يوحنَّا 8
| أَمَّا يَسُوعُ فَمَضَى إِلَى جَبَلِ ٱلزَّيْتُونِ. | ١ 1 |
But Yeshua [Salvation] went to the Mount of Olives.
| ثُمَّ حَضَرَ أَيْضًا إِلَى ٱلْهَيْكَلِ فِي ٱلصُّبْحِ، وَجَاءَ إِلَيْهِ جَمِيعُ ٱلشَّعْبِ فَجَلَسَ يُعَلِّمُهُمْ. | ٢ 2 |
Now very early in the morning (seventh month 22nd day), he came again into the temple, and all the people came to him. He sat down, and taught them. (This day is called Sh'mini Atrzeret ·Eighth day Assembly·.)
| وَقَدَّمَ إِلَيْهِ ٱلْكَتَبَةُ وَٱلْفَرِّيسِيُّونَ ٱمْرَأَةً أُمْسِكَتْ فِي زِنًا. وَلَمَّا أَقَامُوهَا فِي ٱلْوَسْطِ | ٣ 3 |
The Torah-Teachers and the Pharisees [Separated] brought a woman taken in moicheia ·adultery· and set her in the midst of Yeshua [Salvation].
| قَالُوا لَهُ: «يَا مُعَلِّمُ، هَذِهِ ٱلْمَرْأَةُ أُمْسِكَتْ وَهِيَ تَزْنِي فِي ذَاتِ ٱلْفِعْلِ، | ٤ 4 |
They told him, “Teacher, we found this woman moicheuo ·committing adultery·, in the very act.
| وَمُوسَى فِي ٱلنَّامُوسِ أَوْصَانَا أَنَّ مِثْلَ هَذِهِ تُرْجَمُ. فَمَاذَا تَقُولُ أَنْتَ؟». | ٥ 5 |
Now in our Torah ·Teaching·, Moses [Drawn out] enjoined us that such a woman be stoned to death. What then do you say about her?”
| قَالُوا هَذَا لِيُجَرِّبُوهُ، لِكَيْ يَكُونَ لَهُمْ مَا يَشْتَكُونَ بِهِ عَلَيْهِ. وَأَمَّا يَسُوعُ فَٱنْحَنَى إِلَى أَسْفَلُ وَكَانَ يَكْتُبُ بِإِصْبِعِهِ عَلَى ٱلْأَرْضِ. | ٦ 6 |
They said this testing him, that they might have something to accuse him of. But Yeshua [Salvation] stooped down, and wrote on the ground with his finger.
| وَلَمَّا ٱسْتَمَرُّوا يَسْأَلُونَهُ، ٱنْتَصَبَ وَقَالَ لَهُمْ: «مَنْ كَانَ مِنْكُمْ بِلَا خَطِيَّةٍ فَلْيَرْمِهَا أَوَّلًا بِحَجَرٍ!». | ٧ 7 |
But when they continued asking him, he looked up and said to them, “He who is without sin among you, let him throw the first stone at her.”
| ثُمَّ ٱنْحَنَى أَيْضًا إِلَى أَسْفَلُ وَكَانَ يَكْتُبُ عَلَى ٱلْأَرْضِ. | ٨ 8 |
Again he stooped down, and with his finger wrote on the ground.
| وَأَمَّا هُمْ فَلَمَّا سَمِعُوا وَكَانَتْ ضَمَائِرُهُمْ تُبَكِّتُهُمْ، خَرَجُوا وَاحِدًا فَوَاحِدًا، مُبْتَدِئِينَ مِنَ ٱلشُّيُوخِ إِلَى ٱلْآخِرِينَ. وَبَقِيَ يَسُوعُ وَحْدَهُ وَٱلْمَرْأَةُ وَاقِفَةٌ فِي ٱلْوَسْطِ. | ٩ 9 |
They, when they heard it, being convicted by their conscience, went out one by one, beginning from the oldest, even to the last. Yeshua [Salvation] was left alone with the woman where she was, in the middle.
| فَلَمَّا ٱنْتَصَبَ يَسُوعُ وَلَمْ يَنْظُرْ أَحَدًا سِوَى ٱلْمَرْأَةِ، قَالَ لَهَا: «يَا ٱمْرَأَةُ، أَيْنَ هُمْ أُولَئِكَ ٱلْمُشْتَكُونَ عَلَيْكِ؟ أَمَا دَانَكِ أَحَدٌ؟». | ١٠ 10 |
Yeshua [Salvation], standing up, saw her and said, “Woman, where are your accusers? Did no one condemn you?”
