صَمُوئِيلَ ٱلثَّانِي 23
| فَهَذِهِ هِيَ كَلِمَاتُ دَاوُدَ ٱلْأَخِيرَةُ: «وَحْيُ دَاوُدَ بْنِ يَسَّى، وَوَحْيُ ٱلرَّجُلِ ٱلْقَائِمِ فِي ٱلْعُلَا، مَسِيحِ إِلَهِ يَعْقُوبَ، وَمُرَنِّمِ إِسْرَائِيلَ ٱلْحُلْوِ: | ١ 1 |
And these [are] [the] words of David last [the] utterance of David [the] son of Jesse and [the] utterance of the man [who] he was raised up height [the] [one] anointed of [the] God of Jacob and [the] pleasant [one] of [the] songs of Israel.
| رُوحُ ٱلرَّبِّ تَكَلَّمَ بِي وَكَلِمَتُهُ عَلَى لِسَانِي. | ٢ 2 |
[the] spirit of Yahweh he has spoken by me and speech his [is] on tongue my.
| قَالَ إِلَهُ إِسْرَائِيلَ. إِلَيَّ تَكَلَّمَ صَخْرَةُ إِسْرَائِيلَ: إِذَا تَسَلَّطَ عَلَى ٱلنَّاسِ بَارٌّ يَتَسَلَّطُ بِخَوْفِ ٱللهِ، | ٣ 3 |
He said [the] God of Israel to me he spoke [the] rock of Israel [one who] rules over humankind righteous [one who] rules [the] fear of God.
| وَكَنُورِ ٱلصَّبَاحِ إِذَا أَشْرَقَتِ ٱلشَّمْسُ. كَعُشْبٍ مِنَ ٱلْأَرْضِ فِي صَبَاحٍ صَحْوٍ مُضِيءٍ غِبَّ ٱلْمَطَرِ. | ٤ 4 |
And like [the] light of morning [when] it dawns [the] sun morning not clouds from brightness from rain vegetation from [the] earth.
| أَلَيْسَ هَكَذَا بَيْتِي عِنْدَ ٱللهِ؟ لِأَنَّهُ وَضَعَ لِي عَهْدًا أَبَدِيًّا مُتْقَنًا فِي كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَمَحْفُوظًا، أَفَلَا يُثْبِتُ كُلَّ خَلَاصِي وَكُلَّ مَسَرَّتِي؟ | ٥ 5 |
For not thus [is] house? my with God for a covenant of perpetuity he has made to me arranged in everything and preserved for all salvation my and every desire for not will he make grow?
| وَلَكِنَّ بَنِي بَلِيَّعَالَ جَمِيعَهُمْ كَشَوْكٍ مَطْرُوحٍ، لِأَنَّهُمْ لَا يُؤْخَذُونَ بِيَدٍ. | ٦ 6 |
And a worthless person [is] like thorn[s] [which is] chased away all of them for not in a hand people will take.
| وَٱلرَّجُلُ ٱلَّذِي يَمَسُّهُمْ يَتَسَلَّحُ بِحَدِيدٍ وَعَصَا رُمْحٍ، فَيَحْتَرِقُونَ بِٱلنَّارِ فِي مَكَانِهِمْ». | ٧ 7 |
And anyone [who] he will touch them he will arm himself iron and [the] wood of a spear and with fire certainly they will be burned at the dwelling.
| هَذِهِ أَسْمَاءُ ٱلْأَبْطَالِ ٱلَّذِينَ لِدَاوُدَ: يُشَيْبَ بَشَّبَثُ ٱلتَّحْكَمُونِيُّ رَئِيسُ ٱلثَّلَاثَةِ. هُوَ هَزَّ رُمْحَهُ عَلَى ثَمَانِ مِئَةٍ قَتَلَهُمْ دَفْعَةً وَاحِدَةً. | ٨ 8 |
These [are] [the] names of the warriors who [belonged] to David Josheb-Basshebeth a Tahkemonite - [the] chief of the three he Adino (the Eznite *QK) on eight hundred [one] slain at a time (one. *Qk)
| وَبَعْدَهُ أَلِعَازَارُ بْنُ دُودُو بْنِ أَخُوخِي، أَحَدُ ٱلثَّلَاثَةِ ٱلْأَبْطَالِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَانُوا مَعَ دَاوُدَ حِينَمَا عَيَّرُوا ٱلْفِلِسْطِينِيِّينَ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱجْتَمَعُوا هُنَاكَ لِلْحَرْبِ وَصَعِدَ رِجَالُ إِسْرَائِيلَ. | ٩ 9 |
(And [was] after him *Qk) Eleazar [the] son of (Dodo *QK) [the] son of Ahoah among three (the warriors *QK) with David when defied they the Philistines [who] they were gathered there for battle and they went up [the] man of Israel.
