أَيُّوبَ 5

١ 1 «اُدْعُ ٱلْآنَ. فَهَلْ لَكَ مِنْ مُجِيبٍ؟ وَإِلَى أَيِّ ٱلْقِدِّيسِينَ تَلْتَفِتُ؟

Call please ¿ [is] there [one who] answers you and to whom? of [the] holy [ones] will you turn.

٢ 2 لِأَنَّ ٱلْغَيْظَ يَقْتُلُ ٱلْغَبِيَّ، وَٱلْغَيْرَةَ تُمِيتُ ٱلْأَحْمَقَ.

For a fool it slays vexation and a simple [one] it kills jealousy.

٣ 3 إِنِّي رَأَيْتُ ٱلْغَبِيَّ يَتَأَصَّلُ وَبَغْتَةً لَعَنْتُ مَرْبِضَهُ.

I I have seen a fool taking root and I cursed habitation his suddenly.

٤ 4 بَنُوهُ بَعِيدُونَ عَنِ ٱلْأَمْنِ، وَقَدْ تَحَطَّمُوا فِي ٱلْبَابِ وَلَا مُنْقِذَ.

They are distant children his from safety so they may be crushed in the gate and there not [is] a deliverer.

٥ 5 ٱلَّذِينَ يَأْكُلُ ٱلْجَوْعَانُ حَصِيدَهُمْ، وَيَأْخُذُهُ حَتَّى مِنَ ٱلشَّوْكِ، وَيَشْتَفُّ ٱلظَّمْآنُ ثَرْوَتَهُمْ.

[the one] who Harvest his - [the] hungry he eats and to from thorns he takes it and it is eager for a snare wealth their.

٦ 6 إِنَّ ٱلْبَلِيَّةَ لَا تَخْرُجُ مِنَ ٱلتُّرَابِ، وَٱلشَّقَاوَةَ لَا تَنْبُتُ مِنَ ٱلْأَرْضِ،

For - not it comes forth from [the] dust hardship and from [the] ground not it springs up trouble.

٧ 7 وَلَكِنَّ ٱلْإِنْسَانَ مَوْلُودٌ لِلْمَشَقَّةِ كَمَا أَنَّ ٱلْجَوَارِحَ لِٱرْتِفَاعِ ٱلْجَنَاحِ.

For everyone to trouble he is born and [the] children of flame they make high to fly.

٨ 8 «لَكِنْ كُنْتُ أَطْلُبُ إِلَى ٱللهِ، وَعَلَى ٱللهِ أَجْعَلُ أَمْرِي.

But I I will seek God and to God I will set plea my.

٩ 9 ٱلْفَاعِلِ عَظَائِمَ لَا تُفْحَصُ وَعَجَائِبَ لَا تُعَدُّ.

[who] does Great [things] and there not [is] inquiry wonders until there not [is] number.

١٠ 10 ٱلْمُنْزِلِ مَطَرًا عَلَى وَجْهِ ٱلْأَرْضِ، وَٱلْمُرْسِلِ ٱلْمِيَاهَ عَلَى ٱلْبَرَارِيِّ.

Who gives rain on [the] surface of [the] earth and [who] sends water on [the] surface of [the] open places.

١١ 11 ٱلْجَاعِلِ ٱلْمُتَوَاضِعِينَ فِي ٱلْعُلَى، فَيَرْتَفِعُ ٱلْمَحْزُونُونَ إِلَى أَمْنٍ.

To set lowly [people] to a high place and mourners they are high safety.

١٢ 12 ٱلْمُبْطِلِ أَفْكَارَ ٱلْمُحْتَالِينَ، فَلَا تُجْرِي أَيْدِيهِمْ قَصْدًا.

[who] frustrates [the] plans of Crafty [people] and not they will bring about hands their success.

١٣ 13 ٱلْآخِذِ ٱلْحُكَمَاءَ بِحِيلَتِهِمْ، فَتَتَهَوَّرُ مَشُورَةُ ٱلْمَاكِرِينَ.

[who] catches Wise [people] when are crafty they and [the] counsel of tortuous [people] it is hasty.

