إِرْمِيَا 48
| عَنْ مُوآبَ: «هَكَذَا قَالَ رَبُّ ٱلْجُنُودِ إِلَهُ إِسْرَائِيلَ: وَيْلٌ لِنَبُو لِأَنَّهَا قَدْ خَرِبَتْ. خَزِيَتْ وَأُخِذَتْ قَرْيَتَايِمُ. خَزِيَتْ مِسْجَابُ وَٱرْتَعَبَتْ. | ١ 1 |
to/for Moab thus to say LORD Hosts God Israel woe! to(wards) Nebo for to ruin be ashamed to capture Kiriathaim be ashamed [the] Misgab and to to be dismayed
| لَيْسَ مَوْجُودًا بَعْدُ فَخْرُ مُوآبَ. فِي حَشْبُونَ فَكَّرُوا عَلَيْهَا شَرًّا. هَلُمَّ فَنَقْرِضُهَا مِنْ أَنْ تَكُونَ أُمَّةً. وَأَنْتِ أَيْضًا يَا مَدْمِينُ تُصَمِّينَ وَيَذْهَبُ وَرَاءَكِ ٱلسَّيْفُ. | ٢ 2 |
nothing still praise Moab in/on/with Heshbon to devise: devise upon her distress: harm to go: follow and to cut: eliminate her from nation also Madmen to silence: silent after you to go: follow sword
| صَوْتُ صِيَاحٍ مِنْ حُورُونَايِمَ، هَلَاكٌ وَسَحْقٌ عَظِيمٌ. | ٣ 3 |
voice cry from Horonaim violence and breaking great: large
| قَدْ حُطِّمَتْ مُوآبُ، وَأَسْمَعَ صِغَارُهَا صُرَاخًا. | ٤ 4 |

| لِأَنَّهُ فِي عَقَبَةِ لُوحِيتَ يَصْعَدُ بُكَاءٌ عَلَى بُكَاءٍ، لِأَنَّهُ فِي مُنْحَدَرِ حُورُونَايِمَ سَمِعَ ٱلْأَعْدَاءُ صُرَاخَ ٱنْكِسَارٍ. | ٥ 5 |

| ٱهْرُبُوا نَجُّوا أَنْفُسَكُمْ، وَكُونُوا كَعَرْعَرٍ فِي ٱلْبَرِّيَّةِ. | ٦ 6 |
to flee to escape soul: life your and to be like/as juniper in/on/with wilderness
| «فَمِنْ أَجْلِ ٱتِّكَالِكِ عَلَى أَعْمَالِكِ وَعَلَى خَزَائِنِكِ سَتُؤْخَذِينَ أَنْتِ أَيْضًا، وَيَخْرُجُ كَمُوشُ إِلَى ٱلسَّبْيِ، كَهَنَتُهُ ورُؤَسَاؤُهُ مَعًا. | ٧ 7 |
for because to trust you in/on/with deed your and in/on/with treasure your also you(f. s.) to capture and to come out: come (Chemosh *Qk) in/on/with captivity priest his and ruler his (together *Qk)
| وَيَأْتِي ٱلْمُهْلِكُ إِلَى كُلِّ مَدِينَةٍ، فَلَا تُفْلِتُ مَدِينَةٌ، فَيَبِيدُ ٱلْوَطَاءُ، وَيَهْلِكُ ٱلسَّهْلُ كَمَا قَالَ ٱلرَّبُّ. | ٨ 8 |
and to come (in): come to ruin to(wards) all city and city not to escape and to perish [the] valley and to destroy [the] plain which to say LORD
| أَعْطُوا مُوآبَ جَنَاحًا لِأَنَّهَا تَخْرُجُ طَائِرَةً وَتَصِيرُ مُدُنُهَا خَرِبَةً بِلَا سَاكِنٍ فِيهَا. | ٩ 9 |
to give: give feather to/for Moab for to flee to come out: come and city her to/for horror: destroyed to be from nothing to dwell in/on/with them
| مَلْعُونٌ مَنْ يَعْمَلُ عَمَلَ ٱلرَّبِّ بِرِخَاءٍ، وَمَلْعُونٌ مَنْ يَمْنَعُ سَيْفَهُ عَنِ ٱلدَّمِ. | ١٠ 10 |
to curse to make: do work LORD slackness and to curse to withhold sword his from blood
| «مُسْتَرِيحٌ مُوآبُ مُنْذُ صِبَاهُ، وَهُوَ مُسْتَقِرٌّ عَلَى دُرْدِيِّهِ، وَلَمْ يُفْرَغْ مِنْ إِنَاءٍ إِلَى إِنَاءٍ، وَلَمْ يَذْهَبْ إِلَى ٱلسَّبْيِ. لِذَلِكَ بَقِيَ طَعْمُهُ فِيهِ، وَرَائِحَتُهُ لَمْ تَتَغَيَّرْ. | ١١ 11 |
to rest Moab from youth his and to quiet he/she/it to(wards) dreg his and not to empty from article/utensil to(wards) article/utensil and in/on/with captivity not to go: went upon so to stand: stand taste his in/on/with him and aroma his not to change
| لِذَلِكَ هَا أَيَّامٌ تَأْتِي، يَقُولُ ٱلرَّبُّ، وَأُرْسِلُ إِلَيْهِ مُصْغِينَ فَيُصْغُونَهُ، وَيُفَرِّغُونَ آنِيَتَهُ، وَيَكْسِرُونَ أَوْعِيَتَهُمْ. | ١٢ 12 |

