اَلْمُلُوكِ ٱلْأَوَّلُ 8

١ 1 حِينَئِذٍ جَمَعَ سُلَيْمَانُ شُيُوخَ إِسْرَائِيلَ وَكُلَّ رُؤُوسِ ٱلْأَسْبَاطِ، رُؤَسَاءَ ٱلْآبَاءِ مِنْ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ إِلَى ٱلْمَلِكِ سُلَيْمَانَ فِي أُورُشَلِيمَ، لِإِصْعَادِ تَابُوتِ عَهْدِ ٱلرَّبِّ مِنْ مَدِينَةِ دَاوُدَ، هِيَ صِهْيَوْنُ.

Then he called together Solomon [the] elders of Israel all [the] chiefs of the tribes [the] leaders of the fathers of [the] people of Israel to the king Solomon Jerusalem to bring up [the] ark of [the] covenant of Yahweh from [the] city of David that [is] Zion.

٢ 2 فَٱجْتَمَعَ إِلَى ٱلْمَلِكِ سُلَيْمَانَ جَمِيعُ رِجَالِ إِسْرَائِيلَ فِي ٱلْعِيدِ فِي شَهْرِ أَيْثَانِيمَ، هُوَ ٱلشَّهْرُ ٱلسَّابِعُ.

And they assembled to the king Solomon every person of Israel in [the] month of Ethanim at the festival that [was] the month seventh.

٣ 3 وَجَاءَ جَمِيعُ شُيُوخِ إِسْرَائِيلَ، وَحَمَلَ ٱلْكَهَنَةُ ٱلتَّابُوتَ.

And they came all [the] elders of Israel and they lifted the priests the ark.

٤ 4 وَأَصْعَدُوا تَابُوتَ ٱلرَّبِّ وَخَيْمَةَ ٱلِٱجْتِمَاعِ مَعَ جَمِيعِ آنِيَةِ ٱلْقُدْسِ ٱلَّتِي فِي ٱلْخَيْمَةِ، فَأَصْعَدَهَا ٱلْكَهَنَةُ وَٱللَّاوِيُّونَ.

And they brought up [the] ark of Yahweh and [the] tent of meeting and all [the] utensils of holiness which [were] in the tent and they brought up them the priests and the Levites.

٥ 5 وَٱلْمَلِكُ سُلَيْمَانُ وَكُلُّ جَمَاعَةِ إِسْرَائِيلَ ٱلْمُجْتَمِعِينَ إِلَيْهِ مَعَهُ أَمَامَ ٱلتَّابُوتِ، كَانُوا يَذْبَحُونَ مِنَ ٱلْغَنَمِ وَٱلْبَقَرِ مَا لَا يُحْصَى وَلَا يُعَدُّ مِنَ ٱلْكَثْرَةِ.

And the king Solomon and all [the] congregation of Israel who were gathered to him with him before the ark [were] sacrificing sheep and cattle which not they were counted and not they were numbered from multitude.

٦ 6 وَأَدْخَلَ ٱلْكَهَنَةُ تَابُوتَ عَهْدِ ٱلرَّبِّ إِلَى مَكَانِهِ فِي مِحْرَابِ ٱلْبَيْتِ فِي قُدْسِ ٱلْأَقْدَاسِ، إِلَى تَحْتِ جَنَاحَيِ ٱلْكَرُوبَيْنِ،

And they brought the priests [the] ark of [the] covenant of Yahweh to place its to [the] innermost room of the house to [the] holy place of the holy places to under [the] wings of the cherubim.

٧ 7 لِأَنَّ ٱلْكَرُوبَيْنِ بَسَطَا أَجْنِحَتَهُمَا عَلَى مَوْضِعِ ٱلتَّابُوتِ، وَظَلَّلَ ٱلْكَرُوبَانِ ٱلتَّابُوتَ وَعِصِيَّهُ مِنْ فَوْقُ.

For the cherubim [were] spreading out wings to [the] place of the ark and they covered the cherubim over the ark and over poles its from to above.

٨ 8 وَجَذَبُوا ٱلْعِصِيَّ فَتَرَاءَتْ رُؤُوسُ ٱلْعِصِيِّ مِنَ ٱلْقُدْسِ أَمَامَ ٱلْمِحْرَابِ وَلَمْ تُرَ خَارِجًا، وَهِيَ هُنَاكَ إِلَى هَذَا ٱلْيَوْمِ.

And they were long the poles and they were visible [the] heads of the poles from the holy place on [the] face of the innermost room and not they were visible the outside towards and they have been there until the day this.

