إِرْمِيَا 1
| كَلَامُ إِرْمِيَا بْنِ حَلْقِيَّا مِنَ ٱلْكَهَنَةِ ٱلَّذِينَ فِي عَنَاثُوثَ فِي أَرْضِ بَنْيَامِينَ، | ١ 1 |
The words of Jeremiah the son of Hilkiah, of the priests who were in Anathoth in the land of Benjamin,
| ٱلَّذِي كَانَتْ كَلِمَةُ ٱلرَّبِّ إِلَيْهِ فِي أَيَّامِ يُوشِيَّا بْنِ آمُونَ مَلِكِ يَهُوذَا، فِي ٱلسَّنَةِ ٱلثَّالِثَةِ عَشْرَةَ مِنْ مُلْكِهِ. | ٢ 2 |
to whom the word of Jehovah came in the days of Josiah the son of Amon, king of Judah, in the thirteenth year of his reign.
| وَكَانَتْ فِي أَيَّامِ يَهُويَاقِيمَ بْنِ يُوشِيَّا مَلِكِ يَهُوذَا، إِلَى تَمَامِ ٱلسَّنَةِ ٱلْحَادِيَةِ عَشْرَةَ لِصِدْقِيَّا بْنِ يُوشِيَّا مَلِكِ يَهُوذَا، إِلَى سَبْيِ أُورُشَلِيمَ فِي ٱلشَّهْرِ ٱلْخَامِسِ. | ٣ 3 |
It came also in the days of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah, king of Judah, to the end of the eleventh year of Zedekiah, the son of Josiah, king of Judah, to the carrying away captive of Jerusalem in the fifth month.
| فَكَانَتْ كَلِمَةُ ٱلرَّبِّ إِلَيَّ قَائِلًا: | ٤ 4 |
Now the word of Jehovah came to me, saying,
| «قَبْلَمَا صَوَّرْتُكَ فِي ٱلْبَطْنِ عَرَفْتُكَ، وَقَبْلَمَا خَرَجْتَ مِنَ ٱلرَّحِمِ قَدَّسْتُكَ. جَعَلْتُكَ نَبِيًّا لِلشُّعُوبِ». | ٥ 5 |
Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee, and before thou came forth out of the womb I sanctified thee. I have appointed thee a prophet to the nations.
| فَقُلْتُ: «آهِ، يَا سَيِّدُ ٱلرَّبُّ، إِنِّي لَا أَعْرِفُ أَنْ أَتَكَلَّمَ لِأَنِّي وَلَدٌ». | ٦ 6 |
Then I said, Ah, lord Jehovah! Behold, I know not how to speak, for I am a child.
| فَقَالَ ٱلرَّبُّ لِي: «لَا تَقُلْ إِنِّي وَلَدٌ، لِأَنَّكَ إِلَى كُلِّ مَنْ أُرْسِلُكَ إِلَيْهِ تَذْهَبُ وَتَتَكَلَّمُ بِكُلِّ مَا آمُرُكَ بِهِ. | ٧ 7 |
But Jehovah said to me, Say not, I am a child. For to whomever I shall send thee thou shall go, and whatever I shall command thee thou shall speak.
| لَا تَخَفْ مِنْ وُجُوهِهِمْ، لِأَنِّي أَنَا مَعَكَ لِأُنْقِذَكَ، يَقُولُ ٱلرَّبُّ». | ٨ 8 |
Be not afraid because of them, for I am with thee to deliver thee, says Jehovah.
| وَمَدَّ ٱلرَّبُّ يَدَهُ وَلَمَسَ فَمِي، وَقَالَ ٱلرَّبُّ لِي: «هَا قَدْ جَعَلْتُ كَلَامِي فِي فَمِكَ. | ٩ 9 |
Then Jehovah put forth his hand, and touched my mouth. And Jehovah said to me, Behold, I have put my words in thy mouth.
| اُنْظُرْ! قَدْ وَكَّلْتُكَ هَذَا ٱلْيَوْمَ عَلَى ٱلشُّعُوبِ وَعَلَى ٱلْمَمَالِكِ، لِتَقْلَعَ وَتَهْدِمَ وَتُهْلِكَ وَتَنْقُضَ وَتَبْنِيَ وَتَغْرِسَ». | ١٠ 10 |
See, I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to pluck up and to break down and to destroy and to overthrow, to build and to plant.
