< أَيُّوبَ 25 >
فَأَجَابَ بِلْدَدُ ٱلشُّوحِيُّ وَقَالَ: | ١ 1 |
Then answered Bildad the Shuchite, and said,
«ٱلسُّلْطَانُ وَٱلْهَيْبَةُ عِنْدَهُ. هُوَ صَانِعُ ٱلسَّلَامِ فِي أَعَالِيهِ. | ٢ 2 |
Dominion and dread are with him: he maketh peace in high places.
هَلْ مِنْ عَدَدٍ لِجُنُودِهِ؟ وَعَلَى مَنْ لَا يُشْرِقُ نُورُهُ؟ | ٣ 3 |
Can the number of his hosts be given? and over whom riseth not his light?
فَكَيْفَ يَتَبَرَّرُ ٱلْإِنْسَانُ عِنْدَ ٱللهِ؟ وَكَيْفَ يَزْكُو مَوْلُودُ ٱلْمَرْأَةِ؟ | ٤ 4 |
How then can man be justified with God? or how can be one that is born of woman?
هُوَذَا نَفْسُ ٱلْقَمَرِ لَا يُضِيءُ، وَٱلْكَوَاكِبُ غَيْرُ نَقِيَّةٍ فِي عَيْنَيْهِ. | ٥ 5 |
Behold, even as regardeth the moon, that is not bright; yea, the stars are not pure in his eyes.
فَكَمْ بِٱلْحَرِيِّ ٱلْإِنْسَانُ ٱلرِّمَّةُ، وَٱبْنُ آدَمَ ٱلدُّودُ؟». | ٦ 6 |
How much less the mortal, the mere worm? and the son of earth, the mere maggot?