| فَقَالَتْ «لَا أَحَدَ، يَا سَيِّدُ!». فَقَالَ لَهَا يَسُوعُ: «وَلَا أَنَا أَدِينُكِ. ٱذْهَبِي وَلَا تُخْطِئِي أَيْضًا». | ١١ 11 |
She said, “No one, Lord.” Yeshua [Salvation] said, “Neither do I condemn you. Go your way. From now on, sin no more.”
| ثُمَّ كَلَّمَهُمْ يَسُوعُ أَيْضًا قَائِلًا: «أَنَا هُوَ نُورُ ٱلْعَالَمِ. مَنْ يَتْبَعْنِي فَلَا يَمْشِي فِي ٱلظُّلْمَةِ بَلْ يَكُونُ لَهُ نُورُ ٱلْحَيَاةِ». | ١٢ 12 |
Again, therefore, Yeshua [Salvation] spoke to them, saying, “Ena Na [I AM (the Living God)], the light of the world. He who follows me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the light of life.”
| فَقَالَ لَهُ ٱلْفَرِّيسِيُّونَ: «أَنْتَ تَشْهَدُ لِنَفْسِكَ. شَهَادَتُكَ لَيْسَتْ حَقًّا». | ١٣ 13 |
The Pharisees [Separated] therefore said to him, “You testify about yourself. Your testimony is not valid.”
| أَجَابَ يَسُوعُ وَقَالَ لَهُمْ: «وَإِنْ كُنْتُ أَشْهَدُ لِنَفْسِي فَشَهَادَتِي حَقٌّ، لِأَنِّي أَعْلَمُ مِنْ أَيْنَ أَتَيْتُ وَإِلَى أَيْنَ أَذْهَبُ. وَأَمَّا أَنْتُمْ فَلَا تَعْلَمُونَ مِنْ أَيْنَ آتِي وَلَا إِلَى أَيْنَ أَذْهَبُ. | ١٤ 14 |
Yeshua [Salvation] answered them, “Even if I testify about myself, my testimony is true, for I know where I came from, and where I am going; but you don’t know where I came from, or where I am going.
| أَنْتُمْ حَسَبَ ٱلْجَسَدِ تَدِينُونَ، أَمَّا أَنَا فَلَسْتُ أَدِينُ أَحَدًا. | ١٥ 15 |
You judge according to the flesh. I judge no one.
| وَإِنْ كُنْتُ أَنَا أَدِينُ فَدَيْنُونَتِي حَقٌّ، لِأَنِّي لَسْتُ وَحْدِي، بَلْ أَنَا وَٱلْآبُ ٱلَّذِي أَرْسَلَنِي. | ١٦ 16 |
Even if I do judge, my judgment is true, for I am not alone, but I am with Abba ·Father familiar, Dear Dad· who sent me.
| وَأَيْضًا فِي نَامُوسِكُمْ مَكْتُوبٌ أَنَّ شَهَادَةَ رَجُلَيْنِ حَقٌّ: | ١٧ 17 |
It’s also written in your Torah ·Teaching· that the testimony of two people is valid.
| أَنَا هُوَ ٱلشَّاهِدُ لِنَفْسِي، وَيَشْهَدُ لِي ٱلْآبُ ٱلَّذِي أَرْسَلَنِي». | ١٨ 18 |
Ena Na [I AM (the Living God)] that testifies about myself, and Abba ·Father familiar, Dear Dad· who sent me testifies about me.”
| فَقَالُوا لَهُ: «أَيْنَ هُوَ أَبُوكَ؟». أَجَابَ يَسُوعُ: «لَسْتُمْ تَعْرِفُونَنِي أَنَا وَلَا أَبِي. لَوْ عَرَفْتُمُونِي لَعَرَفْتُمْ أَبِي أَيْضًا». | ١٩ 19 |
They said therefore to him, “Where is your Abba Father?” Yeshua [Salvation] answered, “You know neither me, nor 'Avi ·my Father·. If you knew me, you would know 'Avi ·my Father· also.”
| هَذَا ٱلْكَلَامُ قَالَهُ يَسُوعُ فِي ٱلْخِزَانَةِ وَهُوَ يُعَلِّمُ فِي ٱلْهَيْكَلِ. وَلَمْ يُمْسِكْهُ أَحَدٌ، لِأَنَّ سَاعَتَهُ لَمْ تَكُنْ قَدْ جَاءَتْ بَعْدُ. | ٢٠ 20 |
Yeshua [Salvation] spoke these words in the treasury, as he taught in the temple. Yet no one arrested him, because his hour had not yet come.