٩ 9 لَمْ يَكُنْ فِي ٱلتَّابُوتِ إِلَّا لَوْحَا ٱلْحَجَرِ ٱللَّذَانِ وَضَعَهُمَا مُوسَى هُنَاكَ فِي حُورِيبَ حِينَ عَاهَدَ ٱلرَّبُّ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ عِنْدَ خُرُوجِهِمْ مِنْ أَرْضِ مِصْرَ.

There not [was] in the ark only [the] two [the] tablets of stone which he placed there Moses at Horeb where he made Yahweh with [the] people of Israel when came out they from [the] land of Egypt.

١٠ 10 وَكَانَ لَمَّا خَرَجَ ٱلْكَهَنَةُ مِنَ ٱلْقُدْسِ أَنَّ ٱلسَّحَابَ مَلَأَ بَيْتَ ٱلرَّبِّ،

And it was when came out the priests from the holy place and the cloud it filled [the] house of Yahweh.

١١ 11 وَلَمْ يَسْتَطِعِ ٱلْكَهَنَةُ أَنْ يَقِفُوا لِلْخِدْمَةِ بِسَبَبِ ٱلسَّحَابِ، لِأَنَّ مَجْدَ ٱلرَّبِّ مَلَأَ بَيْتَ ٱلرَّبِّ.

And not they were able the priests to stand to serve because of the cloud for it filled [the] glory of Yahweh [the] house of Yahweh.

١٢ 12 حِينَئِذٍ تَكَلَّمَ سُلَيْمَانُ: «قَالَ ٱلرَّبُّ إِنَّهُ يَسْكُنُ فِي ٱلضَّبَابِ.

Then he said Solomon Yahweh he has said to dwell in thick darkness.

١٣ 13 إِنِّي قَدْ بَنَيْتُ لَكَ بَيْتَ سُكْنَى، مَكَانًا لِسُكْنَاكَ إِلَى ٱلْأَبَدِ».

Certainly I have built a house of loftiness for you a place to dwell in you forever.

١٤ 14 وَحَوَّلَ ٱلْمَلِكُ وَجْهَهُ وَبَارَكَ كُلَّ جُمْهُورِ إِسْرَائِيلَ، وَكُلُّ جُمْهُورِ إِسْرَائِيلَ وَاقِفٌ.

And he turned the king face his and he blessed all [the] assembly of Israel and all [the] assembly of Israel [was] standing.

١٥ 15 وَقَالَ: «مُبَارَكٌ ٱلرَّبُّ إِلَهُ إِسْرَائِيلَ ٱلَّذِي تَكَلَّمَ بِفَمِهِ إِلَى دَاوُدَ أَبِي وَأَكْمَلَ بِيَدِهِ قَائِلًا:

And he said [be] blessed Yahweh [the] God of Israel who he spoke with mouth his with David father my and with hand his he has fulfilled saying.

١٦ 16 مُنْذُ يَوْمَ أَخْرَجْتُ شَعْبِي إِسْرَائِيلَ مِنْ مِصْرَ لَمْ أَخْتَرْ مَدِينَةً مِنْ جَمِيعِ أَسْبَاطِ إِسْرَائِيلَ لِبِنَاءِ بَيْتٍ لِيَكُونَ ٱسْمِي هُنَاكَ، بَلِ إِنَّمَا ٱخْتَرْتُ دَاوُدَ لِيَكُونَ عَلَى شَعْبِي إِسْرَائِيلَ.

Since the day when I brought out people my Israel from Egypt not I chose a city from all [the] tribes of Israel to build a house to be name my there and I have chosen David to be over people my Israel.

١٧ 17 وَكَانَ فِي قَلْبِ دَاوُدَ أَبِي أَنْ يَبْنِيَ بَيْتًا لِٱسْمِ ٱلرَّبِّ إِلَهِ إِسْرَائِيلَ.

And it was with [the] heart of David father my to build a house for [the] name of Yahweh [the] God of Israel.

١٨ 18 فَقَالَ ٱلرَّبُّ لِدَاوُدَ أَبِي: مِنْ أَجْلِ أَنَّهُ كَانَ فِي قَلْبِكَ أَنْ تَبْنِيَ بَيْتًا لِٱسْمِي، قَدْ أَحْسَنْتَ بِكَوْنِهِ فِي قَلْبِكَ.

And he said Yahweh to David father my because that it was with heart your to build a house for name my you did well that it was with heart your.

١٩ 19 إِلَّا إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ لَا تَبْنِي ٱلْبَيْتَ، بَلِ ٱبْنُكَ ٱلْخَارِجُ مِنْ صُلْبِكَ هُوَ يَبْنِي ٱلْبَيْتَ لِٱسْمِي.

Only you not you will build the house that except son your who comes out from loins your he he will build the house for name my.

