فِيلِبِّي 1

١ 1 بُولُسُ وَتِيمُوثَاوُسُ عَبْدَا يَسُوعَ ٱلْمَسِيحِ، إِلَى جَمِيعِ ٱلْقِدِّيسِينَ فِي ٱلْمَسِيحِ يَسُوعَ، ٱلَّذِينَ فِي فِيلِبِّي، مَعَ أَسَاقِفَةٍ وَشَمَامِسَةٍ:

Paul and Timothy, servants of Messiah Yeshua; To all the kadoshim in Messiah Yeshua who are at Philippi, with the overseers and servants:

٢ 2 نِعْمَةٌ لَكُمْ وَسَلَامٌ مِنَ ٱللهِ أَبِينَا وَٱلرَّبِّ يَسُوعَ ٱلْمَسِيحِ.

Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Yeshua the Messiah.

٣ 3 أَشْكُرُ إِلَهِي عِنْدَ كُلِّ ذِكْرِي إِيَّاكُمْ

I thank my God whenever I remember you,

٤ 4 دَائِمًا فِي كُلِّ أَدْعِيَتِي، مُقَدِّمًا ٱلطَّلْبَةَ لِأَجْلِ جَمِيعِكُمْ بِفَرَحٍ،

always in every prayer of mine for all of you, making my requests with joy,

٥ 5 لِسَبَبِ مُشَارَكَتِكُمْ فِي ٱلْإِنْجِيلِ مِنْ أَوَّلِ يَوْمٍ إِلَى ٱلْآنَ.

for your partnership in the Good News from the first day until now;

٦ 6 وَاثِقًا بِهَذَا عَيْنِهِ أَنَّ ٱلَّذِي ٱبْتَدَأَ فِيكُمْ عَمَلًا صَالِحًا يُكَمِّلُ إِلَى يَوْمِ يَسُوعَ ٱلْمَسِيحِ.

being confident of this very thing, that he who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Messiah Yeshua.

٧ 7 كَمَا يَحِقُّ لِي أَنْ أَفْتَكِرَ هَذَا مِنْ جِهَةِ جَمِيعِكُمْ، لِأَنِّي حَافِظُكُمْ فِي قَلْبِي، فِي وُثُقِي، وَفِي ٱلْمُحَامَاةِ عَنِ ٱلْإِنْجِيلِ وَتَثْبِيتِهِ، أَنْتُمُ ٱلَّذِينَ جَمِيعُكُمْ شُرَكَائِي فِي ٱلنِّعْمَةِ.

It is even right for me to think this way about all of you, because I have you in my heart, because, both in my imprisonment and in the defense and confirmation of the Good News, you all are partakers with me of grace.

٨ 8 فَإِنَّ ٱللهَ شَاهِدٌ لِي كَيْفَ أَشْتَاقُ إِلَى جَمِيعِكُمْ فِي أَحْشَاءِ يَسُوعَ ٱلْمَسِيحِ.

For God is my witness, how I long after all of you in the tender mercies of Messiah Yeshua.

٩ 9 وَهَذَا أُصَلِّيهِ: أَنْ تَزْدَادَ مَحَبَّتُكُمْ أَيْضًا أَكْثَرَ فَأَكْثَرَ فِي ٱلْمَعْرِفَةِ وَفِي كُلِّ فَهْمٍ،

This I pray, that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and all discernment;

١٠ 10 حَتَّى تُمَيِّزُوا ٱلْأُمُورَ ٱلْمُتَخَالِفَةَ، لِكَيْ تَكُونُوا مُخْلِصِينَ وَبِلَا عَثْرَةٍ إِلَى يَوْمِ ٱلْمَسِيحِ،

so that you may approve the things that are excellent; that you may be pure and blameless for the Day of Messiah;

١١ 11 مَمْلُوئِينَ مِنْ ثَمَرِ ٱلْبِرِّ ٱلَّذِي بِيَسُوعَ ٱلْمَسِيحِ، لِمَجْدِ ٱللهِ وَحَمْدِهِ.

being filled with the fruit of righteousness, which are through Yeshua the Messiah, to the glory and praise of God.