١٤ 14 فِي ٱلنَّهَارِ يَصْدِمُونَ ظَلَامًا، وَيَتَلَمَّسُونَ فِي ٱلظَّهِيرَةِ كَمَا فِي ٱللَّيْلِ.

By day they meet darkness and like night they grope at noon.

١٥ 15 ٱلْمُنَجِّيَ ٱلْبَائِسَ مِنَ ٱلسَّيْفِ، مِنْ فَمِهِمْ وَمِنْ يَدِ ٱلْقَوِيِّ.

And he saved from [the] sword from mouth their and from [the] hand of [the] strong [the] needy.

١٦ 16 فَيَكُونُ لِلذَّلِيلِ رَجَاءٌ وَتَسُدُّ ٱلْخَطِيَّةُ فَاهَا.

And it belonged to poor [person] hope and injustice it shuts mouth its.

١٧ 17 «هُوَذَا طُوبَى لِرَجُلٍ يُؤَدِّبُهُ ٱللهُ. فَلَا تَرْفُضْ تَأْدِيبَ ٱلْقَدِيرِ.

There! how blessed! [is the] person [whom] he reproves him God and [the] discipline of [the] Almighty may not you reject.

١٨ 18 لِأَنَّهُ هُوَ يَجْرَحُ وَيَعْصِبُ. يَسْحَقُ وَيَدَاهُ تَشْفِيَانِ.

For he he causes pain and he may bind up he shatters (and hands his *QK) they heal.

١٩ 19 فِي سِتِّ شَدَائِدَ يُنَجِّيكَ، وَفِي سَبْعٍ لَا يَمَسُّكَ سُوءٌ.

In six troubles he will deliver you and in seven - not it will touch you harm.

٢٠ 20 فِي ٱلْجُوعِ يَفْدِيكَ مِنَ ٱلْمَوْتِ، وَفِي ٱلْحَرْبِ مِنْ حَدِّ ٱلسَّيْفِ.

In famine he will ransom you from death and in battle from [the] hands of [the] sword.

٢١ 21 مِنْ سَوْطِ ٱللِّسَانِ تُخْتَبَأُ، فَلَا تَخَافُ مِنَ ٱلْخَرَابِ إِذَا جَاءَ.

In [the] whip of [the] tongue you will be hidden and not you will be afraid from destruction if it will come.

٢٢ 22 تَضْحَكُ عَلَى ٱلْخَرَابِ وَٱلْمَحْلِ، وَلَا تَخْشَى وُحُوشَ ٱلْأَرْضِ.

To destruction and to famine you will laugh and from [the] animal[s] of the earth may not you be afraid.

٢٣ 23 لِأَنَّهُ مَعَ حِجَارَةِ ٱلْحَقْلِ عَهْدُكَ، وَوُحُوشُ ٱلْبَرِّيَّةِ تُسَالِمُكَ.

For [will be] with [the] stones of the field covenant your and [the] animal[s] of the field it will be at peace to you.

٢٤ 24 فَتَعْلَمُ أَنَّ خَيْمَتَكَ آمِنَةٌ، وَتَتَعَهَّدُ مَرْبِضَكَ وَلَا تَفْقِدُ شَيْئًا.

And you will know that [is] safety tent your and you will visit estate your and not you will miss.

٢٥ 25 وَتَعْلَمُ أَنَّ زَرْعَكَ كَثِيرٌ وَذُرِّيَّتَكَ كَعُشْبِ ٱلْأَرْضِ.

And you will know that [will be] many offspring your and descendants your [will be] like [the] vegetation of the earth.

٢٦ 26 تَدْخُلُ ٱلْمَدْفَنَ فِي شَيْخُوخَةٍ، كَرَفْعِ ٱلْكُدْسِ فِي أَوَانِهِ.

You will go in full strength to [the] grave as goes up a heap of sheaves at appropriate time its.

٢٧ 27 هَا إِنَّ ذَا قَدْ بَحَثْنَا عَنْهُ. كَذَا هُوَ. فَٱسْمَعْهُ وَٱعْلَمْ أَنْتَ لِنَفْسِكَ».

Here! this we have examined it [is] so it hear it and you know for yourself.