| أَمَّا هُوَ فَأَقَامَ وَضَرَبَ ٱلْفِلِسْطِينِيِّينَ حَتَّى كَلَّتْ يَدُهُ، وَلَصِقَتْ يَدُهُ بِٱلسَّيْفِ، وَصَنَعَ ٱلرَّبُّ خَلَاصًا عَظِيمًا فِي ذَلِكَ ٱلْيَوْمِ، وَرَجَعَ ٱلشَّعْبُ وَرَاءَهُ لِلنَّهْبِ فَقَطْ. | ١٠ 10 |
He he arose and he struck down among the Philistines until - for it was weary hand his and it cleaved hand his to the sword and he did Yahweh a deliverance great on the day that and the people they returned after him only to strip.
| وَبَعْدَهُ شَمَّةُ بْنُ أَجِي ٱلْهَرَارِيُّ. فَٱجْتَمَعَ ٱلْفِلِسْطِينِيُّونَ جَيْشًا، وَكَانَتْ هُنَاكَ قِطْعَةُ حَقْلٍ مَمْلُوءَةً عَدَسًا، فَهَرَبَ ٱلشَّعْبُ مِنْ أَمَامِ ٱلْفِلِسْطِينِيِّينَ. | ١١ 11 |
And [was] after him Shamma [the] son of Agee [the] Hararite and they were gathered [the] Philistines to Lehi and it was there [the] portion of the field full of lentils and the people it fled from before [the] Philistines.
| فَوَقَفَ فِي وَسَطِ ٱلْقِطْعَةِ وَأَنْقَذَهَا، وَضَرَبَ ٱلْفِلِسْطِينِيِّينَ، فَصَنَعَ ٱلرَّبُّ خَلَاصًا عَظِيمًا. | ١٢ 12 |
And he took his stand in [the] middle of the portion and he delivered it and he struck down [the] Philistines and he did Yahweh a deliverance great.
| وَنَزَلَ ٱلثَّلَاثَةُ مِنَ ٱلثَّلَاثِينَ رَئِيسًا وَأَتَوْا فِي ٱلْحَصَادِ إِلَى دَاوُدَ إِلَى مَغَارَةِ عَدُلَّامَ، وَجَيْشُ ٱلْفِلِسْطِينِيِّينَ نَازِلٌ فِي وَادِي ٱلرَّفَائِيِّينَ. | ١٣ 13 |
And they went down (three *QK) from the thirty leader[s] and they came to [the] harvest to David to [the] cave of Adullam and a community of Philistines [was] encamped in [the] valley of [the] Rephaites.
| وَكَانَ دَاوُدُ حِينَئِذٍ فِي ٱلْحِصْنِ، وَحَفَظَةُ ٱلْفِلِسْطِينِيِّينَ حِينَئِذٍ فِي بَيْتِ لَحْمٍ. | ١٤ 14 |
And David then [was] in the stronghold and a garrison of Philistines then [was] Beth-lehem.
| فَتَأَوَّهَ دَاوُدُ وَقَالَ: «مَنْ يَسْقِينِي مَاءً مِنْ بِئْرِ بَيْتِ لَحْمٍ ٱلَّتِي عِنْدَ ٱلْبَابِ؟» | ١٥ 15 |
And he desired David and he said who? will he give to drink me water from [the] well of Beth-lehem which [is] at the gate.
| فَشَقَّ ٱلْأَبْطَالُ ٱلثَّلَاثَةُ مَحَلَّةَ ٱلْفِلِسْطِينِيِّينَ وَٱسْتَقَوْا مَاءً مِنْ بِئْرِ بَيْتِ لَحْمٍ ٱلَّتِي عِنْدَ ٱلْبَابِ، وَحَمَلُوهُ وَأَتَوْا بِهِ إِلَى دَاوُدَ، فَلَمْ يَشَأْ أَنْ يَشْرَبَهُ، بَلْ سَكَبَهُ لِلرَّبِّ، | ١٦ 16 |
And they broke through [the] three the warriors in [the] camp of [the] Philistines and they drew water from [the] well of Beth-lehem which [was] at the gate and they carried [it] and they brought [it] to David and not he was willing to drink them and he poured out them to Yahweh.