| فَيَخْجَلُ مُوآبُ مِنْ كَمُوشَ، كَمَا خَجِلَ بَيْتُ إِسْرَائِيلَ مِنْ بَيْتِ إِيلَ مُتَّكَلِهِمْ. | ١٣ 13 |

| أُهْلِكَتْ مُوآبُ وَصَعِدَتْ مُدُنُهَا، وَخِيَارُ مُنْتَخَبِيهَا نَزَلُوا لِلْقَتْلِ، يَقُولُ ٱلْمَلِكُ رَبُّ ٱلْجُنُودِ ٱسْمُهُ. | ١٥ 15 |

| قَرِيبٌ مَجِيءُ هَلَاكِ مُوآبَ، وَبَلِيَّتُهَا مُسْرِعَةٌ جِدًّا. | ١٦ 16 |

| اُنْدُبُوهَا يَا جَمِيعَ ٱلَّذِينَ حَوَالَيْهَا، وَكُلَّ ٱلْعَارِفِينَ ٱسْمَهَا قُولُوا: كَيْفَ ٱنْكَسَرَ قَضِيبُ ٱلْعِزِّ، عَصَا ٱلْجَلَالِ؟ | ١٧ 17 |
to wander to/for him all around him and all to know name his to say how? to break tribe: rod strength rod beauty
| اِنْزِلِي مِنَ ٱلْمَجْدِ، ٱجْلِسِي فِي ٱلظَّمَاءِ أَيَّتُهَا ٱلسَّاكِنَةُ بِنْتَ دِيبُونَ، لِأَنَّ مُهْلِكَ مُوآبَ قَدْ صَعِدَ إِلَيْكِ وَأَهْلَكَ حُصُونَكِ. | ١٨ 18 |

| قِفِي عَلَى ٱلطَّرِيقِ وَتَطَلَّعِي يَا سَاكِنَةَ عَرُوعِيرَ. ٱسْأَلِي ٱلْهَارِبَ وَٱلنَّاجِيَةَ. قُولِي: مَاذَا حَدَثَ؟ | ١٩ 19 |

