasenede nuu, nau hadjedāde hadnedauvasāthaa.
"Behooved it not the Christ to suffer thus, and then to enter into his glory?"
27 Nau jeeejasesee Mosese nau vahee haeyāhehauau, neevavesāedauwunaude heee vahee hanathauthaunauhunee hayauhuhau hadnesenaedede Nehayau.
And beginning with Moses and the Prophets, he interpreted all the passages concerning himself.
28 Nau haeeauchauwu hajasee hauauwudan hasesathee: nau nehayau haenanedauneha hadjavesade.
When they drew near to the village to which they are were going, he appeared to be going farther.
29 Hau haeneenadaunanauau, hathauhaugaunee, Hanedaudaunāa: hayānaesade, nau hesee hayāenauwusanauau. Nau haejedā hadnanedaudaunaude.
But they urged him to stay with them, saying, "Abide with us, for it is toward evening, and the day is now far spent."
30 Nau hethauwuu, daujanaugude haenethevetheheva, Haeedane jauaujau, nau haevaveene, nau haejeane, nau haevena.
So he went in to stay with them. But as he sat down with them, and took bread, and had blessed and broken it, and was handing it to them,
31 Nau hesesānenau haegaunanenenau, nau hanaāaenaunauthee; nau haeeyauhaudenauau.
their eyes were opened, and they recognized him, and he vanished out of their sight.
32 Nau hadāhene gauhauchāe hethauvaa, hanathadagaunee jaee, deanadethānauau jāthee, nau hāegaunanauwunānauau wauthaunauhanau?
"Were not our hearts burning within us," they said to each other, "while we were talking with him on the way, and he was opening to us the scriptures?"
33 Nau haegauhānauau chauchaunu nau haejaeyehaunauau Dādaunedan, nau haeveehanauau jasānee haeaunauudaunāhenenau, nau hauthauau henee hanedaudaunādaunenau,
So they rose and returned to Jerusalem that very hour, and found the Eleven and the others all met together,
34 Vahadāde gauhāde hethauwuu, nau haenauhautheha Simon, hathahaugaunee.
saying, "The Lord is really risen, and has appeared to Simon!"
35 Nau haeauthedanauau hayauhuhau hanasedaunith hadesathee, nau hasaenaunāde daujeanauau jauaujau.
Then they began to tell what happened on the road, and he was known to them when he broke the bread.
36 Nau daunausunanadethee, Hejavaneauthusau Nehayau haetheaugu nahethāe hadauthee, nau hathāhaugaunee, Danādauyauau vanenathana.
While they were yet speaking he stood among them and said, "Peace be to you!"
37 Hau haenānauaunauau nau haenāthajaunauau, nau hasethajauhaugaunee henee haenauhauvanauau vadathu.
They were startled and terrified and thought that they were seeing a ghost.
38 Nau hathauhuk, Naudu nananena haenāthajauna, nau naudu haegaugauuthajauna gauhānauha hadahenau?
And he said to them. "Why are you disturbed? And why do questions rise in your hearts?
39 Nauhaudauwuu Najadenau nau Nauaudau, henee Nananenau nehayau: Vasanee, nau nauhauwuu; hanau vadathau hehauwudausānune nau hehauwudechaunave, hathauhauwuna.
"Look at my hands and my feet. It is I! Feel me and see; for a ghost has not flesh and blood as I have."
40 Nau dauhanadede, haenauhautheha hejadenau nau heaudau.
Then he showed them his hands and feet.
41 Nau haejethauwuthajaunauau heee haunauwuthajaude, nau haegaugauuthajaunauau, Haeāedauwuna, Gauhajevetheneva hede?
But while they still did not believe it for joy, and were filled with wonder, he asked them, "Have you anything here to eat?"
42 Nau haevenanauau hanesāhenith nauwu haeaujaunene, nau gauhauaugunaugauye.
So they gave him a piece of broiled fish,
43 Nau haeedane, nau haevethe hathaājenethe.
and he took it and ate it in their presence.
44 Nau haeāedauwuna, Nuu nanāe hanadedaunau hāauthedaunathadenenau, denausunethenaedevathana, henee vahee hayauhuhau hadnethauwunauauchuu, hanathauthaunauhuu henanavaavede Mosese, nau haeyāhehauau, nau psalms heee Nananenau.
Then he said to them, "These are my words which I spoke to you while I was still with you, how all things must be fulfilled which are written in the Law of Moses, and the prophets, and the Psalms concerning me."
45 Hanaāegaunanauwunaude hadnaenauwunethe, henee hadnaenauwunethe wauthaunauhanau,
Then he opened their minds to understand the Scriptures,
46 Nau haeāedauwuna, Hathauthaunauhuu, nau naasauau Chris hadnasenede, nau hadjaegauhāde hehethee gaujauaudahede nasese:
and he said. "Thus it is written that the Christ should suffer and rise again from the dead, the third day;
47 Nau henee haugauthegaugauuthajaude nau hadjaegudanee wauchudaudenau hadnautheduhunee heee Heneseede nanadee jajaesenanedanede, hehethee Dādaunedan.
"and that repentance unto remission of sins should be preached in his name unto all the nations, beginning from Jerusalem.
48 Nau nananena haenauwuna nuu hayauhuhau.
"You must bear testimony to this.
49 Nau, naune, Nananenau vanenathana sayānee Nāsaunau hau theauguu hedan Dādaunedan, haunaude nananena hāchauwunagu nauguu naudahede hehethee hejavaa.
"And I will send forth the promise of my Father upon you. But tarry in Jerusalem until you are clothed with power from on high."
50 Nau haejasesenedauwauna hajechaudanee Bethany, nau haeegauha, nau haevevethasa.
And he led them out until they were over against Bethany; and he lifted up his hands and blessed them.
51 Nau hethauwuu, daunausuvevethauchaude, Haenautha, nau haeejechauhau jethee hejavaa.
And it happened that while he was blessing them, that he parted from them and was carried into heaven.
52 Nau haevevethedaunanauau, nau haejaeyehaunauau Dādaunedan nauguu vaseneethajaude:
And they worshiped him and returned to Jerusalem with great joy,
53 Nau dajauaunee haeanedaunauau jedauwuu Vadannauauwuu, hauwaunede nau haevevethedaunanauau Hejavaneauthu. Hethauvaa.
and were continually in the temple, blessing God.
