أَمَّا أَنْتَ يَا عَزْرَا، فَحَسَبَ حِكْمَةِ إِلَهِكَ ٱلَّتِي بِيَدِكَ ضَعْ حُكَّامًا وَقُضَاةً يَقْضُونَ لِجَمِيعِ ٱلشَّعْبِ ٱلَّذِي فِي عَبْرِ ٱلنَّهْرِ مِنْ جَمِيعِ مَنْ يَعْرِفُ شَرَائِعَ إِلَهِكَ. وَٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَعْرِفُونَ فَعَلِّمُوهُمْ.٢٥25