| قَالَ لَهُمْ يَسُوعُ أَيْضًا: «أَنَا أَمْضِي وَسَتَطْلُبُونَنِي، وَتَمُوتُونَ فِي خَطِيَّتِكُمْ. حَيْثُ أَمْضِي أَنَا لَا تَقْدِرُونَ أَنْتُمْ أَنْ تَأْتُوا». | ٢١ 21 |
Yeshua [Salvation] said therefore again to them, “I am going away, and you will seek me, and you will die in your sins. Where I go, you can’t come.”
| فَقَالَ ٱلْيَهُودُ: «أَلَعَلَّهُ يَقْتُلُ نَفْسَهُ حَتَّى يَقُولُ: حَيْثُ أَمْضِي أَنَا لَا تَقْدِرُونَ أَنْتُمْ أَنْ تَأْتُوا؟». | ٢٢ 22 |
The Jews [Praisers] therefore said, “Will he kill himself, that he says, ‘Where I am going, you can’t come’?”
| فَقَالَ لَهُمْ: «أَنْتُمْ مِنْ أَسْفَلُ، أَمَّا أَنَا فَمِنْ فَوْقُ. أَنْتُمْ مِنْ هَذَا ٱلْعَالَمِ، أَمَّا أَنَا فَلَسْتُ مِنْ هَذَا ٱلْعَالَمِ. | ٢٣ 23 |
He said to them, “You are from beneath. I am from above. You are of this world. I am not of this world.
| فَقُلْتُ لَكُمْ: إِنَّكُمْ تَمُوتُونَ فِي خَطَايَاكُمْ، لِأَنَّكُمْ إِنْ لَمْ تُؤْمِنُوا أَنِّي أَنَا هُوَ تَمُوتُونَ فِي خَطَايَاكُمْ». | ٢٤ 24 |
I said therefore to you that you will die in your sins; for unless you believe that Ena Na [I AM (the Living God)], you will die in your sins.”
| فَقَالُوا لَهُ: «مَنْ أَنْتَ؟». فَقَالَ لَهُمْ يَسُوعُ: «أَنَا مِنَ ٱلْبَدْءِ مَا أُكَلِّمُكُمْ أَيْضًا بِهِ. | ٢٥ 25 |
They said therefore to him, “Who are you?” Yeshua [Salvation] said to them, “Just what I have been saying to you from the beginning.
| إِنَّ لِي أَشْيَاءَ كَثِيرَةً أَتَكَلَّمُ وَأَحْكُمُ بِهَا مِنْ نَحْوِكُمْ، لَكِنَّ ٱلَّذِي أَرْسَلَنِي هُوَ حَقٌّ. وَأَنَا مَا سَمِعْتُهُ مِنْهُ، فَهَذَا أَقُولُهُ لِلْعَالَمِ». | ٢٦ 26 |
I have many things to speak and to judge concerning you. However he who sent me is true; and the things which I heard from him, these I say to the world.”
| وَلَمْ يَفْهَمُوا أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ لَهُمْ عَنِ ٱلْآبِ. | ٢٧ 27 |
They didn’t understand that he spoke to them about haAbba ·the Father·.
| فَقَالَ لَهُمْ يَسُوعُ: «مَتَى رَفَعْتُمُ ٱبْنَ ٱلْإِنْسَانِ، فَحِينَئِذٍ تَفْهَمُونَ أَنِّي أَنَا هُوَ، وَلَسْتُ أَفْعَلُ شَيْئًا مِنْ نَفْسِي، بَلْ أَتَكَلَّمُ بِهَذَا كَمَا عَلَّمَنِي أَبِي. | ٢٨ 28 |
Yeshua [Salvation] therefore said to them, “When you have lifted up the Son of Man, then you will know that Ena Na [I AM (the Living God)], and I do nothing of myself, but as 'Avi ·my Father· taught me, I say these things.
| وَٱلَّذِي أَرْسَلَنِي هُوَ مَعِي، وَلَمْ يَتْرُكْنِي ٱلْآبُ وَحْدِي، لِأَنِّي فِي كُلِّ حِينٍ أَفْعَلُ مَا يُرْضِيهِ». | ٢٩ 29 |
He who sent me is with me. Abba ·Father familiar, Dear Dad· has not left me alone, for I always do the things that are pleasing to him.”