| قَدْ خَزِيَ مُوآبُ لِأَنَّهُ قَدْ نُقِضَ. وَلْوِلُوا وَٱصْرُخُوا. أَخْبِرُوا فِي أَرْنُونَ أَنَّ مُوآبَ قَدْ أُهْلِكَ. | ٢٠ 20 |

| وَقَدْ جَاءَ ٱلْقَضَاءُ عَلَى أَرْضِ ٱلسَّهْلِ، عَلَى حُولُونَ وَعَلَى يَهْصَةَ وَعَلَى مَيْفَعَةَ، | ٢١ 21 |

| وَعَلَى دِيبُونَ وَعَلَى نَبُو وَعَلَى بَيْتِ دَبْلَتَايِمَ، | ٢٢ 22 |
and upon Dibon and upon Nebo and upon Beth-diblathaim Beth-diblathaim
| وَعَلَى قَرْيَتَايِمَ وَعَلَى بَيْتِ جَامُولَ وَعَلَى بَيْتِ مَعُونَ، | ٢٣ 23 |
and upon Kiriathaim and upon Beth-gamul Beth-gamul and upon Beth-meon Beth-meon
| وَعَلَى قَرْيُوتَ وَعَلَى بُصْرَةَ وَعَلَى كُلِّ مُدُنِ أَرْضِ مُوآبَ ٱلْبَعِيدَةِ وَٱلْقَرِيبَةِ. | ٢٤ 24 |
and upon Kerioth and upon Bozrah and upon all city land: country/planet Moab [the] distant and [the] near
| عُضِبَ قَرْنُ مُوآبَ، وَتَحَطَّمَتْ ذِرَاعُهُ، يَقُولُ ٱلرَّبُّ. | ٢٥ 25 |
to cut down/off horn Moab and arm his to break utterance LORD
| «أَسْكِرُوهُ لِأَنَّهُ قَدْ تَعَاظَمَ عَلَى ٱلرَّبِّ، فَيَتَمَرَّغَ مُوآبُ فِي قُيَائِهِ، وَهُوَ أَيْضًا يَكُونُ ضُحْكَةً. | ٢٦ 26 |
be drunk him for upon LORD to magnify and to slap Moab in/on/with vomit his and to be to/for laughter also he/she/it
| أَفَمَا كَانَ إِسْرَائِيلُ ضُحْكَةً لَكَ؟ هَلْ وُجِدَ بَيْنَ ٱللُّصُوصِ حَتَّى أَنَّكَ كُلَّمَا كُنْتَ تَتَكَلَّمُ بِهِ كُنْتَ تَنْغَضُ ٱلرَّأْسَ؟ | ٢٧ 27 |

| خَلُّوا ٱلْمُدُنَ، وَٱسْكُنُوا فِي ٱلصَّخْرِ يَاسُكَّانَ مُوآبَ، وَكُونُوا كَحَمَامَةٍ تُعَشِّشُ فِي جَوَانِبِ فَمِ ٱلْحُفْرَةِ. | ٢٨ 28 |

| قَدْ سَمِعْنَا بِكِبْرِيَاءِ مُوآبَ. هُوَ مُتَكَبِّرٌ جِدًّا. بِعَظَمَتِهِ وَبِكِبْرِيَائِهِ وَجَلَالِهِ وَٱرْتِفَاعِ قَلْبِهِ. | ٢٩ 29 |

| أَنَا عَرَفْتُ سَخَطَهُ، يَقُولُ ٱلرَّبُّ، إِنَّهُ بَاطِلٌ. أَكَاذِيبُهُ فَعَلَتْ بَاطِلًا. | ٣٠ 30 |

| مِنْ أَجْلِ ذَلِكَ أُوَلْوِلُ عَلَى مُوآبَ، وَعَلَى مُوآبَ كُلِّهِ أَصْرُخُ. يُؤَنُّ عَلَى رِجَالِ قِيرَ حَارِسَ. | ٣١ 31 |