| وَقَالَ: «حَاشَا لِي يَارَبُّ أَنْ أَفْعَلَ ذَلِكَ! هَذَا دَمُ ٱلرِّجَالِ ٱلَّذِينَ خَاطَرُوا بِأَنْفُسِهِمْ». فَلَمْ يَشَأْ أَنْ يَشْرَبَهُ. هَذَا مَا فَعَلَهُ ٱلثَّلَاثَةُ ٱلْأَبْطَالُ. | ١٧ 17 |
And he said far be it to me O Yahweh than to do I this [thing] ¿ [the] blood of the men who went with lives their and not he was willing to drink them these [things] they did [the] three the warriors.
| وَأَبِيشَايُ أَخُو يُوآبَ ٱبْنُ صَرُويَةَ هُوَ رَئِيسُ ثَلَاثَةٍ. هَذَا هَزَّ رُمْحَهُ عَلَى ثَلَاثِ مِئَةٍ قَتَلَهُمْ، فَكَانَ لَهُ ٱسْمٌ بَيْنَ ٱلثَّلَاثَةِ. | ١٨ 18 |
And Abishai [the] brother of - Joab [the] son of Zeruiah he [was] [the] chief (of the three *QK) and he he wielded spear his on three hundred [one] slain and [belonged] to him a name among the three.
| أَلَمْ يُكْرَمْ عَلَى ٱلثَّلَاثَةِ فَكَانَ لَهُمْ رَئِيسًا، إِلَّا أَنَّهُ لَمْ يَصِلْ إِلَى ٱلثَّلَاثَةِ ٱلْأُوَلِ. | ١٩ 19 |
More than the three ¿ for [was he] honored and he became to them a commander and to the three not he came.
| وَبَنَايَاهُو بْنُ يَهُويَادَاعَ، ٱبْنُ ذِي بَأْسٍ، كَثِيرُ ٱلْأَفْعَالِ، مِنْ قَبْصِئِيلَ، هُوَ ٱلَّذِي ضَرَبَ أَسَدَيْ مُوآبَ، وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِي نَزَلَ وَضَرَبَ أَسَدًا فِي وَسَطِ جُبٍّ يَوْمَ ٱلثَّلْجِ. | ٢٠ 20 |
And Benaiah [the] son of Jehoiada [was] a son of a man (of strength *QK) great of deeds from Kabzeel he he struck down [the] two [the] lion-like men of Moab and he he went down and he struck down (the lion *QK) in [the] midst of the pit on [the] day of the snow.
| وَهُوَ ضَرَبَ رَجُلًا مِصْرِيًّا ذَا مَنْظَرٍ، وَكَانَ بِيَدِ ٱلْمِصْرِيِّ رُمْحٌ، فَنَزَلَ إِلَيْهِ بِعَصًا وَخَطَفَ ٱلرُّمْحَ مِنْ يَدِ ٱلْمِصْرِيِّ وَقَتَلَهُ بِرُمْحِهِ. | ٢١ 21 |
And he he struck down a man Egyptian (a man of *QK) appearance and [was] in [the] hand of the Egyptian a spear and he went down to him with the staff and he seized the spear from [the] hand of the Egyptian and he killed him with own spear his.
| هَذَا مَا فَعَلَهُ بَنَايَاهُو بْنُ يَهُويَادَاعَ، فَكَانَ لَهُ ٱسْمٌ بَيْنَ ٱلثَّلَاثَةِ ٱلْأَبْطَالِ، | ٢٢ 22 |
These [things] he did Benaiah [the] son of Jehoiada and [belonged] to him a name among three the warriors.
| وَأُكْرِمَ عَلَى ٱلثَّلَاثِينَ، إِلَا أَنَّهُ لَمْ يَصِلْ إِلَى ٱلثَّلَاثَةِ. فَجَعَلَهُ دَاوُدُ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ سِرِّهِ. | ٢٣ 23 |
More than the thirty [he was] honored and to the three not he came and he appointed him David to bodyguard his.