١٢ 12 ثُمَّ أُرِيدُ أَنْ تَعْلَمُوا أَيُّهَا ٱلْإِخْوَةُ أَنَّ أُمُورِي قَدْ آلَتْ أَكْثَرَ إِلَى تَقَدُّمِ ٱلْإِنْجِيلِ،

Now I desire to have you know, brothers, that the things which happened to me have turned out rather to the progress of the Good News;

١٣ 13 حَتَّى إِنَّ وُثُقِي صَارَتْ ظَاهِرَةً فِي ٱلْمَسِيحِ فِي كُلِّ دَارِ ٱلْوِلَايَةِ وَفِي بَاقِي ٱلْأَمَاكِنِ أَجْمَعَ.

so that it became evident to the whole praetorian guard, and to all the rest, that my bonds are in Messiah;

١٤ 14 وَأَكْثَرُ ٱلْإِخْوَةِ، وَهُمْ وَاثِقُونَ فِي ٱلرَّبِّ بِوُثُقِي، يَجْتَرِئُونَ أَكْثَرَ عَلَى ٱلتَّكَلُّمِ بِٱلْكَلِمَةِ بِلَا خَوْفٍ.

and that most of the brothers in the Lord, being confident through my bonds, are more abundantly bold to speak the word without fear.

١٥ 15 أَمَّا قَوْمٌ فَعَنْ حَسَدٍ وَخِصَامٍ يَكْرِزُونَ بِٱلْمَسِيحِ، وَأَمَّا قَوْمٌ فَعَنْ مَسَرَّةٍ.

Some indeed preach Messiah even out of envy and strife, and some also out of good will.

١٦ 16 فَهَؤُلَاءِ عَنْ تَحَزُّبٍ يُنَادُونَ بِٱلْمَسِيحِ لَا عَنْ إِخْلَاصٍ، ظَانِّينَ أَنَّهُمْ يُضِيفُونَ إِلَى وُثُقِي ضِيقًا.

The latter out of love, knowing that I am appointed for the defense of the Good News.

١٧ 17 وَأُولَئِكَ عَنْ مَحَبَّةٍ، عَالِمِينَ أَنِّي مَوْضُوعٌ لِحِمَايَةِ ٱلْإِنْجِيلِ.

The former insincerely preach Messiah from selfish ambition, thinking that they add affliction to my chains.

١٨ 18 فَمَاذَا؟ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ عَلَى كُلِّ وَجْهٍ سَوَاءٌ كَانَ بِعِلَّةٍ أَمْ بِحَقٍّ يُنَادَى بِٱلْمَسِيحِ، وَبِهَذَا أَنَا أَفْرَحُ. بَلْ سَأَفْرَحُ أَيْضًا.

What does it matter? Only that in every way, whether out of false motives or in truth, Messiah is proclaimed. I rejoice in this, yes, and will rejoice.

١٩ 19 لِأَنِّي أَعْلَمُ أَنَّ هَذَا يَؤُولُ لِي إِلَى خَلَاصٍ بِطَلْبَتِكُمْ وَمُؤَازَرَةِ رُوحِ يَسُوعَ ٱلْمَسِيحِ،

For I know that this will turn out for my deliverance, through your petition and the supply of the Ruach of Yeshua the Messiah,

٢٠ 20 حَسَبَ ٱنْتِظَارِي وَرَجَائِي أَنِّي لَا أُخْزَى فِي شَيْءٍ، بَلْ بِكُلِّ مُجَاهَرَةٍ كَمَا فِي كُلِّ حِينٍ، كَذَلِكَ ٱلْآنَ، يَتَعَظَّمُ ٱلْمَسِيحُ فِي جَسَدِي، سَوَاءٌ كَانَ بِحَيَاةٍ أَمْ بِمَوْتٍ.

according to my earnest expectation and hope, that I will in no way be disappointed, but with all boldness, as always, now also Messiah will be magnified in my body, whether by life, or by death.