٢٠ 20 وَأَقَامَ ٱلرَّبُّ كَلَامَهُ ٱلَّذِي تَكَلَّمَ بِهِ، وَقَدْ قُمْتُ أَنَا مَكَانَ دَاوُدَ أَبِي وَجَلَسْتُ عَلَى كُرْسِيِّ إِسْرَائِيلَ كَمَا تَكَلَّمَ ٱلرَّبُّ، وَبَنَيْتُ ٱلْبَيْتَ لِٱسْمِ ٱلرَّبِّ إِلَهِ إِسْرَائِيلَ،

And he has established Yahweh word his which he spoke and I have arisen in place of David father my and I have sat on [the] throne of Israel just as he spoke Yahweh and I have built the house for [the] name of Yahweh [the] God of Israel.

٢١ 21 وَجَعَلْتُ هُنَاكَ مَكَانًا لِلتَّابُوتِ ٱلَّذِي فِيهِ عَهْدُ ٱلرَّبِّ ٱلَّذِي قَطَعَهُ مَعَ آبَائِنَا عِنْدَ إِخْرَاجِهِ إِيَّاهُمْ مِنْ أَرْضِ مِصْرَ».

And I have set up there a place for the ark where [is] there [the] covenant of Yahweh which he made with ancestors our when brought out he them from [the] land of Egypt.

٢٢ 22 وَوَقَفَ سُلَيْمَانُ أَمَامَ مَذْبَحِ ٱلرَّبِّ تُجَاهَ كُلِّ جَمَاعَةِ إِسْرَائِيلَ، وَبَسَطَ يَدَيْهِ إِلَى ٱلسَّمَاءِ

And he stood Solomon before [the] altar of Yahweh before all [the] assembly of Israel and he spread out palms his the heavens.

٢٣ 23 وَقَالَ: «أَيُّهَا ٱلرَّبُّ إِلَهُ إِسْرَائِيلَ، لَيْسَ إِلَهٌ مِثْلَكَ فِي ٱلسَّمَاءِ مِنْ فَوْقُ، وَلَا عَلَى ٱلْأَرْضِ مِنْ أَسْفَلُ، حَافِظُ ٱلْعَهْدِ وَٱلرَّحْمَةِ لِعَبِيدِكَ ٱلسَّائِرِينَ أَمَامَكَ بِكُلِّ قُلُوبِهِمْ.

And he said O Yahweh [the] God of Israel there not like you [is] a God in the heavens above and on the earth beneath [who] keeps the covenant and covenant loyalty to servants your who walk before you with all heart their.

٢٤ 24 ٱلَّذِي قَدْ حَفِظْتَ لِعَبْدِكَ دَاوُدَ أَبِي مَا كَلَّمْتَهُ بِهِ، فَتَكَلَّمْتَ بِفَمِكَ وَأَكْمَلْتَ بِيَدِكَ كَهَذَا ٱلْيَوْمِ.

Who you have kept to servant your David father my [that] which you spoke to him and you spoke with mouth your and with hand your you have fulfilled as the day this.

٢٥ 25 وَٱلْآنَ أَيُّهَا ٱلرَّبُّ إِلَهُ إِسْرَائِيلَ ٱحْفَظْ لِعَبْدِكَ دَاوُدَ أَبِي مَا كَلَّمْتَهُ بِهِ قَائِلًا: لَا يُعْدَمُ لَكَ أَمَامِي رَجُلٌ يَجْلِسُ عَلَى كُرْسِيِّ إِسْرَائِيلَ، إِنْ كَانَ بَنُوكَ إِنَّماَ يَحْفَظُونَ طُرُقَهُمْ حَتَّى يَسِيرُوا أَمَامِي كَمَا سِرْتَ أَنْتَ أَمَامِي.

And therefore O Yahweh - [the] God of Israel keep to servant your David father my [that] which you spoke to him saying not it will be cut off to you a man from to before me [who] sits on [the] throne of Israel only if they will guard descendants your way their to walk before me just as you have walked before me.

٢٦ 26 وَٱلْآنَ يَا إِلَهَ إِسْرَائِيلَ فَلْيَتَحَقَّقْ كَلَامُكَ ٱلَّذِي كَلَّمْتَ بِهِ عَبْدَكَ دَاوُدَ أَبِي.

And therefore O God of Israel let it be established please (word your *QK) which you spoke to servant your David father my.

٢٧ 27 لِأَنَّهُ هَلْ يَسْكُنُ ٱللهُ حَقًّا عَلَى ٱلْأَرْضِ؟ هُوَذَا ٱلسَّمَاوَاتُ وَسَمَاءُ ٱلسَّمَاوَاتِ لَا تَسَعُكَ، فَكَمْ بِٱلْأَقَلِّ هَذَا ٱلْبَيْتُ ٱلَّذِي بَنَيْتُ؟

For ¿ really will he dwell God on the earth here! the heavens and [the] heavens of the heavens not they contain you indeed? for the house this which I have built.

