نَشِيدُ ٱلْأَنْشَادِ 6
| أَيْنَ ذَهَبَ حَبِيبُكِ أَيَّتُهَا ٱلْجَمِيلَةُ بَيْنَ ٱلنِّسَاءِ؟ أَيْنَ تَوَجَّهَ حَبِيبُكِ فَنَطْلُبَهُ مَعَكِ؟ | ١ 1 |
where? to go: went beloved your [the] beautiful in/on/with woman where? to turn beloved your and to seek him with you
| حَبِيبِي نَزَلَ إِلَى جَنَّتِهِ، إِلَى خَمَائِلِ ٱلطِّيبِ، لِيَرْعَى فِي ٱلْجَنَّاتِ، وَيَجْمَعَ ٱلسَّوْسَنَ. | ٢ 2 |
beloved my to go down to/for garden his to/for bed [the] spice to/for to pasture in/on/with garden and to/for to gather lily
| أَنَا لِحَبِيبِي وَحَبِيبِي لِي. ٱلرَّاعِي بَيْنَ ٱلسَّوْسَنِ. | ٣ 3 |
I to/for beloved my and beloved my to/for me [the] to pasture in/on/with lily
| أَنْتِ جَمِيلَةٌ يَا حَبِيبَتِي كَتِرْصَةَ، حَسَنَةٌ كَأُورُشَلِيمَ، مُرْهِبَةٌ كَجَيْشٍ بِأَلْوِيَةٍ. | ٤ 4 |
beautiful you(f. s.) darling my like/as Tirzah lovely like/as Jerusalem terrible like/as to set a banner
| حَوِّلِي عَنِّي عَيْنَيْكِ فَإِنَّهُمَا قَدْ غَلَبَتَانِي. شَعْرُكِ كَقَطِيعِ ٱلْمَعْزِ ٱلرَّابِضِ فِي جِلْعَادَ. | ٥ 5 |
to turn: repell eye your from before me which/that they(masc.) to be assertive me hair your like/as flock [the] goat which/that to step down from [the] Gilead
| أَسْنَانُكِ كَقَطِيعِ نِعَاجٍ صَادِرةٍ مِنَ ٱلْغَسْلِ، ٱللَّوَاتِي كُلُّ وَاحِدَةٍ مُتْئِمٌ وَلَيْسَ فِيهَا عَقِيمٌ. | ٦ 6 |
tooth your like/as flock [the] ewe which/that to ascend: rise from [the] washing which/that all their be double and childless nothing in/on/with them
| كَفِلْقَةِ رُمَّانَةٍ خَدُّكِ تَحْتَ نَقَابِكِ. | ٧ 7 |
like/as millstone [the] pomegranate temple your from about/through/for to/for veil your
| هُنَّ سِتُّونَ مَلِكَةً وَثَمَانُونَ سُرِّيَّةً وَعَذَارَى بِلَا عَدَدٍ. | ٨ 8 |
sixty they(masc.) queen and eighty concubine and maiden nothing number
| وَاحِدَةٌ هِيَ حَمَامَتِي كَامِلَتِي. ٱلْوَحِيدَةُ لِأُمِّهَا هِيَ. عَقِيلَةُ وَالِدَتِهَا هِيَ. رَأَتْهَا ٱلْبَنَاتُ فَطَوَّبْنَهَا. ٱلْمَلِكَاتُ وَٱلسَّرَارِيُّ فَمَدَحْنَهَا. | ٩ 9 |

| مَنْ هِيَ ٱلْمُشْرِفَةُ مِثْلَ ٱلصَّبَاحِ، جَمِيلَةٌ كَٱلْقَمَرِ، طَاهِرَةٌ كَٱلشَّمْسِ، مُرْهِبَةٌ كَجَيْشٍ بِأَلْوِيَةٍ؟ | ١٠ 10 |
who? this [the] to look like dawn beautiful like/as moon pure like/as heat terrible like/as to set a banner
| نَزَلْتُ إِلَى جَنَّةِ ٱلْجَوْزِ لِأَنْظُرَ إِلَى خُضَرِ ٱلْوَادِي، وَلِأَنْظُرَ: هَلْ أَقْعَلَ ٱلْكَرْمُ؟ هَلْ نَوَّرَ ٱلرُّمَّانُ؟ | ١١ 11 |

| فَلَمْ أَشْعُرْ إِلَّا وَقَدْ جَعَلَتْنِي نَفْسِي بَيْنَ مَرْكَبَاتِ قَوْمِ شَرِيفٍ. | ١٢ 12 |

| اِرْجِعِي، ٱرْجِعِي يَا شُولَمِّيثُ. ٱرْجِعِي، ٱرْجِعِي فَنَنْظُرَ إِلَيْكِ. مَاذَا تَرَوْنَ فِي شُولَمِّيثَ، مِثْلَ رَقْصِ صَفَّيْنِ؟ | ١٣ 13 |
