Ligji i Përtërirë 30

1 “Kështu, kur të të kenë rënë në kurriz tërë këto gjëra, bekimi dhe mallkimi që unë të kam vënë përpara, dhe ti do t’ua kujtosh të gjitha kombeve në mes të të cilëve Zoti, Perëndia yt, do të të ketë dëbuar,

And it will be that they will come on you all the things these the blessing and the curse which I have set before you and you will bring [them] back to heart your in all the nations where he has banished you Yahweh God your there towards.

2 dhe kur të kthehesh tek Zoti, Perëndia yt, dhe t’i bindesh zërit të tij, ti dhe bijtë e tu, me gjithë zemër e më gjithë shpirt, duke respektuar tërë ato që po të urdhëroj sot,

And you will turn back to Yahweh God your and you will listen to voice his according to all that I [am] commanding you this day you and children your with all heart your and with all being your.

3 Zoti, Perëndia yt, do të të kthejë nga skllavëria, do të ketë mëshirë për ty dhe do të të mbledhë përsëri nga radhët e të gjithë popujve, ndër të cilët Zoti, Perëndia yt, të kishte shpërndarë.

And he will turn back Yahweh God your captivity your and he will have compassion on you and he will return and he will gather you from all the peoples where he has scattered you Yahweh God your there towards.

4 Edhe sikur të kesh qenë përzënë në skajin e qiellit, Zoti, Perëndia yt, do të të mbledhë dhe do të marrë që andej.

If he will be banished [one] your at [the] end of the heavens from there he will gather you Yahweh God your and from there he will bring you.

5 Zoti, Perëndia yt, do të të rikthejë në vendin që etërit e tu kanë zotëruar dhe ti do ta zotërosh atë; dhe ai do të të bëjë të mira dhe do të të shumëzojë më tepër se etërit e tu.

And he will bring you Yahweh God your to the land which they took possession of ancestors your and you will take possession of it and he will do good to you and he will make great you more than ancestors your.

6 Zoti, Perëndia yt, do ta rrethpresë zemrën tënde dhe zemrën e pasardhësve të tu, që ti ta duash Zotin, Perëndinë tënd, me gjithë zemër e me gjithë shpirt, dhe kështu ti të jetosh.

And he will circumcise Yahweh God your heart your and [the] heart of offspring your to love Yahweh God your with all heart your and with all being your for [the] sake of life your.

7 Dhe Zoti, Perëndia yt, do t’i lëshojë tërë këto mallkime mbi armiqtë e tu dhe mbi tërë ata që të urrejnë dhe të kanë persekutuar.

And he will put Yahweh God your all the oaths these on enemies your and on [those who] hate you who they have persecuted you.

8 Ti përkundrazi do të kthehesh dhe do t’i bindesh zërit të Zotit dhe do të zbatosh në praktikë të gjitha urdhërimet që të porosit sot.

And you you will turn and you will listen to [the] voice of Yahweh and you will do all commandments his which I [am] commanding you this day.

9 Zoti, Perëndia yt, do të sjellë shumë mbarësi në gjithë veprën e duarve të tua, në frytin e barkut tënd, në frytin e bagëtisë sate dhe në frytin e tokës sate; sepse Zoti do të kënaqet përsëri duke të të bërë të mirën, ashtu si u kënaq kur ua bëri etërve të tu,

And he will make abound you Yahweh God your in all - [the] work of hand your in [the] fruit of womb your and in [the] fruit of livestock your and in [the] fruit of ground your to good for - he will turn Yahweh to rejoice on you for good just as he rejoiced on ancestors your.

10 sepse do t’i bindesh zërit të Zotit, Perëndisë tënd, duke respektuar urdhërimet dhe statutet e tij që janë shkruar në këtë libër të ligjit, sepse do të jesh rikthyer tek Zoti, Perëndia yt, me gjithë zemër dhe me gjithë shpirt.

If you will listen to [the] voice of Yahweh God your to keep commandments his and statutes his that is written in [the] book of the law this if you will return to Yahweh God your with all heart your and with all being your.

11 Ky urdhërim që të jap sot nuk është shumë i vështirë për ty, as shumë larg teje.

For the commandment this which I [am] commanding you this day not [is too] difficult it for you and not [is] far away it.

12 Nuk është në qiell, që ti të thuash: “Kush do të ngjitet në qiell që të na e sjellë dhe ta dëgjojmë, me qëllim që ta zbatojmë në praktikë?”.

Not [is] in the heavens it to say who? will he go up for us the heavens towards so he may fetch it for us so he may make hear us it so we may do it.

13 Dhe nuk është matanë detit që ti të thuash: “Kush do të kalojë për ne matanë detit që të na e sjellë dhe ta dëgjojmë, në mënyrë që ta zbatojmë në praktikë?”.

And not [is] from [the] other side of the sea it to say who? will he pass over for us to [the] other side of the sea so he may fetch it for us so he may make hear us it so we may do it.

14 Por fjala është shumë afër teje; është në gojën tënde dhe në zemrën tënde, që ti ta zbatosh në praktikë.

For [is] near to you the word very in mouth your and in heart your to do it.

15 Shiko, unë vë sot para teje jetën dhe të mirën, vdekjen dhe të keqen;

See I set before you this day life and good and death and evil.

16 prandaj unë të urdhëroj ta duash Zotin, Perëndinë tënd, të ecësh në rrugët e tij, të respektosh urdhërimet, statutet dhe dekretet e tij, që ti të jetosh dhe të shumëzohesh; dhe Zoti, Perëndia yt, do të të bekojë në vendin që ti po shkon për ta pushtuar.

(If you will listen to [the] commandments of Yahweh God your *X) which I [am] commanding you this day to love Yahweh God your to walk in ways his and to keep commandments his and statutes his and judgments his and you will live and you will increase and he will bless you Yahweh God your in the land where you [are] about to go there towards to take possession of it.

17 Por në qoftë se zemra jote shikon gjetiu dhe ti nuk bindesh dhe e lë veten të biesh përmbys para perëndive të tjera dhe t’u shërbesh atyre,

And if it will turn away heart your and not you will listen and you will be drawn aside and you will bow down to gods other and you will serve them.

18 unë ju deklaroj sot që me siguri keni për t’u zhdukur, që nuk do t’i zgjatni ditët tuaja në vendin ku po gatiteni të hyni për ta pushtuar, duke kaluar Jordanin.

I tell to you this day that certainly you will perish! not you will prolong! days on the land where you [are] about to pass over the Jordan to go there towards to take possession of it.

19 Unë marr sot si dëshmitarë kundër teje qiellin dhe tokën, që unë të kam vënë përpara jetës dhe vdekjes, bekimit dhe mallkimit; zgjidh, pra, jetën që të mund të jetoni ti dhe pasardhësit e tu,

I call as witnesses against you this day the heavens and the earth life and death I have set before you blessing and curse and you will choose life so that you may live you and offspring your.

20 dhe të mund ta duash Zotin, Perëndinë tënd, t’i bindesh zërit të tij dhe të qendrosh i lidhur ngushtë me të, sepse ai është jeta jote dhe gjatësia e ditëve të tua, kështu që ti të mund të jetosh në vendin që Zoti u betua t’u japë etërve të tu: Abrahamit, Isakut dhe Jakobit”.

By loving Yahweh God your by listening to voice his and by cleaving to him for he [is] life your and [the] length of days your to dwell on the land which he swore Yahweh to ancestors your to Abraham to Isaac and to Jacob to give to them.