| أَبْكِي عَلَيْكِ بُكَاءَ يَعْزِيرَ، يَا جَفْنَةَ سَبْمَةَ. قَدْ عَبَرَتْ قُضْبَانُكِ ٱلْبَحْرَ، وَصَلَتْ إِلَى بَحْرِ يَعْزِيرَ. وَقَعَ ٱلْمُهْلِكُ عَلَى جَنَاكِ، وَعَلَى قِطَافِكِ. | ٣٢ 32 |
from weeping Jazer to weep to/for you [the] vine Sibmah tendril your to pass sea till sea (Sea of) Jazer to touch upon summer your and upon vintage your to ruin to fall: fall
| وَنُزِعَ ٱلْفَرَحُ وَٱلطَّرَبُ مِنَ ٱلْبُسْتَانِ، وَمِنْ أَرْضِ مُوآبَ. وَقَدْ أُبْطِلَتِ ٱلْخَمْرُ مِنَ ٱلْمَعَاصِرِ. لَا يُدَاسُ بِهُتَافٍ. جَلَبَةٌ لَا هُتَافٌ. | ٣٣ 33 |
and to gather joy and rejoicing from plantation and from land: country/planet Moab and wine from wine to cease not to tread shout shout not shout
| قَدْ أَطْلَقُوا صَوْتَهُمْ مِنْ صُرَاخِ حَشْبُونَ إِلَى أَلْعَالَةَ إِلَى يَاهَصَ، مِنْ صُوغَرَ إِلَى حُورُونَايِمَ، كَعِجْلَةٍ ثُلَاثِيَّةٍ، لِأَنَّ مِيَاهَ نِمْرِيمَ أَيْضًا تَصِيرُ خَرِبَةً. | ٣٤ 34 |

| وَأُبَطِّلُ مِنْ مُوآبَ، يَقُولُ ٱلرَّبُّ، مَنْ يُصْعِدُ فِي مُرْتَفَعَةٍ، وَمَنْ يُبَخِّرُ لِآلِهَتِهِ. | ٣٥ 35 |
and to cease to/for Moab utterance LORD to ascend: offer up high place and to offer: offer to/for God his
| مِنْ أَجْلِ ذَلِكَ يُصَوِّتُ قَلْبِي لِمُوآبَ كَنَايٍ، وَيُصَوِّتُ قَلْبِي لِرِجَالِ قِيرَ حَارِسَ كَنَايٍ، لِأَنَّ ٱلثَّرْوَةَ ٱلَّتِي ٱكْتَسَبُوهَا قَدْ بَادَتْ. | ٣٦ 36 |