٢٨ 28 فَٱلْتَفِتْ إِلَى صَلَاةِ عَبْدِكَ وَإِلَى تَضَرُّعِهِ أَيُّهَا ٱلرَّبُّ إِلَهِي، وَٱسْمَعِ ٱلصُّرَاخَ وَٱلصَّلَاةَ ٱلَّتِي يُصَلِّيهَا عَبْدُكَ أَمَامَكَ ٱلْيَوْمَ.

And you will turn to [the] prayer of servant your and to supplication his O Yahweh God my to listen to the cry of entreaty and to the prayer which servant your [is] praying before you this day.

٢٩ 29 لِتَكُونَ عَيْنَاكَ مَفْتُوحَتَيْنِ عَلَى هَذَا ٱلْبَيْتِ لَيْلًا وَنَهَارًا، عَلَى ٱلْمَوْضِعِ ٱلَّذِي قُلْتَ: إِنَّ ٱسْمِي يَكُونُ فِيهِ، لِتَسْمَعَ ٱلصَّلَاةَ ٱلَّتِي يُصَلِّيهَا عَبْدُكَ فِي هَذَا ٱلْمَوْضِعِ.

To be eyes your open to the house this night and day to the place where you have said it will be name my there to listen to the prayer which he will pray servant your to the place this.

٣٠ 30 وَٱسْمَعْ تَضَرُّعَ عَبْدِكَ وَشَعْبِكَ إِسْرَائِيلَ ٱلَّذِينَ يُصَلُّونَ فِي هَذَا ٱلْمَوْضِعِ، وَٱسْمَعْ أَنْتَ فِي مَوْضِعِ سُكْنَاكَ فِي ٱلسَّمَاءِ، وَإِذَا سَمِعْتَ فَٱغْفِرْ.

And you will listen to [the] supplication of servant your and people your Israel which they will pray to the place this and you you will listen to [the] place dwelling you to the heavens and you will hear and you will forgive.

٣١ 31 إِذَا أَخْطَأَ أَحَدٌ إِلَى صَاحِبِهِ وَوَضَعَ عَلَيْهِ حَلْفًا لِيُحَلِّفَهُ، وَجَاءَ ٱلْحَلْفُ أَمَامَ مَذْبَحِكَ فِي هَذَا ٱلْبَيْتِ،

[that] which He will sin anyone to neighbor his and he will impose on him an oath to put under an oath him and he will come he will swear an oath before altar your in the house this.

٣٢ 32 فَٱسْمَعْ أَنْتَ فِي ٱلسَّمَاءِ وَٱعْمَلْ وَٱقْضِ بَيْنَ عَبِيدِكَ، إِذْ تَحْكُمُ عَلَى ٱلْمُذْنِبِ فَتَجْعَلُ طَرِيقَهُ عَلَى رَأْسِهِ، وَتُبَرِّرُ ٱلْبَارَّ إِذْ تُعْطِيهِ حَسَبَ بِرِّهِ.

And you - you will hear the heavens and you will act and you will judge servants your to condemn as guilty a guilty [person] to requite conduct his on own head his and to declare righteous a righteous [person] to give to him according to righteousness his.

٣٣ 33 إِذَا ٱنْكَسَرَ شَعْبُكَ إِسْرَائِيلُ أَمَامَ ٱلْعَدُوِّ لِأَنَّهُمْ أَخْطَأُوا إِلَيْكَ، ثُمَّ رَجَعُوا إِلَيْكَ وَٱعْتَرَفُوا بِٱسْمِكَ وَصَلَّوْا وَتَضَرَّعُوا إِلَيْكَ نَحْوَ هَذَا ٱلْبَيْتِ،

When are defeated people your Israel before an enemy that they will sin to you and they will turn back to you and they will praise name your and they will pray and they will seek favor to you in the house this.

٣٤ 34 فَٱسْمَعْ أَنْتَ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَاءِ وَٱغْفِرْ خَطِيَّةَ شَعْبِكَ إِسْرَائِيلَ، وَأَرْجِعْهُمْ إِلَى ٱلْأَرْضِ ٱلَّتِي أَعْطَيْتَهَا لِآبَائِهِمْ.

And you you will hear the heavens and you will forgive [the] sin of people your Israel and you will bring back them to the land which you gave to ancestors their.

٣٥ 35 «إِذَا أُغْلِقَتِ ٱلسَّمَاءُ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ مَطَرٌ، لِأَنَّهُمْ أَخْطَأُوا إِلَيْكَ، ثُمَّ صَلَّوْا فِي هَذَا ٱلْمَوْضِعِ وَٱعْتَرَفُوا بِٱسْمِكَ، وَرَجَعُوا عَنْ خَطِيَّتِهِمْ لِأَنَّكَ ضَايَقْتَهُمْ،

When are shut up [the] heavens and not it will be rain for they will sin to you and they will pray to the place this and they will praise name your and from sin their they will turn back! for you will afflict them.