| وَعَسَائِيلُ أَخُو يُوآبَ كَانَ مِنَ ٱلثَّلَاثِينَ، وَأَلْحَانَانُ بْنُ دُودُو مِنْ بَيْتِ لَحْمٍ. | ٢٤ 24 |
Asah-el [the] brother of Joab [was] among the thirty Elhanan [the] son of Dodo Beth-lehem.
| وَشَمَّةُ ٱلْحَرُودِيُّ، وَأَلِيقَا ٱلْحَرُودِيُّ، | ٢٥ 25 |
Shammah the Harodite Elika the Harodite.
| وَحَالَصُ ٱلْفَلْطِيُّ، وَعِيرَا بْنُ عِقِّيشَ ٱلتَّقُوعِيُّ، | ٢٦ 26 |
Helez the Paltite Ira [the] son of Ikkesh the Tekoite.
| وَأَبِيعَزَرُ ٱلْعَنَاثُوثِيُّ، وَمَبُونَايُ ٱلْحُوشَاتِيُّ، | ٢٧ 27 |
Abiezer the Anathothite Mebunnai the Hushathite.
| وَصَلْمُونُ ٱلْأَخُوخِيُّ، وَمَهْرَايُ ٱلنَّطُوفَاتِيُّ، | ٢٨ 28 |
Zalmon the Ahohite Maharai the Netophathite.
| وَخَالَبُ بْنُ بَعْنَةَ ٱلنَّطُوفَاتِيُّ، وَإِتَّايُ بْنُ رِيبَايَ مِنْ جِبْعَةِ بَنِي بَنْيَامِينَ، | ٢٩ 29 |
Heleb [the] son of Baanah the Netophathite. Ittai [the] son of Ribai from Gibeah of [the] descendants of Benjamin.
| وَبَنَايَا ٱلْفَرْعَتُونِيُّ، وَهِدَّايُ مِنْ أَوْدِيَةِ جَاعَشَ، | ٣٠ 30 |
Benaiah [the] Pirathonite Hiddai from [the] wadis of Gaash.
| وَأَبُو عَلْبُونَ ٱلْعَرَبَاتِيُّ، وَعَزْمُوتُ ٱلْبَرْحُومِيُّ، | ٣١ 31 |
Abi-Albon the Arbathite Azmaveth the Barhumite.
| وَأَلْيَحْبَا ٱلشَّعْلُبُونِيُّ، وَمِنْ بَنِي يَاشَنَ: يُونَاثَانُ. | ٣٢ 32 |
Eliahba the Shaalbonite [the] sons of Jashen Jonathan.
| وَشَمَّةُ ٱلْهَرَارِيُّ، وَأَخِيآمُ بْنُ شَارَارَ ٱلْأَرَارِيُّ، | ٣٣ 33 |
([the] son of *X) Shammah the Hararite Ahiam [the] son of Sharar the Hararite.
| وَأَلِيفَلَطُ بْنُ أَحَسْبَايَ ٱبْنُ ٱلْمَعْكِيِّ، وَأَلِيعَامُ بْنُ أَخِيتُوفَلَ ٱلْجِيلُونِيُّ، | ٣٤ 34 |
Eliphelet [the] son of Ahasbai [the] son of the Maacathite. Eliam [the] son of Ahithophel the Gilonite.
| وَحَصْرَايُ ٱلْكَرْمَلِيُّ، وَفَعْرَايُ ٱلْأَرَبِيُّ، | ٣٥ 35 |
(Hezrai *QK) the Carmelite Paarai the Arbite.
| وَيَجْآلُ بْنُ نَاثَانَ مِنْ صُوبَةَ، وَبَانِي ٱلْجَادِيُّ، | ٣٦ 36 |
Igal [the] son of Nathan from Zobah. Bani the Gadite.
| وَصَالَقُ ٱلْعَمُّونِيُّ، وَنَحْرَايُ ٱلْبَئِيرُوتِيُّ، حَامِلُ سِلَاحِ يُوآبَ بْنِ صَرُويَةَ، | ٣٧ 37 |

| وَعِيرَا ٱلْيِثْرِيُّ، وَجَارَبُ ٱلْيِثْرِيُّ، | ٣٨ 38 |
Ira the Ithrite Gareb the Ithrite.
| وَأُورِيَّا ٱلْحِثِّيُّ. ٱلْجَمِيعُ سَبْعَةٌ وَثَلَاثُونَ. | ٣٩ 39 |
Uriah the Hittite all [were] thirty and seven.