| وَبَيْنَمَا هُوَ يَتَكَلَّمُ بِهَذَا آمَنَ بِهِ كَثِيرُونَ. | ٣٠ 30 |
As he spoke these things, many believed in him.
| فَقَالَ يَسُوعُ لِلْيَهُودِ ٱلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا بِهِ: «إِنَّكُمْ إِنْ ثَبَتُّمْ فِي كَلَامِي فَبِالْحَقِيقَةِ تَكُونُونَ تَلَامِيذِي، | ٣١ 31 |
Yeshua [Salvation] therefore said to those Jews [Praisers] who had believed him, “If you remain in my word, then you are truly my disciples.
| وَتَعْرِفُونَ ٱلْحَقَّ، وَٱلْحَقُّ يُحَرِّرُكُمْ». | ٣٢ 32 |
You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free.”
| أَجَابُوهُ: «إِنَّنَا ذُرِّيَّةُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَلَمْ نُسْتَعْبَدْ لِأَحَدٍ قَطُّ! كَيْفَ تَقُولُ أَنْتَ: إِنَّكُمْ تَصِيرُونَ أَحْرَارًا؟». | ٣٣ 33 |
They answered him, “We are Abraham [Father of a multitude]’s offspring, and have never been in bondage to anyone. How do you say, ‘You will be made free’?”
| أَجَابَهُمْ يَسُوعُ: «ٱلْحَقَّ ٱلْحَقَّ أَقُولُ لَكُمْ: إِنَّ كُلَّ مَنْ يَعْمَلُ ٱلْخَطِيَّةَ هُوَ عَبْدٌ لِلْخَطِيَّةِ. | ٣٤ 34 |
Yeshua [Salvation] answered them, “Most certainly I tell you, everyone who commits sin is the bond-servant of sin.
| وَٱلْعَبْدُ لَا يَبْقَى فِي ٱلْبَيْتِ إِلَى ٱلْأَبَدِ، أَمَّا ٱلِٱبْنُ فَيَبْقَى إِلَى ٱلْأَبَدِ. (aiōn g165) | ٣٥ 35 |
A bond-servant does not live in the house forever. A son remains forever. (aiōn g165)
| فَإِنْ حَرَّرَكُمْ ٱلِٱبْنُ فَبِالْحَقِيقَةِ تَكُونُونَ أَحْرَارًا. | ٣٦ 36 |
If therefore the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed.
| أَنَا عَالِمٌ أَنَّكُمْ ذُرِّيَّةُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ. لَكِنَّكُمْ تَطْلُبُونَ أَنْ تَقْتُلُونِي لِأَنَّ كَلَامِي لَا مَوْضِعَ لَهُ فِيكُمْ. | ٣٧ 37 |
I know that you are Abraham [Father of a multitude]’s offspring, yet you seek to kill me, because my word finds no place in you.
| أَنَا أَتَكَلَّمُ بِمَا رَأَيْتُ عِنْدَ أَبِي، وَأَنْتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ مَا رَأَيْتُمْ عِنْدَ أَبِيكُمْ». | ٣٨ 38 |
I say the things which I have seen with 'Avi ·my Father·; and you also do the things which you have seen with 'Avikah ·your Father·.”
| أَجَابُوا وَقَالُوا لَهُ: «أَبُونَا هُوَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ». قَالَ لَهُمْ يَسُوعُ: «لَوْ كُنْتُمْ أَوْلَادَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، لَكُنْتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ أَعْمَالَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ! | ٣٩ 39 |
They answered him, “Abraham [Father of a multitude] is Avinu ·our Father·.” Yeshua [Salvation] said to them, “If you were Abraham [Father of a multitude]’s children, you would do the works of Abraham [Father of a multitude].
| وَلَكِنَّكُمُ ٱلْآنَ تَطْلُبُونَ أَنْ تَقْتُلُونِي، وَأَنَا إِنْسَانٌ قَدْ كَلَّمَكُمْ بِٱلْحَقِّ ٱلَّذِي سَمِعَهُ مِنَ ٱللهِ. هَذَا لَمْ يَعْمَلْهُ إِبْرَاهِيمُ. | ٤٠ 40 |
But now you seek to kill me, a man who has told you the truth, which I heard from God. Abraham [Father of a multitude] didn’t do this.
| أَنْتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ أَعْمَالَ أَبِيكُمْ». فَقَالُوا لَهُ: «إِنَّنَا لَمْ نُولَدْ مِنْ زِنًا. لَنَا أَبٌ وَاحِدٌ وَهُوَ ٱللهُ». | ٤١ 41 |
You do the works of your Abba ·Father familiar, Dear Dad·.” They said to him, “We were not born of porhneia ·sexual immorality·; we have one Abba Father, God.”
| فَقَالَ لَهُمْ يَسُوعُ: «لَوْ كَانَ ٱللهُ أَبَاكُمْ لَكُنْتُمْ تُحِبُّونَنِي، لِأَنِّي خَرَجْتُ مِنْ قِبَلِ ٱللهِ وَأَتَيْتُ. لِأَنِّي لَمْ آتِ مِنْ نَفْسِي، بَلْ ذَاكَ أَرْسَلَنِي. | ٤٢ 42 |
Therefore Yeshua [Salvation] said to them, “If God were your Abba ·Father familiar, Dear Dad·, you would have agapao ·total devotion love· towards me, for I came out and have come from God. For I haven’t come of myself, but he sent me.
| لِمَاذَا لَا تَفْهَمُونَ كَلَامِي؟ لِأَنَّكُمْ لَا تَقْدِرُونَ أَنْ تَسْمَعُوا قَوْلِي. | ٤٣ 43 |
Why don’t you understand my speech? Because you can’t hear my word.
| أَنْتُمْ مِنْ أَبٍ هُوَ إِبْلِيسُ، وَشَهَوَاتِ أَبِيكُمْ تُرِيدُونَ أَنْ تَعْمَلُوا. ذَاكَ كَانَ قَتَّالًا لِلنَّاسِ مِنَ ٱلْبَدْءِ، وَلَمْ يَثْبُتْ فِي ٱلْحَقِّ لِأَنَّهُ لَيْسَ فِيهِ حَقٌّ. مَتَى تَكَلَّمَ بِٱلْكَذِبِ فَإِنَّمَا يَتَكَلَّمُ مِمَّا لَهُ، لِأَنَّهُ كَذَّابٌ وَأَبُو ٱلْكَذَّابِ. | ٤٤ 44 |
You are of your Abba father, the devil, and you want to do the epithumia ·lusts, desires· of 'Avikah ·your Father·. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks on his own; for he is a liar, and its Abba ·Father familiar, Dear Dad·.
| وَأَمَّا أَنَا فَلِأَنِّي أَقُولُ ٱلْحَقَّ لَسْتُمْ تُؤْمِنُونَ بِي. | ٤٥ 45 |
But because I tell the truth, you don’t believe me.
| مَنْ مِنْكُمْ يُبَكِّتُنِي عَلَى خَطِيَّةٍ؟ فَإِنْ كُنْتُ أَقُولُ ٱلْحَقَّ، فَلِمَاذَا لَسْتُمْ تُؤْمِنُونَ بِي؟ | ٤٦ 46 |
Which of you convicts me of sin? If I tell the truth, why do you not believe me?
| اَلَّذِي مِنَ ٱللهِ يَسْمَعُ كَلَامَ ٱللهِ. لِذَلِكَ أَنْتُمْ لَسْتُمْ تَسْمَعُونَ، لِأَنَّكُمْ لَسْتُمْ مِنَ ٱللهِ». | ٤٧ 47 |
He who is of God hears the words of God. For this cause you don’t hear, because you are not of God.”
| فَأَجَاب ٱلْيَهُودُ وَقَالُوا لَهُ: «أَلَسْنَا نَقُولُ حَسَنًا: إِنَّكَ سَامِرِيٌّ وَبِكَ شَيْطَانٌ؟». | ٤٨ 48 |
Then the Jews [Praisers] answered him, “Don’t we say well that you are a Samaritan [person from Watch-mountain], and have a demon?”
| أَجَابَ يَسُوعُ: «أَنَا لَيْسَ بِي شَيْطَانٌ، لَكِنِّي أُكْرِمُ أَبِي وَأَنْتُمْ تُهِينُونَنِي. | ٤٩ 49 |
Yeshua [Salvation] answered, “I don’t have a demon, but I honor 'Avi ·my Father·, and you dishonor me.
| أَنَا لَسْتُ أَطْلُبُ مَجْدِي. يُوجَدُ مَنْ يَطْلُبُ وَيَدِينُ. | ٥٠ 50 |
But I don’t seek my own glory. There is one who seeks and judges.
