اَللَّاوِيِّينَ 24

١ 1 وَكَلَّمَ ٱلرَّبُّ مُوسَى قَائِلًا:

And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,

٢ 2 «أَوْصِ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ أَنْ يُقَدِّمُوا إِلَيْكَ زَيْتَ زَيْتُونٍ مَرْضُوضٍ نَقِيًّا لِلضَّوْءِ لِإِيقَادِ ٱلسُّرُجِ دَائِمًا.

Command the sons of Israel, that they bring to thee pure beaten olive oil for the light, to cause a lamp to burn continually.

٣ 3 خَارِجَ حِجَابِ ٱلشَّهَادَةِ فِي خَيْمَةِ ٱلِٱجْتِمَاعِ يُرَتِّبُهَا هَارُونُ مِنَ ٱلْمَسَاءِ إِلَى ٱلصَّبَاحِ أَمَامَ ٱلرَّبِّ دَائِمًا فَرِيضَةً دَهْرِيَّةً فِي أَجْيَالِكُمْ.

Aaron shall keep it outside the veil of the testimony, in the tent of meeting, in order from evening to morning before Jehovah continually. It shall be a statute forever throughout your generations.

٤ 4 عَلَى ٱلْمَنَارَةِ ٱلطَّاهِرَةِ يُرَتِّبُ ٱلسُّرُجَ أَمَامَ ٱلرَّبِّ دَائِمًا.

He shall keep the lamps upon the pure lampstand in order before Jehovah continually.

٥ 5 «وَتَأْخُذُ دَقِيقًا وَتَخْبِزُهُ ٱثْنَيْ عَشَرَ قُرْصًا. عُشْرَيْنِ يَكُونُ ٱلْقُرْصُ ٱلْوَاحِدُ.

And thou shall take fine flour, and bake twelve cakes of it. Two tenth parts of an ephah shall be in one cake.

٦ 6 وَتَجْعَلُهَا صَفَّيْنِ، كُلَّ صَفٍّ سِتَّةً عَلَى ٱلْمَائِدَةِ ٱلطَّاهِرَةِ أَمَامَ ٱلرَّبِّ.

And thou shall set them in two rows, six on a row, upon the pure table before Jehovah.

٧ 7 وَتَجْعَلُ عَلَى كُلِّ صَفٍّ لُبَانًا نَقِيًّا فَيَكُونُ لِلْخُبْزِ تَذْكَارًا وَقُودًا لِلرَّبِّ.

And thou shall put pure frankincense upon each row, that it may be on the bread for a memorial, even an offering made by fire to Jehovah.

٨ 8 فِي كُلِّ يَوْمِ سَبْتٍ يُرَتِّبُهُ أَمَامَ ٱلرَّبِّ دَائِمًا، مِنْ عِنْدِ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ مِيثَاقًا دَهْرِيًّا.

Every sabbath day he shall set it in order before Jehovah continually. It is on the behalf of the sons of Israel, an everlasting covenant.

٩ 9 فَيَكُونُ لِهَارُونَ وَبَنِيهِ، فَيَأْكُلُونَهُ فِي مَكَانٍ مُقَدَّسٍ، لِأَنَّهُ قُدْسُ أَقْدَاسٍ لَهُ مِنْ وَقَائِدِ ٱلرَّبِّ فَرِيضَةً دَهْرِيَّةً».

And it shall be for Aaron and his sons. And they shall eat it in a holy place, for it is most holy to him of the offerings of Jehovah made by fire by a perpetual statute.

١٠ 10 وَخَرَجَ ٱبْنُ ٱمْرَأَةٍ إِسْرَائِيلِيَّةٍ، وَهُوَ ٱبْنُ رَجُلٍ مِصْرِيٍّ، فِي وَسَطِ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ. وَتَخَاصَمَ فِي ٱلْمَحَلَّةِ ٱبْنُ ٱلْإِسْرَائِيلِيَّةِ وَرَجُلٌ إِسْرَائِيلِيٌّ.

And the son of an Israelite woman, whose father was an Egyptian, went out among the sons of Israel. And the son of the Israelite woman and a man of Israel strove together in the camp,

١١ 11 فَجَدَّفَ ٱبْنُ ٱلْإِسْرَائِيلِيَّةِ عَلَى ٱلِٱسْمِ وَسَبَّ. فَأَتَوْا بِهِ إِلَى مُوسَى. وَكَانَ ٱسْمُ أُمِّهِ شَلُومِيَةَ بِنْتَ دِبْرِي مِنْ سِبْطِ دَانَ.

and the son of the Israelite woman blasphemed the Name, and cursed. And they brought him to Moses. And his mother's name was Shelomith, the daughter of Dibri, of the tribe of Dan.