٣٦ 36 فَٱسْمَعْ أَنْتَ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَاءِ وَٱغْفِرْ خَطِيَّةَ عَبِيدِكَ وَشَعْبِكَ إِسْرَائِيلَ، فَتُعَلِّمَهُمُ ٱلطَّرِيقَ ٱلصَّالِحَ ٱلَّذِي يَسْلُكُونَ فِيهِ، وَأَعْطِ مَطَرًا عَلَى أَرْضِكَ ٱلَّتِي أَعْطَيْتَهَا لِشَعْبِكَ مِيرَاثًا.

And you - you will hear the heavens and you will forgive [the] sin of servants your and people your Israel that you will teach them the way good which they will walk in it and you will give rain on land your which you gave to people your to an inheritance.

٣٧ 37 إِذَا صَارَ فِي ٱلْأَرْضِ جُوعٌ، إِذَا صَارَ وَبَأٌ، إِذَا صَارَ لَفْحٌ أَوْ يَرَقَانٌ أَوْ جَرَادٌ جَرْدَمٌ، أَوْ إِذَا حَاصَرَهُ عَدُوُّهُ فِي أَرْضِ مُدُنِهِ، فِي كُلِّ ضَرْبَةٍ وَكُلِّ مَرَضٍ،

Famine if it will be in the land pestilence for it will be blight mildew locust[s] locust[s] for it will be that he will lay siege to it enemy its in [the] land of gates its every plague any sickness.

٣٨ 38 فَكُلُّ صَلَاةٍ وَكُلُّ تَضَرُّعٍ تَكُونُ مِنْ أَيِّ إِنْسَانٍ كَانَ مِنْ كُلِّ شَعْبِكَ إِسْرَائِيلَ، ٱلَّذِينَ يَعْرِفُونَ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ ضَرْبَةَ قَلْبِهِ، فَيَبْسُطُ يَدَيْهِ نَحْوَ هَذَا ٱلْبَيْتِ،

Every prayer every supplication which it will belong to any person to all people your Israel who they will know! each [the] plague of own heart his and he will spread out palms his to the house this.

٣٩ 39 فَٱسْمَعْ أَنْتَ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَاءِ مَكَانِ سُكْنَاكَ وَٱغْفِرْ، وَٱعْمَلْ وَأَعْطِ كُلَّ إِنْسَانٍ حَسَبَ كُلِّ طُرُقِهِ كَمَا تَعْرِفُ قَلْبَهُ. لِأَنَّكَ أَنْتَ وَحْدَكَ قَدْ عَرَفْتَ قُلُوبَ كُلِّ بَنِي ٱلْبَشَرِ،

And you you will hear the heavens [the] place of dwelling your and you will forgive and you will act and you will give to the person according to all ways his whom you will know heart his for you you know to alone you [the] heart of all [the] children of humankind.

٤٠ 40 لِكَيْ يَخَافُوكَ كُلَّ ٱلْأَيَّامِ ٱلَّتِي يَحْيَوْنَ فِيهَا عَلَى وَجْهِ ٱلْأَرْضِ ٱلَّتِي أَعْطَيْتَ لِآبَائِنَا.

So that they may fear you all the days which they [will be] alive on [the] surface of the ground which you gave to ancestors our.

٤١ 41 وَكَذَلِكَ ٱلْأَجْنَبِيُّ ٱلَّذِي لَيْسَ مِنْ شَعْبِكَ إِسْرَائِيلَ هُوَ، وَجَاءَ مِنْ أَرْضٍ بَعِيدَةٍ مِنْ أَجْلِ ٱسْمِكَ،

And also to the foreigner who not [is] one of people your Israel he and he will come from a land distant for [the] sake of name your.

٤٢ 42 لِأَنَّهُمْ يَسْمَعُونَ بِٱسْمِكَ ٱلْعَظِيمِ وَبِيَدِكَ ٱلْقَوِيَّةِ وَذِرَاعِكَ ٱلْمَمْدُودَةِ، فَمَتَى جَاءَ وَصَلَّى فِي هَذَا ٱلْبَيْتِ،

For they will hear! name your great and hand your mighty and arm your outstretched and he will come and he will pray to the house this.

٤٣ 43 فَٱسْمَعْ أَنْتَ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَاءِ مَكَانِ سُكْنَاكَ، وَٱفْعَلْ حَسَبَ كُلِّ مَا يَدْعُو بِهِ إِلَيْكَ ٱلْأَجْنَبِيُّ، لِكَيْ يَعْلَمَ كُلُّ شُعُوبِ ٱلْأَرْضِ ٱسْمَكَ، فَيَخَافُوكَ كَشَعْبِكَ إِسْرَائِيلَ، وَلِكَيْ يَعْلَمُوا أَنَّهُ قَدْ دُعِيَ ٱسْمُكَ عَلَى هَذَا ٱلْبَيْتِ ٱلَّذِي بَنَيْتُ.