| اَلْحَقَّ ٱلْحَقَّ أَقُولُ لَكُمْ: إِنْ كَانَ أَحَدٌ يَحْفَظُ كَلَامِي فَلَنْ يَرَى ٱلْمَوْتَ إِلَى ٱلْأَبَدِ». (aiōn g165) | ٥١ 51 |
Most certainly, I tell you, if a person keeps my word, he will never see death.” (aiōn g165)
| فَقَالَ لَهُ ٱلْيَهُودُ: ٱلْآنَ عَلِمْنَا أَنَّ بِكَ شَيْطَانًا. قَدْ مَاتَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ وَٱلْأَنْبِيَاءُ، وَأَنْتَ تَقُولُ: إِنْ كَانَ أَحَدٌ يَحْفَظُ كَلَامِي فَلَنْ يَذُوقَ ٱلْمَوْتَ إِلَى ٱلْأَبَدِ. (aiōn g165) | ٥٢ 52 |
Then the Jews [Praisers] said to him, “Now we know that you have a demon. Abraham [Father of a multitude] died, and the prophets; and you say, ‘If a man keeps my word, he will never taste of death.’ (aiōn g165)
| أَلَعَلَّكَ أَعْظَمُ مِنْ أَبِينَا إِبْرَاهِيمَ ٱلَّذِي مَاتَ؟ وَٱلْأَنْبِيَاءُ مَاتُوا. مَنْ تَجْعَلُ نَفْسَكَ؟». | ٥٣ 53 |
Are you greater than Abraham [Father of a multitude] Avinu ·our Father·, who died? The prophets died. Who do you make yourself out to be?”
| أَجَابَ يَسُوعُ: «إِنْ كُنْتُ أُمَجِّدُ نَفْسِي فَلَيْسَ مَجْدِي شَيْئًا. أَبِي هُوَ ٱلَّذِي يُمَجِّدُنِي، ٱلَّذِي تَقُولُونَ أَنْتُمْ إِنَّهُ إِلَهُكُمْ، | ٥٤ 54 |
Yeshua [Salvation] answered, “If I glorify myself, my glory is nothing. It is 'Avi ·my Father· who glorifies me, of whom you say that he is our God.
| وَلَسْتُمْ تَعْرِفُونَهُ. وَأَمَّا أَنَا فَأَعْرِفُهُ. وَإِنْ قُلْتُ إِنِّي لَسْتُ أَعْرِفُهُ أَكُونُ مِثْلَكُمْ كَاذِبًا، لَكِنِّي أَعْرِفُهُ وَأَحْفَظُ قَوْلَهُ. | ٥٥ 55 |
You have not known him, but I know him. If I said, ‘I don’t know him,’ I would be like you, a liar. But I know him, and keep his word.
| أَبُوكُمْ إِبْرَاهِيمُ تَهَلَّلَ بِأَنْ يَرَى يَوْمِي فَرَأَى وَفَرِحَ». | ٥٦ 56 |
'Avikah ·your Father· Abraham [Father of a multitude] rejoiced to see my day. He saw it, and was glad.”
| فَقَالَ لَهُ ٱلْيَهُودُ: «لَيْسَ لَكَ خَمْسُونَ سَنَةً بَعْدُ، أَفَرَأَيْتَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ؟». | ٥٧ 57 |
The Jews [Praisers] therefore said to him, “You are not yet fifty years old, and have you seen Abraham [Father of a multitude]?”
| قَالَ لَهُمْ يَسُوعُ: «ٱلْحَقَّ ٱلْحَقَّ أَقُولُ لَكُمْ: قَبْلَ أَنْ يَكُونَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ أَنَا كَائِنٌ». | ٥٨ 58 |
Yeshua [Salvation] said to them, “Most certainly, I tell you, before Abraham [Father of a multitude] came into existence, Ena Na [I AM (the Living God)].”
| فَرَفَعُوا حِجَارَةً لِيَرْجُمُوهُ. أَمَّا يَسُوعُ فَٱخْتَفَى وَخَرَجَ مِنَ ٱلْهَيْكَلِ مُجْتَازًا فِي وَسْطِهِمْ وَمَضَى هَكَذَا. | ٥٩ 59 |
Therefore they took up stones to throw at him, but Yeshua [Salvation] was hidden, and went out of the temple, having gone through the middle of them, and so passed by.