| ثُمَّ صَارَتْ كَلِمَةُ ٱلرَّبِّ إِلَيَّ قَائِلًا: «مَاذَا أَنْتَ رَاءٍ يَا إِرْمِيَا؟» فَقُلْتُ: «أَنَا رَاءٍ قَضِيبَ لَوْزٍ». | ١١ 11 |
Moreover the word of Jehovah came to me, saying, Jeremiah, what do thou see? And I said, I see a rod of an almond tree.
| فَقَالَ ٱلرَّبُّ لِي: «أَحْسَنْتَ ٱلرُّؤْيَةَ، لِأَنِّي أَنَا سَاهِرٌ عَلَى كَلِمَتِي لِأُجْرِيَهَا». | ١٢ 12 |
Then Jehovah said to me, Thou have well seen. For I watch over my word to perform it.
| ثُمَّ صَارَتْ كَلِمَةُ ٱلرَّبِّ إِلَيَّ ثَانِيَةً قَائِلًا: «مَاذَا أَنْتَ رَاءٍ؟» فَقُلْتُ: «إِنِّي رَاءٍ قِدْرًا مَنْفُوخَةً، وَوَجْهُهَا مِنْ جِهَةِ ٱلشِّمَالِ». | ١٣ 13 |
And the word of Jehovah came to me the second time, saying, What do thou see? And I said, I see a boiling caldron, and the face of it is from the north.
| فَقَالَ ٱلرَّبُّ لِي: «مِنَ ٱلشِّمَالِ يَنْفَتِحُ ٱلشَّرُّ عَلَى كُلِّ سُكَّانِ ٱلْأَرْضِ. | ١٤ 14 |
Then Jehovah said to me, Out of the north evil shall break forth upon all the inhabitants of the land.
| لِأَنِّي هَأَنَذَا دَاعٍ كُلَّ عَشَائِرِ مَمَالِكِ ٱلشِّمَالِ، يَقُولُ ٱلرَّبُّ، فَيَأْتُونَ وَيَضَعُونَ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ كُرْسِيَّهُ فِي مَدْخَلِ أَبْوَابِ أُورُشَلِيمَ، وَعَلَى كُلِّ أَسْوَارِهَا حَوَالَيْهَا، وَعَلَى كُلِّ مُدُنِ يَهُوذَا. | ١٥ 15 |
For, lo, I will call all the families of the kingdoms of the north, says Jehovah. And they shall come, and they shall set every one his throne at the entrance of the gates of Jerusalem, and against all the walls of it round about, and against all the cities of Judah.
| وَأُقِيمُ دَعْوَايَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَرِّهِمْ، لِأَنَّهُمْ تَرَكُونِي وَبَخَّرُوا لِآلِهَةٍ أُخْرَى، وَسَجَدُوا لِأَعْمَالِ أَيْدِيهِمْ. | ١٦ 16 |
And I will utter my judgments against them concerning all their wickedness, in that they have forsaken me, and have burned incense to other gods, and worshiped the works of their own hands.
| «أَمَّا أَنْتَ فَنَطِّقْ حَقْوَيْكَ وَقُمْ وَكَلِّمْهُمْ بِكُلِّ مَا آمُرُكَ بِهِ. لَا تَرْتَعْ مِنْ وُجُوهِهِمْ لِئَلَّا أُرِيعَكَ أَمَامَهُمْ. | ١٧ 17 |
Thou therefore gird up thy loins, and arise, and speak to them all that I command thee. Be not dismayed at them, lest I dismay thee before them.
| هَأَنَذَا قَدْ جَعَلْتُكَ ٱلْيَوْمَ مَدِينَةً حَصِينَةً وَعَمُودَ حَدِيدٍ وَأَسْوَارَ نُحَاسٍ عَلَى كُلِّ ٱلْأَرْضِ، لِمُلُوكِ يَهُوذَا وَلِرُؤَسَائِهَا وَلِكَهَنَتِهَا وَلِشَعْبِ ٱلْأَرْضِ. | ١٨ 18 |
For, behold, I have made thee this day a fortified city, and an iron pillar, and brazen walls, against the whole land, against the kings of Judah, against the rulers of it, against the priests of it, and against the people of the land.
| فَيُحَارِبُونَكَ وَلَا يَقْدِرُونَ عَلَيْكَ، لِأَنِّي أَنَا مَعَكَ، يَقُولُ ٱلرَّبُّ، لِأُنْقِذَكَ». | ١٩ 19 |
And they shall fight against thee. But they shall not prevail against thee, for I am with thee, says Jehovah, to deliver thee.