| لِأَنَّ كُلَّ رَأْسٍ أَقْرَعُ، وَكُلَّ لِحْيَةٍ مَجْزُوزَةٌ، وَعَلَى كُلِّ ٱلْأَيَادِي خُمُوشٌ، وَعَلَى ٱلْأَحْقَاءِ مُسُوحٌ. | ٣٧ 37 |
for all head bald spot and all beard to dimish upon all hand furrow and upon loin sackcloth
| عَلَى كُلِّ سُطُوحِ مُوآبَ وَفِي شَوَارِعِهَا كُلِّهَا نَوْحٌ، لِأَنِّي قَدْ حَطَمْتُ مُوآبَ كَإِنَاءٍ لَا مَسَرَّةَ بِهِ، يَقُولُ ٱلرَّبُّ. | ٣٨ 38 |
upon all roof Moab and in/on/with street/plaza her all his mourning for to break [obj] Moab like/as article/utensil nothing pleasure in/on/with him utterance LORD
| يُوَلْوِلُونَ قَائِلِينَ: كَيْفَ نُقِضَتْ؟ كَيْفَ حَوَّلَتْ مُوآبُ قَفَاهَا بِخِزْيٍ؟ فَقَدْ صَارَتْ مُوآبُ ضُحْكَةً وَرُعْبًا لِكُلِّ مَنْ حَوَالَيْهَا. | ٣٩ 39 |
how? to to be dismayed to wail how? to turn neck Moab be ashamed and to be Moab to/for laughter and to/for terror to/for all around him
| لِأَنَّهُ هَكَذَا قَالَ ٱلرَّبُّ: هَا هُوَ يَطِيرُ كَنَسْرٍ، وَيَبْسُطُ جَنَاحَيْهِ عَلَى مُوآبَ. | ٤٠ 40 |
for thus to say LORD behold like/as eagle to fly and to spread wing his to(wards) Moab
| قَدْ أُخِذَتْ قَرْيُوتُ، وَأُمْسِكَتِ ٱلْحَصِينَاتُ، وَسَيَكُونُ قَلْبُ جَبَابِرَةِ مُوآبَ فِي ذَلِكَ ٱلْيَوْمِ كَقَلْبِ ٱمْرَأَةٍ مَاخِضٍ. | ٤١ 41 |
to capture [the] Kerioth and [the] stronghold to capture and to be heart mighty man Moab in/on/with day [the] he/she/it like/as heart woman to distress
| وَيَهْلِكُ مُوآبُ عَنْ أَنْ يَكُونَ شَعْبًا، لِأَنَّهُ قَدْ تَعَاظَمَ عَلَى ٱلرَّبِّ. | ٤٢ 42 |
and to destroy Moab from people for upon LORD to magnify
| خَوْفٌ وَحُفْرَةٌ وَفَخٌّ عَلَيْكَ يَا سَاكِنَ مُوآبَ، يَقُولُ ٱلرَّبُّ. | ٤٣ 43 |
dread and pit and snare upon you to dwell Moab utterance LORD
| ٱلَّذِي يَهْرُبُ مِنْ وَجْهِ ٱلْخَوْفِ يَسْقُطُ فِي ٱلْحُفْرَةِ، وَٱلَّذِي يَصْعَدُ مِنَ ٱلْحُفْرَةِ يَعْلَقُ فِي ٱلْفَخِّ، لِأَنِّي أَجْلِبُ عَلَيْهَا، أيْ عَلَى مُوآبَ، سَنَةَ عِقَابِهِمْ، يَقُولُ ٱلرَّبُّ. | ٤٤ 44 |
([the] to flee *QK) from face: before [the] dread to fall: fall to(wards) [the] pit and [the] to ascend: rise from [the] pit to capture in/on/with snare for to come (in): bring to(wards) her to(wards) Moab year punishment their utterance LORD
| فِي ظِلِّ حَشْبُونَ وَقَفَ ٱلْهَارِبُونَ بِلَا قُوَّةٍ، لِأَنَّهُ قَدْ خَرَجَتْ نَارٌ مِنْ حَشْبُونَ، وَلَهِيبٌ مِنْ وَسْطِ سِيحُونَ، فَأَكَلَتْ زَاوِيَةَ مُوآبَ، وَهَامَةَ بَنِي ٱلْوَغَى. | ٤٥ 45 |

| وَيْلٌ لَكَ يَا مُوآبُ! بَادَ شَعْبُ كَمُوشَ، لِأَنَّ بَنِيكَ قَدْ أُخِذُوا إِلَى ٱلسَّبْيِ وَبَنَاتِكَ إِلَى ٱلْجَلَاءِ. | ٤٦ 46 |
woe! to/for you Moab to perish people Chemosh for to take: take son: child your in/on/with captivity and daughter your in/on/with captive
| وَلَكِنَّنِي أَرُدُّ سَبْيَ مُوآبَ فِي آخِرِ ٱلْأَيَّامِ، يَقُولُ ٱلرَّبُّ». إِلَى هُنَا قَضَاءُ مُوآبَ. | ٤٧ 47 |
and to return: rescue captivity Moab in/on/with end [the] day utterance LORD till here/thus justice: judgement Moab
