Psalmet 99

1 Zoti mbretëron, popujt le të dridhen. Ai është ulur mbi Kerubinët, toka le të dridhet.

Adonai reigns! Let the peoples tremble. He sits enthroned among the cherubim. Let the earth be moved.

2 Zoti është i madh në Sion dhe i shkëlqyeshëm mbi të gjithë popujt.

Adonai is great in Zion [Mountain ridge, Marking]. He is high above all the peoples.

3 Ata do të kremtojnë emrin tënd të madh dhe të tmerrshëm. Ai është i shenjtë.

Let them yadah ·extend hands in thankful praise· to your great and awesome name. He is Holy!

4 Mbreti është i fuqishëm dhe e do drejtësinë. Ti e ke vendosur të drejtën dhe e ushtrove Jakobin në gjykim dhe drejtësi.

The King’s strength also 'ahav ·affectionately loves· mishpat ·justice·. You do establish equity. You execute mishpat ·justice· and righteousness in Jacob [Supplanter].

5 Përlëvdoni Zotin, Perëndinë tonë, dhe bini përmbys përpara stolit të këmbëve të tij. Ai është i shenjtë.

Exalt Yahweh Eloheikhem [Yahweh our God]. Hawa ·Bow low, prostrate· to worship at his footstool. He is Holy!

6 Moisiu dhe Aaroni qenë ndër priftërinjtë e tij, dhe Samueli ndër ata që përmendën emrin e tij; ata iu drejtuan Zotit dhe ai iu përgjigj atyre.

Moses [Drawn out] and Aaron [Light-bringer] were among his priests, Samuel among those who call on his name; they called on Adonai, and he answered them.

7 Ai u foli atyre nga kolona e resë, dhe ata respektuan dëshmitë e tij dhe statutet që u dhe atyre.

He spoke to them in the pillar of cloud. They kept his testimonies, the statute that he gave them.

8 Ti plotësove dëshirën e tyre, o Zot, Perëndia ynë. Ti ishe për ata një Perëndi që fal, dhe kur dënon prapësitë e tyre.

You answered them, Yahweh Eloheikhem [Yahweh our God]. You are a God who forgave them, although you took vengeance for their doings.

9 Përlëvdoni Zotin, Perëndinë tonë, dhe adhurojeni në malin e tij të shenjtë, sepse Zoti, Perëndia ynë, është i shenjtë.

Exalt Adonai, our God. Hawa ·Bow low, prostrate· to worship at his holy hill, for Adonai, our God, is holy!