You you will hear the heavens [the] place dwelling you and you will do according to all that he will call to you the foreigner so that they may know! all [the] peoples of the earth name your to fear you like people your Israel and to know that name your it has been called on the house this which I have built.

٤٤ 44 «إِذَا خَرَجَ شَعْبُكَ لِمُحَارَبَةِ عَدُوِّهِ فِي ٱلطَّرِيقِ ٱلَّذِي تُرْسِلُهُمْ فِيهِ، وَصَلَّوْا إِلَى ٱلرَّبِّ نَحْوَ ٱلْمَدِينَةِ ٱلَّتِي ٱخْتَرْتَهَا وَٱلْبَيْتِ ٱلَّذِي بَنَيْتُهُ لِٱسْمِكَ،

If it will go forth people your for battle on enemy its by the way which you will send them and they will pray to Yahweh [the] direction of the city which you have chosen it and the house which I have built for name your.

٤٥ 45 فَٱسْمَعْ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَاءِ صَلَاتَهُمْ وَتَضَرُّعَهُمْ وَٱقْضِ قَضَاءَهُمْ.

And you will hear the heavens prayer their and supplication their and you will do justice their.

٤٦ 46 إِذَا أَخْطَأُوا إِلَيْكَ، لِأَنَّهُ لَيْسَ إِنْسَانٌ لَا يُخْطِئُ، وَغَضِبْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ وَدَفَعْتَهُمْ أَمَامَ ٱلْعَدُوِّ وَسَبَاهُمْ، سَابُوهُمْ إِلَى أَرْضِ ٱلْعَدُوِّ، بَعِيدَةً أَوْ قَرِيبَةً،

If they will sin to you for there not [is] anyone who not he sins and you will be angry with them and will you deliver up them before an enemy and they will take captive them captors their to [the] land of the enemy distant or near.

٤٧ 47 فَإِذَا رَدُّوا إِلَى قُلُوبِهِمْ فِي ٱلْأَرْضِ ٱلَّتِي يُسْبَوْنَ إِلَيْهَا وَرَجَعُوا وَتَضَرَّعُوا إِلَيْكَ فِي أَرْضِ سَبْيِهِمْ قَائِلِينَ: قَدْ أَخْطَأْنَا وَعَوَّجْنَا وَأَذْنَبْنَا.

And they will bring back to heart their in the land where they have been taken captive there and they will repent - and they will seek favor to you in [the] land of captors their saying we have sinned and we have done wrong we have acted wickedly.

٤٨ 48 وَرَجَعُوا إِلَيْكَ مِنْ كُلِّ قُلُوبِهِمْ وَمِنْ كُلِّ أَنْفُسِهِمْ فِي أَرْضِ أَعْدَائِهِمْ ٱلَّذِينَ سَبَوْهُمْ، وَصَلَّوْا إِلَيْكَ نَحْوَ أَرْضِهِمْ ٱلَّتِي أَعْطَيْتَ لِآبَائِهِمْ، نَحْوَ ٱلْمَدِينَةِ ٱلَّتِي ٱخْتَرْتَ وَٱلْبَيْتِ ٱلَّذِي بَنَيْتُ لِٱسْمِكَ،

And they will return to you with all heart their and with all being their in [the] land of enemies their who they have taken captive them and they will pray to you [the] direction of land their which you gave to ancestors their the city which you have chosen and the house which (I have built *QK) for name your.

٤٩ 49 فَٱسْمَعْ فِي ٱلسَّمَاءِ مَكَانِ سُكْنَاكَ صَلَاتَهُمْ وَتَضَرُّعَهُمْ وَٱقْضِ قَضَاءَهُمْ،

And you will hear the heavens [the] place dwelling you prayer their and supplication their and you will do justice their.

٥٠ 50 وَٱغْفِرْ لِشَعْبِكَ مَا أَخْطَأُوا بِهِ إِلَيْكَ، وَجَمِيعَ ذُنُوبِهِمِ ٱلَّتِي أَذْنَبُوا بِهَا إِلَيْكَ، وَأَعْطِهِمْ رَحْمَةً أَمَامَ ٱلَّذِينَ سَبَوْهُمْ فَيَرْحَمُوهُمْ،

And you will forgive people your who they have sinned to you and all transgressions their which they transgressed against you and you will make them into [objects of] compassion before captors their and they will have compassion on them.