١٢ 12 فَوَضَعُوهُ فِي ٱلْمَحْرَسِ لِيُعْلَنَ لَهُمْ عَنْ فَمِ ٱلرَّبِّ.

And they put him in ward, that it might be declared to them at the mouth of Jehovah.

١٣ 13 فَكَلَّمَ ٱلرَّبُّ مُوسَى قَائِلًا:

And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,

١٤ 14 «أَخْرِجِ ٱلَّذِي سَبَّ إِلَى خَارِجِ ٱلْمَحَلَّةِ، فَيَضَعَ جَمِيعُ ٱلسَّامِعِينَ أَيْدِيَهُمْ عَلَى رَأْسِهِ، وَيَرْجُمَهُ كُلُّ ٱلْجَمَاعَةِ.

Bring forth him who has cursed outside the camp, and let all who heard him lay their hands upon his head, and let all the congregation stone him.

١٥ 15 وَكَلِّمْ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ قَائِلًا: كُلُّ مَنْ سَبَّ إِلَهَهُ يَحْمِلُ خَطِيَّتَهُ،

And thou shall speak to the sons of Israel, saying, Whoever curses his God shall bear his sin.

١٦ 16 وَمَنْ جَدَّفَ عَلَى ٱسْمِ ٱلرَّبِّ فَإِنَّهُ يُقْتَلُ. يَرْجُمُهُ كُلُّ ٱلْجَمَاعَةِ رَجْمًا. ٱلْغَرِيبُ كَٱلْوَطَنِيِّ عِنْدَمَا يُجَدِّفُ عَلَى ٱلِٱسْمِ يُقْتَلُ.

And he who blasphemes the name of Jehovah, he shall surely be put to death. All the congregation shall certainly stone him. As well the sojourner, as the home-born, when he blasphemes the Name, shall be put to death.

١٧ 17 وَإِذَا أَمَاتَ أَحَدٌ إِنْسَانًا فَإِنَّهُ يُقْتَلُ.

And he who smites any man mortally shall surely be put to death.

١٨ 18 وَمَنْ أَمَاتَ بَهِيمَةً يُعَوِّضُ عَنْهَا نَفْسًا بِنَفْسٍ.

And he who smites a beast mortally shall make it good, life for life.

١٩ 19 وَإِذَا أَحْدَثَ إِنْسَانٌ فِي قَرِيبِهِ عَيْبًا، فَكَمَا فَعَلَ كَذَلِكَ يُفْعَلُ بِهِ.

And if a man causes a blemish in his neighbor, as he has done, so shall it be done to him:

٢٠ 20 كَسْرٌ بِكَسْرٍ، وَعَيْنٌ بِعَيْنٍ، وَسِنٌّ بِسِنٍّ. كَمَا أَحْدَثَ عَيْبًا فِي ٱلْإِنْسَانِ كَذَلِكَ يُحْدَثُ فِيهِ.

injury for injury, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, as he has caused a blemish in a man, so shall it be rendered to him.

٢١ 21 مَنْ قَتَلَ بَهِيمَةً يُعَوِّضُ عَنْهَا، وَمَنْ قَتَلَ إِنْسَانًا يُقْتَلْ.

And he who kills a beast shall make it good. And he who kills a man shall be put to death.

٢٢ 22 حُكْمٌ وَاحِدٌ يَكُونُ لَكُمْ. ٱلْغَرِيبُ يَكُونُ كَٱلْوَطَنِيِّ. إِنِّي أَنَا ٱلرَّبُّ إِلَهُكُمْ».

Ye shall have one manner of law, as for the sojourner, as for the home-born, for I am Jehovah your God.

٢٣ 23 فَكَلَّمَ مُوسَى بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ أَنْ يُخْرِجُوا ٱلَّذِي سَبَّ إِلَى خَارِجِ ٱلْمَحَلَّةِ وَيَرْجُمُوهُ بِٱلْحِجَارَةِ. فَفَعَلَ بَنُو إِسْرَائِيلَ كَمَا أَمَرَ ٱلرَّبُّ مُوسَى.

And Moses spoke to the sons of Israel, and they brought forth him who had cursed out of the camp, and stoned him with stones. And the sons of Israel did as Jehovah commanded Moses.