٢١ 21 لِأَنَّ لِيَ ٱلْحَيَاةَ هِيَ ٱلْمَسِيحُ وَٱلْمَوْتُ هُوَ رِبْحٌ.

For to me to live is Messiah, and to die is gain.

٢٢ 22 وَلَكِنْ إِنْ كَانَتِ ٱلْحَيَاةُ فِي ٱلْجَسَدِ هِيَ لِي ثَمَرُ عَمَلِي، فَمَاذَا أَخْتَارُ؟ لَسْتُ أَدْرِي!

But if I live on in the flesh, this will bring fruit from my work; yet I do not make known what I will choose.

٢٣ 23 فَإِنِّي مَحْصُورٌ مِنْ ٱلِٱثْنَيْنِ: لِيَ ٱشْتِهَاءٌ أَنْ أَنْطَلِقَ وَأَكُونَ مَعَ ٱلْمَسِيحِ، ذَاكَ أَفْضَلُ جِدًّا.

But I am in a dilemma between the two, having the desire to depart and be with Messiah, which is far better.

٢٤ 24 وَلَكِنْ أَنْ أَبْقَى فِي ٱلْجَسَدِ أَلْزَمُ مِنْ أَجْلِكُمْ.

Yet, to remain in the flesh is more needful for your sake.

٢٥ 25 فَإِذْ أَنَا وَاثِقٌ بِهَذَا أَعْلَمُ أَنِّي أَمْكُثُ وَأَبْقَى مَعَ جَمِيعِكُمْ لِأَجْلِ تَقَدُّمِكُمْ وَفَرَحِكُمْ فِي ٱلْإِيمَانِ،

And since I am persuaded of this, I know that I will remain and continue with all of you for your progress and joy in the faith,

٢٦ 26 لِكَيْ يَزْدَادَ ٱفْتِخَارُكُمْ فِي ٱلْمَسِيحِ يَسُوعَ فِيَّ، بِوَاسِطَةِ حُضُورِي أَيْضًا عِنْدَكُمْ.

that your rejoicing may abound in Messiah Yeshua in me through my presence with you again.

٢٧ 27 فَقَطْ عِيشُوا كَمَا يَحِقُّ لِإِنْجِيلِ ٱلْمَسِيحِ، حَتَّى إِذَا جِئْتُ وَرَأَيْتُكُمْ، أَوْ كُنْتُ غَائِبًا أَسْمَعُ أُمُورَكُمْ أَنَّكُمْ تَثْبُتُونَ فِي رُوحٍ وَاحِدٍ، مُجَاهِدِينَ مَعًا بِنَفْسٍ وَاحِدَةٍ لِإِيمَانِ ٱلْإِنْجِيلِ،

Only let your manner of life be worthy of the Good News of Messiah, that, whether I come and see you or am absent, I may hear of your state, that you stand firm in one spirit, with one soul striving for the faith of the Good News;

٢٨ 28 غَيْرَ مُخَوَّفِينَ بِشَيْءٍ مِنَ ٱلْمُقَاوِمِينَ، ٱلْأَمْرُ ٱلَّذِي هُوَ لَهُمْ بَيِّنَةٌ لِلْهَلَاكِ، وَأَمَّا لَكُمْ فَلِلْخَلَاصِ، وَذَلِكَ مِنَ ٱللهِ.

and in nothing frightened by the adversaries, which is for them a proof of destruction, but to you of salvation, and that from God.

٢٩ 29 لِأَنَّهُ قَدْ وُهِبَ لَكُمْ لِأَجْلِ ٱلْمَسِيحِ لَا أَنْ تُؤْمِنُوا بِهِ فَقَطْ، بَلْ أَيْضًا أَنْ تَتَأَلَّمُوا لِأَجْلِهِ.

Because it has been granted to you on behalf of Messiah, not only to believe in him, but also to suffer on his behalf,

٣٠ 30 إِذْ لَكُمُ ٱلْجِهَادُ عَيْنُهُ ٱلَّذِي رَأَيْتُمُوهُ فِيَّ، وَٱلْآنَ تَسْمَعُونَ فِيَّ.

having the same conflict which you saw in me, and now hear is in me.