٥١ 51 لِأَنَّهُمْ شَعْبُكَ وَمِيرَاثُكَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَخْرَجْتَ مِنْ مِصْرَ، مِنْ وَسَطِ كُورِ ٱلْحَدِيدِ.

For [are] people your and inheritance your they whom you brought out from Egypt from [the] midst of [the] furnace of iron.

٥٢ 52 لِتَكُونَ عَيْنَاكَ مَفْتُوحَتَيْنِ نَحْوَ تَضَرُّعِ عَبْدِكَ وَتَضَرُّعِ شَعْبِكَ إِسْرَائِيلَ، فَتُصْغِيَ إِلَيْهِمْ فِي كُلِّ مَا يَدْعُونَكَ،

To be eyes your open to [the] supplication of servant your and to [the] supplication of people your Israel to listen to them in all calling they to you.

٥٣ 53 لِأَنَّكَ أَنْتَ أَفْرَزْتَهُمْ لَكَ مِيرَاثًا مِنْ جَمِيعِ شُعُوبِ ٱلْأَرْضِ، كَمَا تَكَلَّمْتَ عَنْ يَدِ مُوسَى عَبْدِكَ عِنْدَ إِخْرَاجِكَ آبَاءَنَا مِنْ مِصْرَ يَاسَيِّدِي ٱلرَّبَّ».

For you you have separated them for yourself to an inheritance from all [the] peoples of the earth just as you spoke by [the] hand of - Moses servant your when bringing out you ancestors our from Egypt O Lord Yahweh.

٥٤ 54 وَكَانَ لَمَّا ٱنْتَهَى سُلَيْمَانُ مِنَ ٱلصَّلَاةِ إِلَى ٱلرَّبِّ بِكُلِّ هَذِهِ ٱلصَّلَاةِ وَٱلتَّضَرُّعِ، أَنَّهُ نَهَضَ مِنْ أَمَامِ مَذْبَحِ ٱلرَّبِّ، مِنَ ٱلْجُثُوِّ عَلَى رُكْبَتَيْهِ، وَيَدَاهُ مَبْسُوطَتَانِ نَحْوَ ٱلسَّمَاءِ،

And it was - when had finished Solomon to pray to Yahweh all the prayer and the supplication this he stood up from to before [the] altar of Yahweh from bowing down on knees his and palms his [were] spread out the heavens.

٥٥ 55 وَوَقَفَ وَبَارَكَ كُلَّ جَمَاعَةِ إِسْرَائِيلَ بِصَوْتٍ عَالٍ قَائِلًا:

And he stood and he blessed all [the] assembly of Israel a voice great saying.

٥٦ 56 «مُبَارَكٌ ٱلرَّبُّ ٱلَّذِي أَعْطَى رَاحَةً لِشَعْبِهِ إِسْرَائِيلَ حَسَبَ كُلِّ مَا تَكَلَّمَ بِهِ، وَلَمْ تَسْقُطْ كَلِمَةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ مِنْ كُلِّ كَلَامِهِ ٱلصَّالِحِ ٱلَّذِي تَكَلَّمَ بِهِ عَنْ يَدِ مُوسَى عَبْدِهِ.

[be] blessed Yahweh who he has given a resting place to people his Israel according to all that he has spoken not it has fallen a word one from every word his good which he spoke by [the] hand of Moses servant his.

٥٧ 57 لِيَكُنِ ٱلرَّبُّ إِلَهُنَا مَعَنَا كَمَا كَانَ مَعَ آبَائِنَا فَلَا يَتْرُكَنَا وَلَا يَرْفُضَنَا.

May he be Yahweh God our with us just as he was with ancestors our may not he forsake us and may not he abandon us.

٥٨ 58 لِيَمِيلَ بِقُلُوبِنَا إِلَيْهِ لِكَيْ نَسِيرَ فِي جَمِيعِ طُرُقِهِ وَنَحْفَظَ وَصَايَاهُ وَفَرَائِضَهُ وَأَحْكَامَهُ ٱلَّتِي أَوْصَى بِهَا آبَاءَنَا.

To incline heart our to him to walk in all ways his and to keep commandments his and statutes his and judgments his which he commanded ancestors our.

٥٩ 59 وَلِيَكُنْ كَلَامِي هَذَا ٱلَّذِي تَضَرَّعْتُ بِهِ أَمَامَ ٱلرَّبِّ قَرِيبًا مِنَ ٱلرَّبِّ إِلَهِنَا نَهَارًا وَلَيْلًا، لِيَقْضِيَ قَضَاءَ عَبْدِهِ وَقَضَاءَ شَعْبِهِ إِسْرَائِيلَ، أَمْرَ كُلِّ يَوْمٍ فِي يَوْمِهِ.

And may they be words my these which I have sought favor before Yahweh near to Yahweh God our by day and night to do - [the] justice of servant his and [the] justice of people his Israel a matter of a day in day its.

٦٠ 60 لِيَعْلَمَ كُلُّ شُعُوبِ ٱلْأَرْضِ أَنَّ ٱلرَّبَّ هُوَ ٱللهُ وَلَيْسَ آخَرُ.

So as to know all [the] peoples of the earth that Yahweh he [is] God there not [is] still more.

٦١ 61 فَلْيَكُنْ قَلْبُكُمْ كَامِلًا لَدَى ٱلرَّبِّ إِلَهِنَا إِذْ تَسِيرُونَ فِي فَرَائِضِهِ وَتَحْفَظُونَ وَصَايَاهُ كَهَذَا ٱلْيَوْمِ».

And it will be heart your complete with Yahweh God our to walk in statutes his and to keep commandments his as the day this.

٦٢ 62 ثُمَّ إِنَّ ٱلْمَلِكَ وَجَمِيعَ إِسْرَائِيلَ مَعَهُ ذَبَحُوا ذَبَائِحَ أَمَامَ ٱلرَّبِّ،

And the king and all Israel with him [were] sacrificing a sacrifice before Yahweh.

٦٣ 63 وَذَبَحَ سُلَيْمَانُ ذَبَائِحَ ٱلسَّلَامَةِ ٱلَّتِي ذَبَحَهَا لِلرَّبِّ: مِنَ ٱلْبَقَرِ ٱثْنَيْنِ وَعِشْرِينَ أَلْفًا، وَمِنَ ٱلْغَنَمِ مِئَةَ أَلْفٍ وَعِشْرِينَ أَلْفًا، فَدَشَّنَ ٱلْمَلِكُ وَجَمِيعُ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ بَيْتَ ٱلرَّبِّ.

And he sacrificed Solomon [the] sacrifice of the peace offerings which he sacrificed to Yahweh cattle twenty and two thousand and sheep one hundred and twenty thousand and they dedicated [the] house of Yahweh the king and all [the] people of Israel.

٦٤ 64 فِي ذَلِكَ ٱلْيَوْمِ قَدَّسَ ٱلْمَلِكُ وَسَطَ ٱلدَّارِ ٱلَّتِي أَمَامَ بَيْتِ ٱلرَّبِّ، لِأَنَّهُ قَرَّبَ هُنَاكَ ٱلْمُحْرَقَاتِ وَٱلتَّقْدِمَاتِ وَشَحْمَ ذَبَائِحِ ٱلسَّلَامَةِ، لِأَنَّ مَذْبَحَ ٱلنُّحَاسِ ٱلَّذِي أَمَامَ ٱلرَّبِّ كَانَ صَغِيرًا عَنْ أَنْ يَسَعَ ٱلْمُحْرَقَاتِ وَٱلتَّقْدِمَاتِ وَشَحْمَ ذَبَائِحِ ٱلسَّلَامَةِ.

On the day that he consecrated the king [the] middle of the court which [was] before [the] house of Yahweh for he offered there the burnt offering and the grain offering and [the] fat of the peace offerings for [the] altar of bronze which [was] before Yahweh [was too] small for containing the burnt offering and the grain offering and [the] fat of the peace offerings.

٦٥ 65 وَعَيَّدَ سُلَيْمَانُ ٱلْعِيدَ فِي ذَلِكَ ٱلْوَقْتِ وَجَمِيعُ إِسْرَائِيلَ مَعَهُ، جُمْهُورٌ كَبِيرٌ مِنْ مَدْخَلِ حَمَاةَ إِلَى وَادِي مِصْرَ، أَمَامَ ٱلرَّبِّ إِلَهِنَا سَبْعَةَ أَيَّامٍ وَسَبْعَةَ أَيَّامٍ، أَرْبَعَةَ عَشَرَ يَوْمًا.

And he observed Solomon at the time that - the festival and all Israel with him an assembly great from Lebo Hamath - to [the] wadi of Egypt before Yahweh God our seven days and seven days four-teen day[s].

٦٦ 66 وَفِي ٱلْيَوْمِ ٱلثَّامِنِ صَرَفَ ٱلشَّعْبَ، فَبَارَكُوا ٱلْمَلِكَ وَذَهَبُوا إِلَى خِيَمِهِمْ فَرِحِينَ وَطَيِّبِي ٱلْقُلُوبِ، لِأَجْلِ كُلِّ ٱلْخَيْرِ ٱلَّذِي عَمِلَ ٱلرَّبُّ لِدَاوُدَ عَبْدِهِ وَلِإِسْرَائِيلَ شَعْبِهِ.

On the day eighth he sent away the people and they blessed the king and they went to tents their joyful and good of heart on all the good which he had done Yahweh to David servant his and to Israel people his.
